Beth and Mike are incredible. They’re always responsive and helpful with any questions or information I’ve needed. The units are climate controlled and the building is ALWAYS clean.I highly recommend this place for Storage needs, and they’re a Uhaul rental facility, which is a huge plus.

Mike and Beth were both very nice and personable. Mike showed me 2 options that fell in my size and price range. I liked that he showed me different options and allowed me to shop based on my budget and size that I needed. They were not pushy and very upfront about any additional costs. I had another place in mind but closed the deal with them because of how straightforward and easy the process was. Mike even took me to my unit to help me with my lock and make sure I was all set. Just had 5 star service, I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for storage. My husband and I have been cleaning out the garage to make a room to actually have usable space. Moved the holiday stuff to compass storage and had great service, the rep that helped us was Beth. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She made the process as easy and simple as possible. Overall it was great process anyone needing storage should go and see Beth for great customer service and painless process setting everything up.

Mike made our experience very simple and easy. He was able to answer all of our questions and gave us a tour of the facility. We were also able to look at a few units before we got ours. Our unit was very clean and we were happy to see that the facility had dollies we could use to move our things

Had such a rough day at work and was in rush to get the van and start the big move. Didnt feel like fussing with the online check in, so the gentleman inside was more than accommodating! This was the smoothest transition into and out of the uhaul facility and vehicle. This will definitely be my go to location of ever needed again!!

The man that helped went over and beyond to help me and keep me safe. He came outside and drove me to see/ the storage unit then had me stay in my car and brought all the paperwork to me in my nicely a/c car. He had other people inside his office so with corona virus he let me stay in my car. It was very fast, he was courteous and knowledgeable and I was in and out in 15 minutes.

Everything was great! I love storage genie no more fumbling with the code ect.. The Manager Beth was very informative. Gave me some great tips on size and best way to load the unit! She is a keeper! She was Patient and let me vent a little! She told me to take a deep breath and relax while she took care of this part! Just the few minutes were priceless moving is so stressful. I was in a bit of a pinch bc my apartment wasn’t ready when the rental company said it would be. I spoke to Mike and he was a huge help. He hooked me up with a great unit for the movers to move me in and checked on me while they moved my stuff to make sure everything was going well. I was shopping around for a large storage to store my jeep and Beth called me 4 different times to help me and to make sure I got the best price and with her persistence I decided to rent from Compass. I recently came to this office for moving supplies. The associate Beth was very nice and helped determine what supplies I would need. It was nice to have someone give advice, and to take the time to help me.I could have went to a big box store but I would have not got the excellent customer service like I did here. Beth also talked to me about storage units if I needed it after the move. Beth was very friendly and not pushy. I definitely will be back if I need extra space.

Shady manager! Never offered me the advertised special then when I went to close the account, the charged me the full month’s rate! There are plenty of other storage units around so find someone who practices honest business ethics.

Recently moved to florida and needed storage till we purchased house. Mike and Beth were both very friendly and helpful. If I need storage again, I will definitely go back. Price was competitive and location worked out great for my needs.

Beth and Jeremy are phenomenal individuals.I had three units of varying size, one of which I had for 13 months. I have had units with other companies and have NEVER had such a pleasant and professionally personal experience. I saw a negative review stating that they are too personal and talk while others wait. Ive not had this experience, as a professional business, they give each individual a fair amount of their time, with a greeting as you walk in the door, politely ask to finish with the customer already there and wrap it up within a standard time frame. They arent going to rush you though as Im sure folks understand that customers are storing their PERSONAL items. I myself had my whole life and history in their units and THAT is quite PERSONAL to me. Me and mine mattered and they give everyone the same wonderful courtesy. Too many businesses and people these days have a self-serving, fast food, thirty seconds to the next customer mentality. Its just rude! I also had the fortune of speaking with Michelle, she was also fantastic and courteous!
