My husband and I visited today. We were helped by a wonder woman(Melissa). She was great with helping us pick the perfect storage unit for our needs. We didnt feel rushed or pressured to do anything. We left very happy. Will definitely be recommending this Metro self storage.

The location is convenient and the staff are available at most times of the day. The space was clean and climate controlled. I would still be there except I need more space for an antique car I purchased, and this location has no such space available.

Always clean and neat. We have a climate controlled room, and have never had any issues with our stored items. The staff call me whenever their is something, whether it is updating billing info, or a ghost alarm going off in my unit (my daughters unplugged clock apparently had a secondary battery nobody knew about), and have always been very kind.

This is a great storage place. They work with you when you when you need flexibility. I have had my items stored here for almost a year and appreciate the great customer service. Melissa is great.

Now, with that being said, there was zero hesitation on my part in giving this location 5 stars. I have used MANY storage places in my time and this was the best experience ever. Melissa assiated me on both check in and check out andwas just as helpful and sincerely friendly when i left as when i first arrived. Facilities are CLEAN and in great shape. I would definitely use this location again if needed and would recommend to anyone.

Nothing against the place, Im sure it is a good place. But if you need to pay someone else to hold your stuff, well then you got too much stuff. Who pays a couple thousand dollars a year to store a couple hundred dollars worth of stuff? Its just Dumb.
