Dennis was very nice and professional. I left my Ipad and he called me immediately and came to the car to give it to me. This is what I call a first class manager. He made getting my storage unit so easy. We had a few laughs also. Then he set me up for the free van rental. I was very impressed. I went back at 8:30 pm and felt safe. I am so happy that my stuff will be in good hands.

Units are very nice and customer service is great. Numerous codes needed to access property and units so your belongings are very safe and taken care of.There are plenty of dollies available for use.

The place is very clean and very safe with plenty of carts which is super convenient. Tammy and Dennis make you feel like family that actually cares. Their customer service and kindness is so refreshing when the bare minimum rarely found these days in most places. Thanks guys for always taking care of me !!

From opening a storage unit to canceling the unit the process was simple. The access is very user friendly and the premises clean. Dennis in the office was very helpful! If I ever have storage needs again I would definitely go back to this location. Highly recommended.

This storage unit is awesome! Super clean, super secure. You have to have a code to get in and out and use the doors. We loved it here and actually still have a unit.

We checked out several places closer to us. Life Storage was by far the cleanest one. The manager Dennis was excellent, very friendly, and took time to show us around and explain everything. You have to buy one of their locks, they are not very expensive and they really secure your things. if we ever need a unit in the future we will look for a Life Storage.

Rented a space with ease, first visited and with the information and tour provided by Dennis, returned the next day to rent our space. Tammy was friendly, very helpful and user friendly, efficient. We were oriented and she made the process fast and we were offloading our property into a clean space in no time. Would highly recommend!

Boat was broken into power poles stolen and boat hull cut up to take off equipment. Person on staff just said oh well I noticed the cover had blown off and never called or reached out. He also said maybe someone jumped the fence which is not possible so I think it’s definitely an inside job. These places are supposed to be secure with cameras and security and the persons that broken into our boat would have been working on it for awhile without anyone noticing. He also mentioned that he couldn’t see anything on the cameras to the police even though they are going to supeona, so why have cameras. The gate codes are obviously being given out so people can come in and steel what they want. So heartbreaking and disappointing that you can’t keep anything without someone trying to take it from you.

I rented two separate units at this location. The facility is very nice, and the staff was very friendly. Clean facility. Safe. Customer since they built the place and then were purchased by another company. Only reason we stopped using service is because it was no longer needed

Mostly temperature controlled storage bays with space for boats in the parking lot. Easy access from 6am-11pm. Not 24hr access. Contracts take about 20 minutes to fill out. Currently while space is available 1st month is free. $55 sign up fee, lock and keys are a part of that fee.

Denis and team are wonderful to work with I have had a great experience keeping my valuables here. I have personally always felt safe and my personal items as well - I would highly recommend using this business for your storage needs.

Very friendly and helpful people. Ive never rented a storage unit before, so I dont have anything to compare it to. We rented an outside 10 X 15 unit and I like the ease of drive up to move your belongings into the unit. Its not climate controlled, but some of the units are. Prices seem reasonable, but I didnt actually check with anyone else. So far so good!!

Super easy to get started. Employees were super helpful and polite. Reasonably priced and convenient.

Paid in advance was told that because it was discounted no refund an the lock your made to buy is worthless for anything

I didnt visit the storage but rather the carwash next to it. That car was is the best in tampa. By far the best suctioning on the vacuums and they offer glass cleaner towels and air gun for dash. A bit pricier but well worth it. I cannot explain how many times Ive been to a car wash in tampa that left soap on my car or the vacs didnt do a good job.

Bad company that doesn’t help customers when they mess up.I signed up while they were cube smart. After the change my auto bill pay stopped. And wasn’t informed about the change wasn’t told someone else would be handling my unit and belongings. Huge violation of my trust and then to be locked out of my unit till the matter was resolved and unable to access it until after weekend when and employee was on duty, same time I usually work. They don’t care about their customer obviously and I would trust them with your stuff. Sad how big business plays their customers. Can’t imagine a founder of the company would keep their cool if their belongings where locked up and didn’t have access to them because of nothing they did wrong.
