I very seldom if ever write a review but Tim was the most accommodating, helpful, informative individual I have had the pleasure of dealing with. If I ever need to store anything, short or long term I will search out Tim for guidance in selecting the size storage unit or units.Very few companies are fortunate enough to have someone like Tim in their employ.

I have been renting my storage unit since last year at your location. The access is always easy, clean, plenty of parking and use of the carts inside. Tim has always gone out of his way to say hello when he sees me and is always has a GREAT attitude!!! As a business owner, I know when I see an exceptional employee. I am an electrician so I always have more material than I can hold onto, but thanks to Tim for being understanding to my needs every time and always helping me have more space at an affordable price. I’ve stored items at extra space storage two separate times now and I love it. There is no minimum length of time you have to stay, it’s clean, they are decent price, and air conditioned! Tim is also super nice and will help you with anything you need!

The facility is clean, the grounds are pretty, and Tim is responsive to all customers. Tim was the one who helped my boyfriend and I get started with this storage unit place. We got a great deal and he was able to make sure we got the price we found on the internet. We even got a unit close to the elevator and entrance that would help me out since I’m disabled. Over all it was a wonderful experience that was super easy!

The staff here is the best. Any question or concern I had they were ready to help me. Checking in and checking out of this unit was simple and Mark was a great help. This storage unit has gated access until 10pm which is perfect and longer than any other area. It being indoors and air conditioned was a relief when moving my stuff in and out while I organized it into my house. The location is also great being right off N Dale Mabry and Veterans. I would recommend this place as well as use them again for sure. Thank you to the staff here, you contributed greatly to my experience here.

I got this storage unit about a year ago when I took a big move to Hawaii. I was extremely nervous about leaving the majority of my life in a storage unit for a year and didn’t want anything to happen to it. I searched for weeks to find the perfect unit and this was it. It’s indoors, temperature controlled, affordable and the staff make it easy. I was happy to be able to leave my items somewhere they would be safe without paying an arm & a leg to do so. Also, thank you for Tim for always helping me out! Even when I was away he called to make sure I knew my card on file needed to be renewed when I forgot to before I was charged any extra fees for it being late. They truly put their customers first. Will use extra space storage only from now on.

Great facility, clean well maintained inside and out. Very flexible with rental options and can get to my storage unit 24/7. They are willing to prorate my full month rental since Ill be leaving soon but just a few days after my month expires. Great customer service all the way around. Would use them again.

Extra Space Storage on North Dale Mabry was very clean and the staff was most helpful. We needed short term space while our house was being renovated. For us first time renters, the experience was very positive. We would rent from these folks again and highly recommend them.

The total online experience was great. You’re able to reserve, pay for and move in completely online. Our unit # was sent to us as well our passcode for the gate and the lock was waiting for us inside the unit. Hands down the easiest storage rental process I’ve experienced.

Didn’t interact with employees other than to close out the storage unit. Friendly and professional from what I experienced. Everything can be done online, more or less. It was clean and felt secure. My only problem is that handcarts were sometimes in short supply. Good storage option in the area.

Last month I rented a 10 X 20 unit from the Lutz, FL location of Extra Space Storage. From the beginning, Tim (the manager) has been extremely helpful in accommodating my needs. He and the entire staff is warm, friendly and gracious. I found the warehouse to be clean, well illuminated, monitored, secure, climate controlled and with generous access hours. This storage facility offers everything youd want when storing your prized possessions!

The location is perfect. Customer service was great, the store manager made sure all my questions were answered, he was also very patient. Online prices were decent. Easy access into the building. Overall great place!

I needed moving supplies so I stopped into this store for the first time. The Assistant Manager, Maria, was extremely helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. There was one question she could not answer, but she did not hesitate to pick up the phone to reach out to the Store Manager, Tim. They quickly gave me the answer. I was able to buy everything I needed for my move: tape, bubble wrap, paper, mattress covers, various sizes of boxes, etc. Maria even helped me with the door and then helped me out to the car! Customer service was awesome. They went over and above to get us the best unit for our things. We’ve been there for a year and had to recently transfer to a smaller unit. Great experience. Also super clean! We had our furniture in there for a year and just took them out and couldn’t believe how clean it still was.

Extra space storage met my expectations, the place is very clean and Tim the manager was very helpful and very informative to ensure we pick the right storage. The place also, have good safety measures due to covid. You practically dont have to go to sign papers in the office you will do this online.

First off, Extra Space Storage was the best all-around deal we found - and we did a lot of research. They had the best pricing//location/staff of the 5-6 places we scouted.Their facility was VERY clean and well-maintained. We moved our stuff in with ease, and didnt have any problems throughout our 6 month stay.When we moved out, the manager, Tim, extended our stay through the weekend (our lease ended 4/1, but we moved out the weekend of 4/3-4/4) - at no extra charge!Throughout the duration of our stay with ESS, the communication from their staff (especially Tim) was top notch. We rcvd texts every month to confirm payment info, and when we announced that we were moving out, Tim couldnt have been more gracious and helpful.I would highly recommend the facility on N Dale Mabry (right off the Veterans Expressway in Lutz), and would use their services again if the need ever arose.

Tim, the manager on site, is just the best. He was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the whole process. The building is impeccably clean, not a speck of dirt or even a cobweb anywhere. The elevators work fast and are in good shape. Its great that they provide moving carts for you as you enter the building to help with heavy objects. It makes trips to and from your unit as efficient as possible. I will absolutely call Tim again if we need him in the future.

Extra Space Storage has become my go to place when I need more storage space. The service is great and secure. I rent a unit online and it was easy and fast. But once we got to the unit realized we need a bigger unit. Thankfully Tim was there he was able to show us another unit. Which was available and was able to do all the paperwork quickly. These guys go above and beyond - brand new facility, so it’s clean and in good shape. My father has a unit here, I’ve assisted him from time to time and Tim in the office has always been super patient and helpful. Convenient location with relatively little surrounding traffic is a bonus! They have a variety of different units, all sizes and access types. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking in the area.
