We were pulling a gooseneck trailer back to Texas from Colorado when a tire blew. Once I was able to pull over, my fiance jumped out and seen that both tires on one side were blown and the rims were completely shot. We were 32 miles outside of Lubbock and no one did mobile tire services around us. Everyone told us they wouldnt be able to get a tire till the morning. I googled tire shops in Lubbock and this company was rated pretty high with good reviews. They opened earlier than any other tire shops as well. We made it down after unhooking our trailer and they found 2 sets of rims and tires that they had delivered to them within an hour. It was cheap as well. We were very grateful to find this company open on a Sunday and a company that had rims for a gooseneck trailer readily available. I definitely would recommend them and we will definitely be doing business again with them for our other gooseneck tires!

First, the guys at Bill Sims Trailer Town in Lubbock told me to come here for my 45 Prevost bus and 25 Winnebago for any tire help. We travel often and constantly need regular maintenance on our motorhomes. The Bill Williams Tire people are friendly, have excellent customer service, and they know what theyre doing with your big vehicle tires. I always call before leaving town to ask if they can check the air in our front tires and duallies in the back. Theyve also rechecked another truck center work that did a bad balance job and corrected it the first time with no problem. I only had to wait less than 30 minutes each time for a bay to be available and they were able to fit us in right away. Theyd also like to know you - the customer because they really care about your travels or your line of work and where you go with your tires. Their honest and upfront making sure you get the best tires at the best price.
