Got my last free maintenance on April 26th. Today is 7 days later, May 3rd and I just now discovered this issue. It very clearly states on the report sheet that they filled washer fluid to the top, but they didnt. I wonder what else they didnt do. I realize thats something small, but if they skip the easy things, they very well might skip the bigger things.

I am glad I started letting them be my mechanic, my previous mechanic just cost me $1115.00s because he did not replace my throwout bearing and pilot bearing when he replaced my clutch. Toyota fixed it the correct way.

Was going to buy a car from them but the salesman was very rude and the finance manager seemed to be backing his attitude. The only reason I’m giving them 3 stars is that they we’re going to give me a very good deal on the car. But for me, I’d rather give my business to someone who deserves it. So I paid a little more to get friendlier service elsewhere.

I gave Gene Messer Toyota a five because they did good work and they did their best to come down on the price. However, to begin with they told me it would cost much less (over a thousand) than it actually did. I checked with a friend who is a mechanic and he said he felt it was a fair price for the work they did, so I wasnt mad, but I wish they had been up front about the price to begin with.

They got my alignment fixed so good it has held up through some horrible conditions

Brandon Rowland was absolutely wonderful to work with! He took the time to listen to what I was looking for in a used car and what my budget was. He also went above and beyond when I suddenly had a shift in my needs. He was never ever pushy, but never left me waiting either. The team there fairly appraised my trade-in and were all helpful. Unfortunately there was a vehicle at another establishment that I just couldnt turn down the deal. In all the places I visited, Brandon provided the best customer service out of them. I will be in the business for another Toyota in the future and he is the first place I will go to!

Always good and fast service!

Lots of car repairs and short on service staff. Usually get great service, but today it seemed like a struggle to get update on ny van service. Ended up leaving my van overnight and hoping to hear from my service tech in the morning. Still no diagnosis what is wrong with my van.

They sold me a car with a broken clutch, 2 months later with 1000 miles on the car, and now im out 2 grand. DO NOT buy a used car here, they have no honor.
