This last visit was the best visit so far they got me in and out usually I have to leave my vehicle for a week this last time it was 2 days

Definitely not worth taking a vehicle here even with warranty took it in twice so they could fix the same problem it had the first time after keeping it all day the second time problem still wasnt resolved so I decided to look into it myself I fixed what they couldnt fix in 2 days in less than 5 minutes plus they snipped the wires to my headlights still havent heard anything back about that

I actually am a customer the car is under my husbands and mother in laws name the day we drove with the car check enigne light came on the dealer chasitie said that everything except brakes and tires were covered but that wasnt the case had to pay for the sensor then it went back in for the gear shift paid for that went in again for check engine light which turned out to be spark plugs and paid for that it went back in for a man made hole in my intake manifold surpise i didnt have to pay for it that time but car got towed in and gave it back to me with the check engine light on and was told that they dont have proof of it not being on when i gave it to them and want to charge a 100 to turn it off or get fixed im not the only one with a screwed up car ive spoken to multiple people whos had car trouble with this company and u have to constantly bugg them to even see what going with ur car

Y’all are an amazing company true to your word and a pretty decent selection of vehicles to choose from. I have bought a vehicle and so have three friends. I had issues with my vehicle but is since been fixed. I am sad to say that the service department needs to have an overhaul done with it, trying to get anything done there is next to impossible. I had to use outside sources to get anything done. But if the service department can be staffed with people who actually care as much as the rest of the company you will have a company that easily could out perform any other dealership in town including new dealerships. Y’all are on the right track and will continue doing business with fiesta and sending anyone to y’all specifically.Good work keep it up.

Didnt even have the car 3 weeks before it broke down. Still havent heard back from them. They refused to grant me a temp car. Very displeased

SHAY PACE WAS REALLY HELPFUL. I CAME IN TO GET MY OIL CHANGED, MY TRUCK WAS TAKEN TO THE BACK WITHIN MINUTES. FAST AND FRIENDLY, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, MOST DEFINITELY COMING BACK!!!!

They dont really stay on top of their business. They preferred the wrong rim, and after they FINALLY got the right one. Then didnt install a pressure sensor so my tire pressure light wouldnt go off. Then they over filed my tire, by like 30 pounds, which threw off the way it drove. I had to take it to an actual professional to make sure it was good literally right after I left, since that was my second time there dealing with this same issue..... Then theyll reply to your review and say theres no record of the vehicle serviced, but you DEFINITELY took it in for an issue it happened prior to your purchase. I guess one of the rims was cracked so I was told that they would call me when the new one came in, I was hoping sooner rather than later since you shouldnt drive on a donut for that long. Finally they call and they got the wrong rim. So they have to send that one back and order a new one, still while Im driving on the donut. Finally it came in and it was the right one then they put a bad tire on the rim that was way above the pounds of air needed and installed it on my car. After I drove off it drove so awful it was shaking all over the place. Then we went back and have them look at it again. They say everything is fine except for it was low on air, which makes sense since the air pressure light is still on. But when we left again still not driving well. Thats when we decided to take it in to a real tire shop and make sure it was okay. Then the rest is basically what my review started off with. I mean when we took it in they said luckily it didnt cause us to have a really bad accident especially driving at high speed. And suprise, they now have no record of the service lol.

The first time I took my car and told them there was a clicking noise on the left tire they said they fixed the problem I returned home 106 miles away had to get gas money due to being a single mom of 3 I can’t just drive up there till I have gas money the second time they had it and it was supposed to be fixed and surprise not fixed not even drive able I have no car still waiting for them to come tow it been with out a car for 3weeks and 300 a month is a lot to pay to not have a car
