Nice store, somewhat of a difficult location to enter/exit depending on the time of day. Very friendly, courteous and informative agent greeted me as I entered store. Lots of choices on display to examine. Definitely worth your time to stop in and talk with an agent rather than navigate a Web site.

Horrible customer service!! You call the place and it says they open at 9 am. You go to the place at 9 am. It says on the door opens at 9 am. But when you knock on the locked door an employee wants to put a paper on the that they don’t open until 11 and tell you to get away from the door. Poor people skills.

Quick, polite service - regrettably they wont detach the phones from their display bench for you to actually hold.I was looking to upgrade my old Note 8 phone to either a S21 Ultra or Galaxy Fold 2, but wanted to compare camera on the S21 to existing Note 8 pics, and wanted to test the hold-ability of the Fold - neither of which they would allow me to do. They cited security concerns, but I think unnecessary blocker given they know my info as Ive been a Verizon customer for well over 10 years, and I even offered to give them my drivers license and credit card to show I wasnt about to run off with it.I think for a large purchase, it is important to put hands on a phone and play with it before purchasing, but this store wasnt accommodating.

Absolutely horrible. The corporate rep sent me to this store to get my new phone since they didnt have it in stock at my usual store (Norton Commons.) Not one customer in the store on a weekend!! Now I understand why! Whomever is the lead guy was horrific! Rude, not personable or friendly in any way. Worst was he didnt go the extra mile needed to find the promotion IWas promised. So I had to call corporate back and do everything over the phone. And yes, this deal would have been able to be processed in the store. They verified that when I spoke with a supervisor

I was in the Verizon store at the corporate location a couple of times. This man who said his name was “Yul” said he was the owner and did not give me good vibes/experiences when I was present. Coming from someone who has been in an executive position at Apple, I am unsure of the leadership at this location. This “Yul”, chastised me and my heart is broken…

Wait time wasnt too long. However they didnt have any Samsung devices in stock at all. Which is odd because Ive been doing business with them for years. I think its covid related with the microchip shortages. Also its the first time I left the store feeling unaccomplished. I was looking to upgrade and I wasted a 35 minute trip because they just took my phone and used my my Verizon app to order a new one for me. Customer service isnt what it used to be.

If you want to buy a phone that is the only thing they are good for. For a CORPORATE LOCATION. They say they can’t do anything but sales. I thought I was going to a corporate location not a retailer. Customer service had told me to go to their location to solve my issue of not having service on my phone. When I show up with no service they told me they can’t help me. I could not get a hold of customer service on the phone because I didn’t have service on my device. I asked if they could call or try to allow me to use a device to reach out to customer service and they said no they did not have no devices for that. Once I got home and used someone else’s phone to contact customer service they told me the same thing to go to the store because they need to speak to them. They could care less and now I have to go back with someone else making sure they do got service to solve an issue when they couldOf just called them from any device and got them on the phone.

Spent almost $2,000 Saturday for a new IPhone and watch and was told they can’t sit up and easy to do at home. Ok, finally got everything sit up but decided putting the screen saver on was something I didn’t want to mess up since it cost $50. Went back to store two days later to have them install. Was told they can’t touch anything even with gloves, but they could have done it the day it was bought. My question why didn’t you do then. Glad all other retail doesn’t have a no touch policy. Crazy! Be aware they’re of no use right now, so might as well order online and save time.

Do not use this store! I was sent here to exchange my phone by a Verizon Corporate agent! They refused to exchange my phone because it was a store pickup at an authorized retailer the day before. I ordered a 256g and was given a 64g. I called Verizon AGAIN and they said the store should have exchanged the phone. It was ordered online through Corporate.Verizon is supposed to call the store and talk to the manager and provide me a follow up. Yes, I’m angry. Three trips to Louisville in 3 days to purchase a phone and add a line! 😡

I called the store location on Sunday, October 6. I was looking for an iPhone XR in yellow and was told there was one in stock. In addition, I was looking to trading my iPhone 6s in as well. Marianne told me that I would get $100 for the trade-in. I asked her to hold the phone for me that I would be in a little later. I drove all the way out to the store which is not close to my house. When I arrived, Marianne was on her lunch break. There were three men working at the time, and when I told him why I was there, they told me that I could only get $20 for my trade-in. Marianne was not aware of this as she told me the wrong thing. This is fine, people make mistakes. However, the customer service from the man at the counter was awful. No apologies, no explanation, he simply did not care. First of all, all employees should know when deals change so they can communicate the right information to their customers. Most importantly though, when a mistake is made, customer service 101 would say that at the very least an apology should be offered for putting the customer out. We left the store, and I ended up buying the iPhone 11 at Best Buy. Verizon stores will no longer get my business for future purchases.

We came here to upgrade our phones and review our cell phone plan. We were fortunate enough to have Sally walk us through it. I strongly recommend her for any of your wireless needs. She went above and beyond to make sure were getting the best deal on our phones(Note10+5G) and our cellphone plan. We saved a lot of money on our phones and cell phone plan because of her. The people at this location overall are great. I will continue returning to this store for my Verizon needs.

I went in to ask how much I owed on my phone because I WANT OUT. Im paying $50 more per month for the same service. the guy helping me was extremely rude and unprofessional. he made it seem like I was being unreasonable when I asked why there was a $3-5 fluctuation in my monthly bill. youre really asking me about two dollars difference?? I am extremely infuriated and embarrassed by how this got treated me. take the four hundred and shove it, Verizon.

This is a corporate store, I highly recommend only going to corporate stores. The privately owned, the sales staff work on commission and will not even try to fix your problem they just want to make a sale even if u dont need to buy something. This location is super friendly and helpful. Thanks!!

I had a great experience here. I came on Halloween at 6:59, not realizing the store was closing at 7 for Halloween. My phone had just died the previous day and after being out of town all day this was the earliest I could get in. My wife is 9 months pregnant and due any day, so I was very anxious to get a working phone so my wife could reach me. Mike was so gracious to let me stay after the doors closed and helped me upgrade to a new phone. Im very grateful for his kindness and great service.

This stores customer service is terrible. I walked in and no one said anything to me no one greeted me. Then I sit down and they greet new people that walk in and check them in. After several people coming in after me were checked in, I asked myself do I check myself in? Then an employee checked me in after waiting 20 minutes. Proceeded to help every person that walked in after me..... I waited over an HOUR for help. Luckily I got Salley and she made it better but no one has hours to give up like this

HORRIBLE customer service! Hold times of 40 minutes or more on their customer service lines, but call to make a purchase and they pick up immediately and they wont help with your technical issues. Ill be switching to AT&T as soon as my contract is up. GREEDY company thats quick to take your money, but doesnt want to invest in the infrastructure to properly service their customers. Good riddance.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever had with Verizon. I came in to buy the new IPhone XR, knew what I wanted and ready to pay, just needed someone to take my money.The General Manager (Knudsen or Newton) on duty checked me in, told me it would be 30 min. A full hour later I’m still there waiting to give them my money. The General Manager starts to help other customers who just walked in the door. I get up and remind him that I have been waiting an hour and just need to pay. He looks at me and tells me he can’t help me because to buy a phone I need a specialist.That’s right the GENERAL MANAGER of the store just told me he’s not “special” enough to ring up my phone! Best part, there was no apology towards me for my unacceptable wait, guy looked at me indignantly for daring to question why it takes an hour to buy a phone or why I would expect him to be able to help me.DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!There’s an Apple store right down the road. I walked out, went there, had my phone in my hand, activated, and walking out the store in 30 min. This included having an apple employee assist me with activating my Verizon plan and setting payments up through my Verizon billing. How PATHETIC that a non Verizon employee was able to provide better service setting my phone up on my Verizon plan.Should anyone from Verizon corporate read this my family has been loyal customers for 20 yrs but it doesn’t look like you want our business any more.For the record, I was in this store Sunday, June 30th around 2:30-3:30 and was checked in under Rob. I sincerely suggest you rethink your management training program.

If people are even trained to work in a phone store, I wish they could all go through the same training. I seem to leave frustrated or angry whether I am in to pay a bill or even get an upgrade. I feel like everyone working has a different story about each product. Yes, even when they are all talking about the same thing. I feel like I was talked into the Google Pixel, and then even tricked into getting a Hum system out in my car. I could go on and on. I wont.

Ive always gotten good, helpful service here, and they get new phones before authorized retailers do. Theres usually a long wait unless you come at an off time, though. Dont plan on getting in and out, and dont bring young kids who need to be occupied!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I just left because they helped someone that walked in the door when I had been standing there for 15 minutes waiting to be checked in while asssociates stood around checking their phones. Maybe working at Verizon is so laid back and carefree that they dont realize people have things to do besides stand around and wait on them. Either way, I went in to upgrade my phone, but since I couldnt get help I will be upgrading with a different carrier! Verizon bills as a premium carrier, provide premium customer service!

What happened? This store used to always have great customer service. When we went a few weeks ago, the person that helped my son didnt offer to help set up the phone; she didnt ask if he wanted a case - she simply said which one do you want as if it wasnt optional; no screen protector offered; no receipt... it was as if she was in a hurry to get us out the door. Then we we asked the other staff members for a receipt for the phone, she stood there without responding. What the heck - ?? Eventually someone got us a receipt but this is ridiculous. Im a long-time customer and expect better than this. T-mobile tries harder and wants out service... but their coverage sux still - otherwise, Id be very temped to move on.

HAD 2 DEVICES THAT NO ONE IN THE STORE WAS ABLE TO TROUBLESHOOT OR GIVE ME A CREDIT. HUMS HAVE NOT WORKED AT ALL SINCE OCTOBER 2018. Based on my personal experience I will rate this place as worst. I have kid and was waiting in queue for almost 30 mins. After a while I start noticing that people who came after me are served first. You will have to be alert in order to retain your position in queue otherwise customer resp will pick the one based on there liking and not liking. One more thing this place is over crowded and resp are not friendly at all.

The people at this store are usually very friendly and knowledgeable. The only real downside is the wait, but being that its the main store for KY, i can understand why theyre so busy. Im currently going through a customer service nightmare with an independent verizon store (not a corporate store like this one) and though the people at this store didnt HAVE to help me or try to clarify anything, they did. If they could somehow improve the wait time (hire more staff- their staff seem to be run ragged a lot), id definitely improve the score.

They sold me a glitchy phone that really sucked the life out of me dealing with it. When I went to return it, they said that even though I was within the window I would have to pay restocking fees and other fees that added up to about $100 unless I wanted to just trade for another of the same model. When I found out online that the glitch plagued samsung galaxies, I decided I certainly didnt want to have to do that again. I told them no Id like a different phone or just go back to my old one. But then they would have to charge the fees. Manager wouldnt work with me at all and kept saying my hands are tied. I quit Verizon that day and switched to an alternative carrier that runs on the same network but requires you to bring your own device. Very happy to have been so turned off and to now be saving $70+ a month.Funny thing was a Verizon rep called to ask me why I was leaving and he offered to waive the restocking fees over the phone... Sad...
