Wonderful team of people working here. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful and dedicated to trying to address the problems I was having. Kevin was especially awesome and dedicated a lot of time to correcting the update issue that my iPhone had. Service like this is a huge reason to go with/stay with T-Mobile. Cant say enough good things.

Kevin (manager) did an excellent job of helping my resolve some billing issues. He went above and beyond ! Excellent customer service.

I upgraded my phone on Wednesday. Henry and Jacob both helped me. Although I had to go back to get my phone because it needed a charge it was worth it. Henry explained the new military plan and was nice enough to switch my account over to that particular plan. They have me my upgrade for the price that Id been quoted the day before while wearing smiles on their faces. The guys customer service was great.

Service is horrible. I waited 40 minutes while the staff tought class to two different customers that had already been being helped before I got in the storeThey didnt even look my way to say they will be with me as soon as they could after about 45 minutes my meter expired so I just left without ever receiving help these stores(especially this one) needs a payment only line.

I had a great experience at the T-Mobile store. I came in to replace my phone and the whole process was done in 30 minutes. Everyone at the store was really helpful. In particular, Jamar helped me pick a new phone and transfer all of my contacts and pictures. He really made the whole process easy and simple.

Wow man, where to start. BEST experience ive ever had and it wouldnt have happened without the two kind gentlemen who helped me. Brandon Kannas and Joseph Perez deserve a raise, promotion, something. Their knowledge of TMobile and Customer Service is unmatched. They both were constantly trying to help me and my family out as much as possible and accommodate for our needs. The world needs more people like them. Im going to name my first born after these two guys. I will forever be a customer of this T-mobile. I would walk through a snowstorm to see these guys do their phenomenal work. Wow they are some good mates. T-mobile is lucky to have them
