This is the third GameStop that Ive been to in Louisville that doesnt carry Pokemon cards. Whats up with that? Plus I dont know if the employees are trained all the way, we wanted to buy a few controllers and the whole process was drug out and convoluted, to the point where one of the employees was told to remove himself out of frustration because he couldnt check out our order. The woman with pink hair, Hannah I think? Was helpful though!

They were Awesome!! The lady was knowledgable on all gaming platforms. They have a huge selection compared to my old Stop they shut down. Just all around very impressed.

Its a cool shop to order from online and pick up at the shop to avoid shipping costs. The selection isnt great but they make up for it with their sales.

Nice for a local place to walk and purchase equipment, but the prices... and they only have razer optical keyboards, which suck.

Depends on who is working. There a young lady there that I like to deal with.She is Knowledgeable and very pleasant.She doesnt talk down to me cause Im not a gamer.

Awful. For starters, they put out games and products that they dont actually have. The only way to see if they have what you want is to take it to the counter after waiting 20 minutes for the slow as hell cashier to check out 2 people...and only then will you know if they have that product or not. Also, the tagged price on a game i went to buy was 19.99. The told me that price was wrong...it was for a sale that ended ironically the day before. There was no sale wordage on the price tag. These people are both incompetent, and criminal. Awful store

No ps5 systems ... NO PS4 REMOTES AT ALL... NONE.. USED OR NEW... NOTHING IN STOCK ON THE WALLS ... NO HEADPHONES.. NO POPS... ALL ONLINE FOR A FEE THOUGH!!! UGH

Went to 3 store after they look it up in computer said item is at that store got there no it at this store after 3 stores i went to Meijer that had the item computer inventory @ gamestop is not accurate

All Gamestops should be discontinued. They are con artists who robbed their patreons out of their money. The owners and top-tier management teams are BS. But I do respect the employees as they are always nice and informational. They just have to spew what the top brass forces them to.

Was never once acknowledged by staff. In shop for a good 15 min there were 1 or 2 other customers in and out during my visit. Will not be back to Dixie Hwy Store.

Called to put a game on hold. When I got to the store the game was not put on hold and sold to someone else. The employee working at the store called the morning employee who stated no one called to hold any sort of game.Store is full of liars. Don’t waste your time with this location.

I ordered a game online and when it didn’t work the problem was on their end. When I tried to bring it back up they tried to keep over 2/3 of the money I paid and said they couldn’t do anything about it. I went to another GameStop and they told me that they could and that they cheated me. The guys name was Zack.

Nerds behind the counter dont have since enough to not insinuate I dont know what Im their to buy based on the price of the item I am there to purchase. Nor are they knowledgeable about the warranties they sell. Rude and ignorant fools who appeared to need showers. Would have left immediately but buying last minute gift. Will never return to this location, there is another location 2 miles North on opposite side of street in the Dixie Manor shopping center.

For one, it smells like they are smoking cigarettes in the store or at least in the backroom and its bleeding into the main store . For two, there is a older lady that is very aggitated and hard to deal with that works there as well... Not a pleasant experience for a business that is all about the customer...

The employees that was working yesterday afternoon, early evening was very rude. They way that they talk to the customers was crazy. Those kids in there working need a leason on customer service, and how to talk to customers. No place I have ever work has said its alright to scream at customers
