I dont know why this place has a 2.6 rating. The people there have always been nice and helpful to me. They listen to, and care about their customers. My service has always been great through them. I recommend this place regardless of their other reviews
I normally dont write out bad reviews but this store really needs to be talked about. I just got the OnePlus 8 Pro and I needed help setting up the SIM card for the new device. The woman working at the time said that the phone wouldnt be compatible after telling her the device said SIM 1 not allowed. Didnt even take a look at the device. I also want to note that she said that Louisville didnt have 5G capabilities for Metro. I just got finished with the Metro at 224 W Broadway and the guy got my device working in a matter of minutes. I can thankfully say my device is working and has full 5G bars. The Oak Street location was completely worthless so I am grateful that the Broadway location could actually provide the quality service I needed for my new device.

I can’t believe that a company this’s big,has that location as an authorized dealer.!!Very poor customer service,straight up in my face lied,and tells me,that he don’t care about my problem.!!My account was open at least 5 years ago,all I need it was some help,because I didn’t remember my pin#,and I’m on a need of a new phone,since my broke...well,I left there without a phone still,plus very aggravated,they tell me it would take 24 hours to get my pin reset,and I have to go back there for it,I ask for a phone to the store to follow up on this process,and he said that the phone don’t work...REALLY,a phone company with a none working phone.??Then he said,that won’t answer phones,because he only cares about the walk in customers,that tells the history Metro PCSYour dealer,that particular location at403 Oak st Louisville Kentucky,only cares about the cash walking in,not the customers.!!I’ll appreciate a call from a real metro pcs customer service person.!!!
