Customer service was amazing! Everyone was so kind and attentive. They were very busy so I understand the wait! Bailey helped me get a new phone and was very helpful. He explained everything very well!

We went in to upgrade phones, our appointment didnt show up on their schedule so we had to wait for the next available associate (around 30minutes). No big deal because Bailey was the BEST associate we have ever had! He was attentive and fun to be around. He re worked our bill to save us money monthly and helped us learn how to work our new phones, put our screen protectors and our phone cases. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us get everything we wanted. We are so happy with the help we received! And make sure to ask for Bailey!

After signing up and waiting for our appointment, we were helped by Matthew. It was by far the fastest cell phone upgrade service I’ve ever received. He was knowledgeable about each phone model I was interested in and able to compare designs, differences and prices on the fly. In addition, he had no issue explaining things to us multiple times and making sure I knew exactly what I was purchasing. I left the store with no doubts or questions!

We got the most marvelous customer service from Emily, and we were not the only ones. When we arrived for our appointment she was helping another customer and giving them the excellent and patient help she gave us. She was very helpful in setting up a 90 yo technology neophyte, and he is thoroughly happy. Could not recommend her more!

Today I visited this store to have a new phone activated on my account. Ron could not have been any kinder or more helpful. He took his time with me, answered all my questions, got my new phone up and running. He also helped me download apps on both my phones and thoroughly explained how to do the data transfer when I got home. It worked just as he explained, was quick and easy. Rons great customer service made my visit this morning quick and painless. I would definately go back there if I needed additional assistance.

Alex was very thorough when explaining our options for purchasing new phones. He was also very patient as we worked through the options and asked a LOT of questions. Hey guy I have been to many At&t store this location on Bardstown road was the best staff every Emily was able to retrieved my pictures from my daughter wedding which was in Fuji.Then her Manger Micka came over and suggest that we check her account maybe to lower her bill.Low and behold she did .Best customer service I have received in a long time.Ps if we were not in a pandemic I would have hug them.
