Cricket wireless was to say the least a almost disaster. Was there for three and a half hours just to activate one new line. We ended up leaving but not until paying almost 90.00 as a first time payment. Credit worthyness wasnt a problem at all. Was approved for 1200.00 total. The computer system in this store had a faulty credit swipe machine that wasnt able to read any of my cards. Then the system locked up in the middle of processing the card and application once the other machine swiped my card and read my banking data. 3 and 1/2 hours later I left finally with a working phone. Next time I will walk out I wont Waite like that again, no phone is worth that much waiting time. Quality and service is very good. Phone is working well with little effort. TONY

Bought a new phone last week and was a very easy process thanks to the young guy that was working.. I think his name is trae, he does a really good job. Also very friendly. I recommend this store when he is working.

Awesome location! Went to this store to look at some phones around 2:00 pm. The African American sales person helped me pick out a new phone and accessories. He was very professional and polite. I was very hesitant to go to any stores in this part of the city because its hard to find people who ACT like professionals on their jobs. This man was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and again, PROFESSIONAL!!! They should use him to TRAIN other employees at different locations. Professionalism is very hard to find these days.

I really hate the attitude and disrespect I recieve from here. As a manager its really uncalled for. I could call and theh are just so nasty and i really hate going in person. I try to avoid at all cost this store. But since i dont drive this is the cloest store at the time being
