Went in today and purchased a electric dryer. The dryer doesnt work due to the installation men trying to jam a too small cord into a plug that clearly wasnt meant for the job! Instead of swoping them out like they were supposed to they ripped of a single mother of 3 during a global pandemic!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAM ARTIST!!! I called the store and delivery team immediately and was ignored. I sent text to staff again ignored. $185 American dollars down the drain. So the warranty is only good if you get them to answer and give customer service!! I wonder if they treat their white patrons this way or did they treat me poorly because of my skin color or was it my gender?! The fact that I have to question this is sad! I pray they soon go out of business!!

Horrible, just as other reviews said appliances doesn’t work. then when you call them to let them know they just block you. see you in court!

Bought a washer and dryer set 3 weeks ago for 300 and delivery fee of 45 washer doesn’t work dryer won’t get hot called them ask could it be fixed got promised everyday would be the day asked for a refund he yelled at me got very rude refused my refund and blocked my number left me several voicemails ladies beware do DO DO DO NOTTTTT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME THEIR WASHERS AND DRYERS ARE IN THE SHAPE OF THE BUILDING THEY WORK OUT OF USED MY MONEY TO BUY MORE INVentory AND DIDNT OFFER A NEW SET

I don’t feel like the price we paid for a used and repainted washer and dryer was fair. Although it did work about 6 months. When it was time to service my washer. The don’t keep appointments. He came in and fixed what he thought was wrong and charged $60. He was only on it for 5 minutes. Well guess what the washer stopped a day later. I refuse to pay another $60. This place is a total rip off. And they talk to you it reminds of a old racist master talking to his slaves. And they came in my home smelling like old laundry funk. I guess you get what you pay for

Do not buy here. I bought here thinking it could get me by for least a year. Guy was rude. Even said he takes cash only and doesn’t pay taxes. So two weeks later I had to replace the dryer. And the oven on the stove doesn’t even work. He just cheating the neighborhood he operates in.

They have bad customers service, there items is not worth the money!! They give u a warnty but won’t come services your items until not covered under warranty!

The owner of this place is the rudest person I have ever met. He needs to learn to deal with the public. We spent over five hundred dollars here and after paying, he took personal jabs at us. He will NEVER get another dime from me or my family. If I was looking for used appliances, I would not go here. BTW, his name is Verney Helm.Also, I feel bad for the employees there. He is nasty to them also. They are wonderful and do not agree at all with they way he talks to them or the customers.

They r con and rip off artists, bought a washer an dryer from there with a receipt stating 30 day warranty. They refused to honor .

If you are looking for the cheapest warrantied appliance look no further building doesnt look great though
