The salesperson - Billy C. was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the products in the store. The showroom was pristine and there were a lot of options. Billy was easy to work with and made the process very easy and comfortable. I will definitely rent from this location again. Great job Billy!

Even though they guarantee same day delivery and easy online approvals so you dont have to co.e in. I still had to go in and my delivery date got changed multiple times I had to call them to find out why they didnt show up rather than them contact me and let me know it was gonna be pushed back.yet again.. I love my furniture I like the 6 months same as cash but utter fail for them in the future for me.

Was triple charged in one day and have been trying to straighten it out but its impossible due to them constantly wanting a payment instead of actually fixing the root of the problem. Loved them at first but now I will never do business with them or recommend them to anyone. A few good apples among the nuncb but not enough to be worth doing business again. Would give negative stars if possible.

I take my former rating away. As it has been 3 weeks and they didnt honor their word and seriously told a lawyer I took their stuff. Not one time has these fools been to my place to ask to get their things. And say they dont wanna keep their deal. I know see why Ashley and big name stores do their own rental now. Ill be telling friend never to do business with rent a center again

This place is the worst.... Clearly all they care about is not a damn thing.. they have scheduled pick ups and came up to 2 hours after the time they scheduled. One of the workers there was calling me just to annoy me beyond belief. I dealt with the rent a center in Shively and they werent this bad. I have called and asked for a new item just to get ignored, funny they will hassle me for that money but I cant get to to step a foot in my house to come look at my stuff. I would give no stars or negative stars because this location is a hot mess.

Been waiting over 2 weeks for our bed to be delivered... .. They delivered to our old address today and call to tell us they need a payment before they can bring us the bed?! So your mess up has us miss work and still have no bed!!! Woman on the phone rude and non helpful for their mess up!!! Will Never recommend to anyone. .. Wish I could give negative stars

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune of experiencing. The staff have lost the care and compassion for their customers and simply see us inconveniences. Being in the customer service field myself I take this store as a reminder to what I never want to be like towards a customer. Me personally I was downgraded, belittled, then when I asked to speak to a manager even he greeted me with the same blunt disrespect. After serving my country in the United States Army I feel myself, as well as every other customer deserve to be treated like not only important customers, but human beings as well. Whoever hired this new crew for this location clearly has never sat down and got to know them. What a waste of potential!.

This place has the absolute worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Everyone is rude and they are completely unwilling to work with you in any way.

Willing to work with you with a low down payment and low monthly payments. This is great if you need to rent to purchase items. Watch for the trick they pull like every other rent-to-own places. If you dont pay in 90 days or less you will be paying twice the amount of what was advertised and pay way more than the item is worth. No items come with internet. Although thats a no-brainer for some; apparently theyve had customers complain because the item didnt come with free WiFi.....anyway, very easy application process and I would recommend.
