We bought a refrigerator from them and the service was fine. We were promised a 30 day warranty. 15 days in the fridge stopped cooling and we had it looked at and it was a defrost issue and the part was expensive. We called and left voice-mail and they ignored our calls and started hanging up. My husband decided to walk in and talk to them and they said it was out of warranty ( day 22) . He showed them receipt and they said if he wanted to bring it up they would try to look at it. We just left and chalked it up as lesson learned. After reading reviews I wish I had looked them up first. Do not buy from this place

**Update** After speaking with “Mo” we were guaranteed our appliances. Almost 2 months later....absolutely nothing!!! They are ignoring us and will no longer answer our phone calls. They have been reported to the Better Business Bureau. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! They are thieves. Shame on them for conducting business this way. Shame on them for treating people this way.Awful place to deal with. Paid for appliances we have not received. Employee pocketed our money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Their doors should be closed. Still dealing with the owner to get a refund or the products we paid for! They are sneaky and low dealers! If there was a zero star option that’s what they would get from us.

If I could give this business zero stars, I absolutely would. Do not purchase from here, don’t waste your time. My parents spent $1575 and bought all of their appliances from Mo’s: refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer. They were told they would be delivered on a Friday, never showed up. My mother was in constant contact with Jae who kept giving reasons why the delivery team was behind. Promised they would be there Saturday. Saturday comes and he starts giving reasons why they are behind, again. He said he would try to have someone bring it Sunday. That didn’t happen. Monday comes and my parents wait until midnight because Jae promises he’s on the way, even goes as far to send my mother a video of him driving down the road to “prove” he’s on his way to their house. They never show up. My mom called the owner and spoke with him and he informed her that Jae did not tell him of my parents sale and Jae must have pocketed the money. He assured her they would have their appliances and that Jae would be terminated. None of that has happened. We have contacted Wave 3 News and filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau. How many people are going to be taken advantage of before someone finally does something? It has to stop now. They are thieves and have absolutely no business operating a business. Stay far a way!

I purchased a refrigerator on April 15, 2020 and as of today, July 9, 2020 I still don’t have it. Delivery was promised 5 different times and nobody ever showed up or responded. I have 3 different numbers I’ve been calling and texting every day since April. All of these phone #s seem like burner phones and have an automated phone # voicemail. The repair guy, Frank, was even involved in these texts and made several promises of repair. If it wasn’t personal issues it was, “It’s next in line” and then not get a reply for two weeks with yet another excuse.Mo / Maurice told me he was on vacation two different times. When I pointed out it was his 2nd vacation and I still don’t have a refrigerator he got snarky and then stopped responding again. Something about how he owns multiple locations and is in Chicago frequently. So great he has MY money to go on vacation with and can consider work his vacation.Don’t risk you money here! If you happen to get a good experience or even receive a functioning unit you’re just lucky. I’ve requested a refund since May and here we are 3 months later and they still have my $800, $100 of that was for delivery.

This place is a rip off. So buyers be ware .They say one thing and do another. Said they would deliver by 1 didnt get there until 9 at night. Got the refrigerator and does not work. Called them they told us to call a repair service and pay to get it fixed. Quick to take your money but not to fix there problem. This delivery happened 2-29-20. So people spend your hard earned money somewhere else. Smooth talkers that sell junk.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We paid for a refrigerator and a dishwasher. My husband waited for delivery on THREE different nights and no one showed. No one answered their phone or called us. On the fourth night, they delivered but they were the wrong appliances! We asked for a refund and were refused. We now have no appliances and no refund. Do not shop here!!

Buyer beware!!!!! Read all post before buying from this business. This is a scam business. Bought a GE refrigerator on 5/14/2020 had delivery set for 5/15/2020 between 4-8pm never showed. Went to the store at 9pm finally talked 2 the owner and got me in contact with the delivery guy. Guy said he needed a wire for the refrigerator and if i wanted 2 still have it delivered he would and it be by midnight. I seat in the parking lot from 10pm to 11:30pm for the delivery driver to never show like he said he would. Called the owner mo at midnight and said to call him in the morning between 8-9am on 5/16/2020 which i did and never got an answer. Its 3:24pm 5/16/2020 and still cant get a hold of Mo or the delivery driver. Oh and I went back to the store this morning at 10am and was there till 1pm and know one ever showed up 2 open the store today. Would give negative star if I could.

I bought a refrigerator from here. Their warranty states all sales are final. If your appliance doesnt work correctly within 30 days they will repair it for free and if they cant they will switch it for another. My refrigerator never worked (never got cold). They put me off from the very beginning. They do not stand behind their warranty. The repairman never came after scheduling an appointment and they refuse to switch out my refrigerator for one that works. Do not do any business with this place.

Do not i repeat do not buy from mos My wife And I purchased a kitchenaid refrigerator on 4/15/2020. took the refrigerator home and hooked it up worked fine for two days. refrigerator stopped working we reached out to the manger on 4/17/2020 and only received one response and it was to state that the refrigerator was working when it was in the show room. the refrigerator came with a 30 day warranty we are not happy and have contacted our lawyer.

I was in need of a fridge and unfortunately couldn’t find anywhere else but Mo’s appliance. The place looked nothing like the photos I saw, but I decided to to go ahead with the purchase on Friday the 17th. I was informed I would have the fridge delivered Saturday fairly early in the day. I waited around until 11 at NIGHT. I was in contact with the delivery driver MULTIPLE times. Each time I was told it’ll be soon, a couple more hours, etc. No one ever showed up. The next day, Sunday the 18th, at around 11 in the morning, I got a call saying the fridge would be delivered around 1 pm. I waited around again for them to finally show up at 4:45. They fridge smells HORRIBLE. They’ve taken my front door apart, thrown a plant stand down when it got in their way. One of them is cursing repeatedly in front of my kids. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. This has been a horrible experience and they refuse to give a refund.

Do not buy any appliance from this place. We paid $750 for a stove and refrigerator on January 19th and still do not have either. For any of you who have bought a refrigerator on the past 15 years know that the doors have to come of to get inside of your home. First delivery one guy was sent to deliver. The second time they brought it and couldnt get it in and was on top of it denting it in trying to remove the doors. They had been told the doors had to come off, so Im not sure why it wasnt done before delivery and to mention it was 8:30 at night and supposed to be delivered every day that week. This guy is a crook and a thief and is refusing to give our money back. SO BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I have since went a head and bought all new appliances from Home Depot, not one problem delivering and removing the doors. I would give Zero stars, but I had to click one to post.

My husband bought a Samsung fridge a week ago. Missing 2 handles from the door. Person said they were going to order the handles but never heard from again. This is a scam. They sell broken appliances and offer to make repairs. Once they get it back you never hear from them again. They take your money and delete any history of interaction with you.

My daughtrr bought washer/dryer set. We picked it and took to the house. Dryer would kot dry. Called repeatedly, finally went to the store. They sent use to some repair place on fern valley rd. She had them for 1 month, both quit working. Do not buy from them. They are scammers.

This place is a joke the delivery guys just dropped it off last night at 8 pm said they couldn’t get it inside and just left it out side. I only have one handle and one of the bottom drawers are broke and the other is to small for the space. They told me they would have them replace and they were never replaced . I’m done with this place

The only reason I have it one star is because you can not give it zero. I went to the store 3 weeks ago. I purchased a French door fridge for $450. I paid 50 for delivery even tho I’m 2 miles from the place but that was fine I didn’t mind. Payment was all done over the phone thru Facebook messenger the payment that is while I was in the shop then I got a email saying I have 30 day warranty but it won’t matter. I should have known right there to just walk away. But I needed a fridge that day. So I got on the books to have my fridge delivered that day a Thursday. So 2-4 hours pass I speak to jay he says it will be today he will let me know when he is on the way. 10pm...11pm....midnight finally calls and says he just got back to the store and he can come now. I was still up and irritated so I said yeah. Then he calls me back 5 min later saying the handles can’t be found. That could he please bring it at 7am. He was nice and respectful so I said yes that’s fine. Then 7am came boring I called and finally at 11am he said he just woke up he was gonna he’s for the shop and bring it. So finally at 3pm Friday a full day and a half they get here. Then they can only get it in my living room because they wouldn’t remove the doors. Or didn’t want to. Then told me we will come back and help u move it to the kitchen and I’ll bring ur handles let me run to this next stop and I’ll figure it out. I said ok knowing after what we just went thru even though I paid $50 to have it brought 2 miles to me, we was doing the work. So I called and called and finally Sunday he said he had the handles. The fridge started acting up and I had to call a repair man. He came out boom another 125 to this thing. Then on top of that it’s been 3 weeks I keep getting told someone is gonna come fix it and help me and bring my handles. It’s been 3 weeks. If u ever give this place business just know u will be waiting and possibly won’t receive a good fridge. Mine is about out and I just said screw it and just went and bought a new one for 1100 just so I would never have to deal with the nightmare place again. The delivery guy jay is nice and respectful that was the only professional person I set with. Even though he told me he would bring them back and it’s been 3 weeks I still think he can’t help who he works for. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! At the end of the day I’m out 700 for this one in total to be going completely out and I have a warranty but who’s to say it will be honored I definitely did not want to go thru this again. Also the control panel on my fridge worked in the shop but by the time it got here it will not work even after a repair guy I paid for came. Just stir clear. They post on Facebook. Just go else where. Not worth the loss of money all the food that will go bad waiting for them and def not worth the time waiting and waiting for what is actually yours to get to you. We have also went up to the shop it’s by appointment only but I see jay there time to time and stop and ask where my handles are just to be told they are coming today yeah sure I’ll take this L and I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I bought a fridge from them a few days ago, paid extra for same day delivery and haul off of the old fridge. The delivery was over 2.5 hours late, didnt show until 1030 pm. They didnt know they were supposed to take the old one, the delivery guy was high as gas, I couldnt get anybody to communicate with me regarding where the delivery was. They didnt have the tools needed to take off the handles to fit the fridge through my front door. I tried to contact multiple people at the company the next day and NOBODY will respond to me or my boyfriend. Absolutely horrible business practice. I would save yourself a headache and spend elsewhere. Once they get your money, they could care less about customer service.
