Just to give you an idea, my girlfriend and I walked inside RentMart to check them out and walked out with a new living room suit, bedroom suit, pub dinning table, and a 65 television with stand! Wed literally just signed the lease on our new place and intended to merely browse around but the store manager Steve Koebel walked us into something even better. After greeting us upon entering, he allowed us to check a few pieces out before stepping over and politely offering his assistance. He took note of the items we had our eye on and offered his own expert and experienced options, always mindful to keep our backstory, budget, and decor preferences included. Aside from being very down to earth and personable, Steve took a priority to show us the better deal on an almost equal quality mattress we loved, allowing us the room to also acquire a beautiful dresser, reframe, and mirror. He was eager to be flexible with the prices and rates as we were given a sweet deal by packaging several items we had thought wed need to buy separately over time. He offered us a water and prioritized us over calls and a couple wisecracking coworkers (a good work environment no doubt) to give us an exact price quote for our desired purchases. On a single, biweekly, and convenient bill we got exactly what we wanted with a clear understanding of exactly what we both expected from one another. Steve not only gave us a great deal but a fair one too! My girlfriend and I cant wait to receive our delivery tomorrow...AND our keys!

RentMart is absolutely great I dealt with April when I first went in. She had amazing customer services skills, very polite and extremly easy to talk to and deal with. She was very informative and knowledgeable on the pieces I was interested in. She got me a computer, & TV first! Then a bed followed by a dresser!! I was worried I wouldnt be able to get everything that I needed and still stay within my budget, however she was able to get me some awesome deals & shockingly keep everything within the budget was working with. She got my delivery set up very promtly. I strongly recommend RentMart to anybody lookog to get new furniture & even more strongly I recommend April. Shes very pleasant and did an amazing job getting me exactly what I wanted!! My first time in a rent-to-own establishment and I chose the RIGHT one. The staff is GREAT!!! The customer service was AWESOME!!!! The relationships between staff and customers was Beautiful!!! They were very helpful in our search for a refrigerator. They didnt have one in stock, but assured us that one of their staff members were driving to Ohio to get one. And even went a day earlier than expected just so we could get it.

This place is not cookie cutter at all. Which I always love a truly unique experience. I also work in customer service. For a week I have been calling rent centers in my area. When it came to an easy adjustment to help with my situation they put up walls and obstacles. Chris ripped down all those obstacles. He took time to understand what I was needing and he delivered much quicker than the other companies quoted. I honestly will continue with this company for similar needs in the future and am grateful for the excellent customer service Chris provided for me.
