There is lots of sitting both inside and outside, as well as a comfy bench. Both workers are kind and attentive to my requirements. They take such good care of me that I am very happy. With two friends, I visited the area. I asked some locals for a recommendation and was led to this shop for a good coffee. The dark chocolate mocha hit the spot and it was delicious for breakfast! They have anything from breakfast to dinner and if you are not sure what you want, the regular specials are a great choice.

Okay before I go into anything, can we talk about their playlist real quick? It is ON FREAKIN POINT! Its all super chill R&B, playing softly in the background.I came here on a Tuesday morning around 9:30am and there were tons of street parking (2-hour limit). This cafe is relatively small but they do have about 8 tables inside plus some patio seating.+ Pasadena rose latte: I originally ordered this less sweet but they recommended getting it with regular sweetness since the drink itself is very light. I was told that if I dont like it, theyll be more than happy to make me a new one. The latte had a subtle but nice rose aroma to it, not overly sweet with rose syrup.+ Chocolate croissant: Wow, this croissant was deliciously flaky. The dark chocolate wasnt too overpowering and complimented the croissant very well.Overall, this is a cute little place to get some work done or chitchat over coffee.

The coffee was great. I tried black coffee and bread. The bread is soft and fluffy kind. The staff members were friendly, and I must say young. Also, the chairs were comfortable. The restroom is well designed and maintained. I would be coming back here again with my friends.

Great place. The place is like making a decent coffee routine place to franchaise. I got my drip coffee too fast (?). Hard to balance quality with franchaise speed, but it feels slightly unclear.

Really good coffee. The cafe is pretty small but great for take out. They have small food offerings (waffles, sandwich, etc). If you are like me and cannot drink black coffee but want to save on calories, try their iced coffee! Taste more like a latte but low calories!

Not a lot of space to hang out inside but the neighborhood was cool, cold brew was great, specifically the New Orleans. Also the cappuccino was likely the best Ive ever had. Waffle with chocolate was really delicious but I wouldnt expect to have any kind of full meal on offer here.

Soooo I’ve been designing all night at SewFyi just around the corner, and decided I needed a cup of joe in the early am hrs. I will admit.... I’m a Starbucks girl, but I’m open to exploring cute coffee shops when available. This particular shop was 0.1 miles and 3 min walk, so I decided to try. Aesthetically, the place is absolutely beautiful! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming in a very industrial/artistic way. I walked in and waited in line (only 1 other customer in front of me). The energy seemed to be a little off ( although very empty, no one greeted me). As a customer, that icebreaker greet is everything... especially on a first time visit. I waited patiently in line and then a very lovely young lady (with green hair) took my order. I’m a regular roast coffee type of girl, but this shop has specific seasonal flavors that are hand brewed. She explained the flavors and their process of brewing coffee which I really appreciated. I slid over to the register to check out and here’s where Blue Bottle Coffee looses 2 stars. The cashier (brown bun with glasses) took some time to get to the register which is No biggie because that gave me a moment to capture some flicks of the very cool environment. When she finally arrived to the register, she came with a bit of an attitude. (Which I didn’t really understand, because she seemed pretty joyful with the customer ahead of me) I checked out and had a seat at the bar facing the brewing stations. Once again, beautiful views so I proceeded to capture some more content. I then noticed her rolling her eyes, as if she was annoyed by my presence. I decided to stop taking flicks and have a seat. A pretty kind guy with curly hair called me to get my coffee, and I realize that there was 0 cream in the canister. I informed him and he happily refilled the canister and handed it back. As I proceed to pour the cream, I realize there’s not much room for cream at all. ( I like my coffee light tan in color... my Starbucks order is tall in a grande cup to leave room). I asked the curly haired guy if I could have a larger cup for room for cream, and he told me they only have 1 size cups. I observed a larger size cup across the room and told him that cup will work fine. As he’s headed to grab the larger cup for me, the brown bun cashier jumps into the conversation and forcefully tells him to “stop, those cups are for cold drinks”. He stopped dead in his tracks, I’m still standing there with a small cup and no room for my cream. She gives no other options to help me and proceeds back to check out the customer in front of her. (As if my issue wasn’t a concern). At this point, I just wanted a refund. Between rude customer service, weird flavors, limited cream and tiny cups... I had had enough! Unfortunately, I didn’t have the energy, so I just asked the curly hair guy for another small cup. I proceeded to split my coffee into two cups to make a blend to my liking. Worst part of all.... the coffee tasted extremely average! I mean Mc Donald’s probably has a better blend of coffee (in my opinion). So here I am having my weak coffee in a stunning environment with a poker face as I write this review. I’ll definitely be sourcing a local Starbucks tomorrow.Update : Omg!!!! And no outlets!

Blue Bottle out of San Francisco is in LA! Trendy shop on a trendy little street worth the stop. Delicious ice tea! My companion had a cup of coffee that meet Blue Bottle standards with its unique dark roast flavor.

Blue Bottle Coffee is such a cute LA cafe. Ive really only gotten coffee here, but the ambiance is just perfect every time. I dont know if they attract the right crowd or its just magical timing on my part, but nobody is ever being annoyingly loud and the line is never TOO long. I consider this an amazing feat.

This place is great. I love the ambience of it for sure. Just like all coffee shops though, there are a ton of students doing homework and what not. As a student myself, I had to wait a little bit to get a spot and start doing work. Its not a big deal though. But that goes to show you, how popular this place is.

So fortunate a San Francisco staple came down to Los Angeles. Usually busy, but worth the wait.

They roast coffee beans here, too.I was also introduced to this small bottle of apple juice from France that I think was called Cloudy Coxs apple juice and it was a tiny container of childlike joy.Check it out!

This is the first coffee I have ever had that is better than what I make at home. I ordered the single origin Ethiopian cold brew and was treated to a nuanced and smooth beverage. I will definitely return. I think its about 10x better than Starbucks, at least.

Hands down my favorite coffee spot in the valley. They have so many flavor options. The employees are always friendly and the service is fast. Parking can be tricky as its located on the corner of residential/main street. Dont worry, the drinks are worth it! This is my go to spot whenever I find myself north of the 101!

Oat Milk Cappuccino is very smooth and well worth it. I’ve been here twice and coffee has been great. If you can come during the week it’s a lot less crowded than showing up on a Sunday afternoon. Parking is 2$ if you can snag the “reserved for blue bottle” parking spots right behind the shop. Machine takes cards and cash.
