5-stars for the great Starbucks coffee. 1-star for the creepy vibe and a few weird people inside and outside. Well, Starbucks cant help that. I guess its the location. Otherwise, its clean inside and has all the great Starbucks has to offer!

Good Starbucks. Interesting interior design because it is pretty new. Half a year old maybe? Parking is terrible. It is a crowded mini-mall with tiny spots. But you do get to experience what Hollywood is really about. Check out the 3D snake scales around the bottom of the counter! It is like an optical illusion!!!

Clean and well run.Took off 1 star as this Starbucks has no power outlets to charge your laptop or cell phone.They also have a passcode lock on the bathroom.

Similar to the majority of Starbucks youll come across. This location doesnt have a drive thru. None of the locations Ive visited no longer have any electrical outlets, which is a complete bummer! They will make your drink exactly the way you ask, which is refreshing compared to a lot of the Starbucks.

Don’t have any of the stuff that we order so we end with a Frappuccino, it was a deception

This is a new Starbucks!Its very nice and clean inside. I like the layout, lots of space.I had an iced coffee which was really good! It tasted better than what Ive had at other Starbucks. My drink was made very fast and the employees were friendly.Great location!

Love this new Starbucks! Erica was an all around beauty. Friendly crews, the frappes here tastes much better and tasty than other starbucks stores. So i drive here everyday from adams and crenshaw.. its worth the drive though

Friendly service as always. I was surprised that it took 15 minutes for them to make an iced tea, but the attendant gave me 40 cents off. I thought that was very thoughtful of her.

Star Bucks is my Favorite from long days . When i get weekend Normally go there. This is very enjoyable place for me. The tastes is awesome and love to eat again and again.

Thought, the register Barista was ignoring me when I walked in at first....and he probably was...but he acknowledged me within about the 3 minute period so I didnt have to right him a CHECK for bad behavior to customers.

Fantastic, friendly baristas at this spacious location. Although there were only two, they kept a good pace and the wait for my coffee wasnt long at all.

The team here is great and goes out of their way to make this location nice. They remember my fake name I order with. They’re rly quick and always get it right, even when they’re understaffed. It’s in a rough area and I’ve seen the baristas here handle wild situations really professionally. Honestly they should be paid as security too.

Clean nice place and employees have good friendly attitude. However the parking lot is a whole different story.

Post Covid 19 and there are few places that offer any comfort. The staff try to make the best of a bad situation. Theyve implemented a social distancing policy and have a solid plan to protect you and their employees. Follow the dots and arrows; youll get your order and get out with minimal fuss or contact.Cathy and her crewmembers are awesome. Thank you guys for all the hard work and for making our lives a little more comforting and routine with the great drinks.

I like this Starbucks and Im here pretty often, as I live walking distance. Decent amount of seating but it can get busy. Most of the employees are super friendly and awesome, but I have to give a shout out to Tim. He is always the most upbeat, friendly, and hardworking barista. Just has an excellent energy at all times, you cant help but love the guy!

A bit lower-key than the Sbux at Sunset & Vine, this location is fairly new (less than a year open at the time of this writing) and feels nicely fresh. The staff is entirely excellent. All in all a very decent place to get some air conditioning and spend some of your afternoon/evening.

It was excellent. The baked good were extra fresh. The bathrooms were clean. Very cozy.Thumbs up.

Lots of seating but few outlets or actually none that I can see. Maybe theyre hidden? Also really hot inside. 65 outside, easily 79 in. Still, way less crowded than the one on Sunset / Gower or Sunset / Vine.

Nice new look for starburst store.. but light more than the place need.. could be better if its less bright

There is some parking here but not a lot. New store so very clean and shiny. Convenient location for anyone working or playing around in this area. Staff was chill as we signed documents here without ordering anything.

Nice store, nice staff but THERE ARE NO POWER OUTLETS. So forget working here if you need to plug your laptop.

It has a good size parking lot and its always very clean. Its nice the way the bathrooms are well-kept and the sink and mirror are separate from the toilets. Which is nice if you just want to wash your hands because you dont have to wait in line or anything. A lot of Starbucks dont even have bathrooms now. Most of them are just like an outdoors walk-up drive-thru kind of thing. Thats really frustrating because coffee is not only a stimulant but a diuretic. Really that shouldnt even be legal to be able to serve stimulants and or diuretics and not have an accommodating restroom, but thats not an issue with this place.

My boss sent me to Starbucks to get 20 specialty drinks for a team of very important people--I am so glad I picked this location for this intense order! Many of the individuals I was ordering for requested drinks with extra specifications and the baristas took extra care to double check every drink from the order and add a different name to each cup to help me out.Judy, Peter, Mimi, and Lizeth were SUPERSTARS! They were so kind and understanding, truly the best Starbucks experience Ive ever had (and Ive been to many Starbucks locations)! Not only did they make my day better by completing the order so seamlessly, they did it with smiles on and no complaints. Such a big order could have been a nightmare, but instead I walked out there impressed and with a big smile on my face! These wonderful individuals deserve raises!

Other than being backlogged with mobile orders (I bought something that didnt require me to wait), the atmosphere here was great. A beautiful energy filled setting.

Good location for a Starbucks, its right on the corner. I came here for a quick caffeine fix. Its a brand new Starbucks. Customer service was good and the cashier was friendly. She took my order quickly. I ordered a grande caffe vanilla frappuccino. Service was a little slow but it was during the early morning rush. The drink tasted good and it was the right mix of coffee and vanilla. This has become my favorite coffee drink. This Starbucks has a small parking lot and theres lots of other options for drinks and food.

It is my first time at this place because it was new so when it was my turn to order i saw a big fly on the pastry window so I told the employee that was taking my order that there was a fly in the window and she seemed like she did not care and she said it was ok because the food was for display her name was Judy .so for that reason i will not patronize your place and i would tell all my friends to do the same
