Javier was the person who helped me test drive the car I was interested in. He was relaxed, courteous, and knew the product details well. His attitude was respectful, no pressure or nonsense. When we reached an agreement he facilitated getting the finance person to help me work through the contract etc. Again, the finance person was great, no pressure to buy anything I didnt want. He got me through the paperwork as quickly as possible. The only negative anywhere in the process was parking access, the people were all great.

I just received the best service from Ricky in the parts department and Victor in the service department. Ricky was was extremely helpful and willing to assist. He shared possibly discounts available to me as new or returning customer as well explained the process. Ricky then proceeded to find a service person to assist with my installation. After several attempts Victor graciously offered with no hesitation. I was in and out of the dealership within 30 min. I haven’t received service like this in a long time, both of those gentlemen deserve extreme recognition. If I had cash in me I would have tip them both. Awesome experience.

I ordered 2 parts (side mirror). I understand mistakes happen but they had my phone number completely wrong, I had to call and ask if the parts arrived. I thought that somebody will install them but I was informed it will be $175. Ridiculous! I have had a broken mirror before. I left my car and It was installed when I picked it up. I will not be going back to this location.

Trash service. Went in for an oil change and had to wait behind a long line of cars, nobody comes up to tell you what to do, they just expect you to wait in your car until somebody decides to place a little number on the hood of your car. They don’t even give you an estimated wait time. If you go into the office to ask about getting your car service they just shoo you away back to your car and tell to wait. Ok great, waited, after 20 min still no one came. I left and ended up going to get an oil change 15 miles away instead at Ross Nissan a much better dealership where you don’t have to wait in your car and people can assist you at the window.

Purchased a new vehicle on 2/6/21. It is now 8/28/21 and we still have not received the plates for the vehicle. We’ve been contacting Patty (manager), Nancy (employee who is responsible for providing customers with the plates), and now Frank (general manager) with no avail. When we called to speak with the DMV, we were informed that this dealership has MANY outstanding cases in which the title fees and paperwork have not yet been completed. Yesterday I received a parking citation for incomplete registration, and fortunately it was the first, as I’ve been forced to drive with an outdated paper tag since March. Luckily the sales department has no problem picking up the telephone. They were a bit dismayed when the call was not in fact a sale. I was informed the quickest they could provide me with a paper tag was 2 weeks from now. When I offered to come in to pick it up same day, I was told that it would still be 2 weeks. As you can imagine, I’m now stuck with a vehicle that cannot take me anywhere.***UPDATE: STILL WAITING. I now called and spoke with Ronaldo (spelling?) the Financing Manager on Saturday (8/28) PROMISED we would have answers by Monday. It is Wednesday (9/1), and still no response and no answers. Its also interesting that all of the 5 star reviews are being responded to, but this one is not.I’ve given the dealership 10 days notice before they are reported to the Better Business Bureau.

Experience so far has been pretty awful. I was originally quoted same day service on the issue, then was pushed continuously for nearly a week. I was also constantly having to follow up myself without my tech nearly ever being available or calling me back. This experience so far has been very subpar and still waiting for taking my car back to fix the original issue. The only nice service were the ladies in the service dept phone systems relaying messages and following up towards the end of my first week the car was there.

When it came time to sign the paperwork, we said we didnt want any extras. It was late in the day and we were tired. The finance writer and TONY said they made a mistake and we had to resign. Somehow they snuck in a 1820.00 warranty. When I became aware three days later we called and were told they would make it right. LIARS!!! Its been 111 days, so I called the warranty company (Portfolio) and was informed that they dont even have a record of that warranty. This stealership wont answer our calls so now I am forced to sue them. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere. They will rip you off, trust me.

If I did return it would be 100% bc of him. I was displeased knowing that I got a fully loaded 2021 Nissan but didn’t have any type of navigation system in my car. I am not so happy with that.

I wish I had read reviews on the BBB site before entrusting Downtown Nissan with my vehicle. I brought my car in July 30th. It took 4 days to order and install driver side headlight lamp and replace interior cabin bulbs where the preliminary estimate was off by $250. I had to continuously call for updates on the status of the vehicle and many times put on hold for long periods of time only to be directed to voicemail. The very next day, August 5th, the car stalled out. I paid $40 for the tow to dealer. After spending about $300 in Lyft rides to and fro work, I was offered a loaner vehicle free of charge. August 16th I paid $404 and picked up the vehicle with a new IPDM installed and was assured the electrical problem was solved.I did not make it (3 miles) home from the dealership when the car stalled again. After a 30 minute wait, I rode with the tow truck driver back to the dealership to drop off vehicle and pick up the loaner again. Numerous calls were placed over the next few days to be told they they did not know the problem. After 10 days, they discovered the faulty wiring and repaired the EFI harness for an additional $850. So after replacing the headlight and interior cabin bulbs, no light bulb went off in any of the SAE certified technicians brains that there may be an electrical issue why all the bulbs inside the vehicle were out.He did explain that the impact of COVID has reduced manpower. However, this has nothing to do with the lack of professionalism, communication and mechanical expertise on their own products .However minor this might be, I observed that when I picked up the car the second time, the mileage out was 77639 but when towed back in the third time, the mileage was 77634. The service manager assured me he test drove the car 20 miles and my mileage was exactly 77654. Obviously the mileage was set to these numbers to appear that 20 miles had been driven on the car because the number in was less than the number out from the second time. Now youve insulted my intelligence, great way to treat a paying customer.This has been a Nissan nightmare and I went to sleep hoping to never return. After dishing out almost $1700 and having my car from July 30th- Aug 26th, the sales department had the audacity to call and leave a voicemail saying they had important information about my vehicle. I returned the call thinking maybe they were going to reimburse me for some of the charges only to find out they want to buy my car from me and put me in a new car. NO DEAL!!!

My vehicle was in the shop for three weeks because the part was on back order. Not once did I get a call with a status report. Every report was made because I called, that is when someone answered the phone. Second the phone would just ring and someone just pick it up and hang it back up. Third not one of the messages that I have left have not been returned.Ive read that this may be use on your website. I doubt that because it is not a happy response. I am also the mother of the vehicles owner, he was out of town and I put the car in the shop for him. It could have been ready for him when he got back it the part was not on back order.

My main complain is that we called the dealer, talked to a lady emphasize the 2 cars that we were interested in, made an appointment her, drove all the way from Bakersfield to Los Angeles, asking for her, after 15 minutes nothing, we asked for her again,, nothing . We were lucky enough a sales person named Rey stepped in . So since nobody knew about the car we wanted to see this poor guy was running around like hell to get the cars that we were interested in because they were in different lots. That guy really did a good job and we ended to buy the that we liked very much.

So now I have to go back (over 15 miles away) possibly wait the same length of time for something that should have already been done and taken care of. Fast forward to the present, the end of my lease was coming up and it was about time to make decision whether to upgrade or finance the lease. I decided to come back to the same guy, Andrew, to see what my options were. I was looking into going for something small and simple, but this man literally hooked me up with the BEST deal possible and rolled out of there with a brand new 2021 Rogue Platinum. I left the dealership with an entirely complete upgrade, ALL the features you could ever ask for and only paying $50 more than before. When I came to pick up my truck I could tell some one had rummaged around in my truck. My back speaker was popped as if someone was messing with stereo . I left with my truck only to come right back because it was shaking and not running correctly. The manager wanted to brush me of and tell me thats how I brought my truck in but that was not true. After a bit of commotion they took my truck upstairs to recheck it. Only to bring it back down To tell me that they forgotten To tighten a vacuum hose. Went in for an oil change and to see what was wrong with my brakes because it’s been making screeching noises. David was extremely helpful! He said that they would test drive my car to see if they can hear anything. I waited for about 2 hours and he explained what they did to my car. Then he asked if I had any more questions. I did ask him about repairs to the exterior of my car and he was able to give me an estimate of how much it would be! Thank you so much for all your help! Definitely will be coming back!

On October 9, 2020, my husband and I went to Nissan of Downtown to see and maybe purchase a vehicle (Lexus 200CT) that we had seen online with a price of $16,999. The salesman Julio was very kind and friendly. Julio showed us the vehicle and I test drive the vehicle. Were really looking to purchase the vehicle. Julio asked to fill out the application so we would know how much we would be paying for the vehicle. We knew that were going to pay for taxes and dealer fees. Minutes later the Manager came over to show us the actual price of the vehicle with all the fees and warranty for a total of over $26,000. The price we had seen online $16,999 was not the price that they were list the vehicle for in the paperwork. The manager had added 3 additional charges to the $16,999, because he mentioned that the price, he listed online was not the actual price of the vehicle it was actually $18,964 because it was what bluebook was listing for because he had to charge us for the paint, wheel look and a 3M fee . I told him so your false advertising you should have posted the price of the vehicle to be $18,964 which is what the blue book is listing not a lower price so then you can add all these hidden fees. The manager then said what if I would make these fees magically disappear. Be careful with this dealership they false advertise and add hidden fees. Anyone that goes to this dealership make sure you read everything carefully before signing. I have never dealt with an unprofessional salesperson.

BUYER BEWARE! I bought a car from this dealership in 2015. It was a nissan sentra 2014. After this veichle passes 80k miles it turns into a lemon. The first time they had to replace a part for free because there was a manufacturing issue with the cvt. Then i had to come back for another issue that was 1.5k. “Keep in mind that i do take my car for service”No more then a month after having the issue “fixed” the check engine light came back on! They had to reset my check engine as they thought it might just need to be refreshed. A week later it came back and they want me to pay another 2k to fix it?! This cars get problems after problems. I just finished paying off my car and its a lemon. Just great. Please buy from another brand, its no wonder nissan is going under...😑
