We recently purchased two cars over a three month period at JSLOVEMOTORS. I would give four stars for the first purchase. The sales person was quite good but did not know all the features of the car Legacy. Don Myers was the sales person for the second purchase, a car Outback. Don was exceptional from start to finish - honest, straightforward, exceedingly knowledgeable about the vehicle, no pressure. We used the Costco program and everything ran smoothly. Mike Mitchell, the general sales manager, was very informative about not only the model we were driving, but also the differences between that and the model we ultiimately purchased. All we asked was for a fair price and he and Don Myers, our salesman, made that happen. They were also honest with us about the value difference between selling our old car ourselves, and what we could get as a trade-in. They didnt have the car we wanted on the lot but it only took them a week to find one. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and we highly recommend them.
