On the way home, after buying the car, my husband noticed that there was a small crack starting on the windshield. Albert my salesman is young, but very knowledgeable and competent. Was very honest and up front. Michael the finance manager also very helpful. Both of them not pushy like many salesman.

Drove from Orange County to see a Mercedes GLS 450 listed on CARGURU by a guy name Sajjad, which his phone number is linked to this dealership. He stated the car is perfect inside and out with only 8000 miles and 2 owners.Did not meet the guy at the business but met him at a shopping center parking lot.The car had visible damages both front and rear appeared to have been involved in an accident.Also, there were 3 previous owners and not 2 that was listed.The car did not have all the package options he had listed and claimed.This guy went out of his way to completely lie and tried to sell a damaged car. The most shady used car salesman you could ever find.

These Crooks lied to me so that I would change my review. So I would tell you the real. I bought a car that needed 8,000.00 dollars worth of repairs. I couldn’t get it looked at by my mechanic. Furthermore, the financial company they used is a Subprime lender, even with excellent credit. Stay away from those CROOKS.

Will not be returning to this location for next car. Searched for weeks for a specific car and i thought we got lucky for finding one in state only 120 miles from the city we live in. Once we contacted the location to tell them we were interested in the vehicle and had a few questions regarding some features of the car it took us nearly every other day to hear a response for a simple question we had. The representative would not return our calls but text us instead. Asking for personal information to be texted & emailed to them so we could talk about options for financing. Did the online application, knowing the primary applicant had good credit they kept pushing for a bigger deposit and co-signer. After not getting a reply for 3 days we contacted them again via phone and was told that the representative we were working with was out of the office for a few days. We got tossed to another person that helped us out the day we went in. However, 2 days before purchasing the price of the car went down $1,000. Once we got to the location they had all the paperwork ready to go, but they did no adjust the price. They stated that the car was dropped but due to bank application fees which was apparently that $1000 the car was the same price. The offered us a ridiculously high interest rate and said it was because we were 1st time car buyers (all the cars we have were paid cash) and out credit wasnt great (over 700). In the end we took the car home because weve been looking for that specific model. We were told they would contact us if they were able to find the 2nd key for the car, they never called us. If they couldnt find it they would refer us to a location they use to purchase a spare key at a cheaper price. We called 4 weeks later to ask for status & they said they noted the information for us but never called. They also promised us a interior detail for all the inconvenience and miscommunication but during the follow up call for the keys they all of a sudden didnt know what we were talking about nor where they willing to help us with making a spare key. Very disappointed with their customer service.

I came to try and get a CL SSU until I saw this XKR. I fell in love with it right away. Then I noticed a few scratches, but Giovanni said he would fit it for me.
