Awful service! What is the point of making an appointment and still have you waiting for almost 3 hours! Just for an oil change. My appointment was at 6:15am and it was finished at 9:04pm. And when I went to pick up my car, they took another 10 mins to look for it?!? The guy who “helped” just had me sign here and go. No customer service at all.
Service was fine but they are upselling labor like a mechanic is supposed to make $250 an hour…. Do yourself a favor find an honest hard working mechanic not a corporate bully who just wants your money and does not care about you or your car.
I bought my Highlander back in 2018. I do all my cars Maintance here as well. They are extremely expensive but they do a great job. I always do whatever they recommend me to change or replace to my car. It’s easy to book an appointment and even if you don’t have one they will take you. Very friendly staff and very professional over all. Very nice sales team as well. Extremely helpful and I loved that the person who sold me my car spoke Spanish. My husband was with me that day when he was still my bf. My husband only speaks Spanish so he helped me get a deal with the sales rep. It meant a lot. Definitely will continue to come do all of my cars maintenance here even if it’s super expensive. I just trust them it’s been 3 years am I haven’t had any issues what so ever with my car. I do drive a lot just FYI. I love my 2016 Toyota Highlander XLE limited!!! ❤️❤️ looking for a great car and deal come to Toyota of DTLA ! 🙌
When I first talked to the sales representative on the phone, they said that it was a model without dealership markup, but in the actual transaction, it marked up $2,000.00, so I was very disappointed in the lack of honesty.I bought a Toyota car for the first time, but as a consumer had little choice as the supply of vehicles was not smooth, and I realized that the attitude of treating customers in such a way that if you want to buy, otherwise dont buy is not enough as the worlds best car maker.

Talk about no-nonsense!Previously, we purchased from Carla; she was exceptional. This time, we were teamed with Esther, and she too proved to be an exceptional (friendly, knowledgeable, honest and ethical) salesperson -- which seems to be quite common at this location.Our hearts were set on a Honda, and though Hondas bait-n-switch routine lured us in to their dealership, we soon found ourselves calling Toyota of Downtown (as we sat in the Honda dealership office waiting for its disreputable dealer to find the car from the online ad we wanted to purchase -- turns out that car was sold just minutes before our arrival -- liars!)We hurried to Toyota; Esther had two selections awaiting us when we arrived; we were immediately impressed with both -- and in no time we were driving away in a glimmering new Corolla! We got a great deal on it, too!No lies! No Games! No time-wasting! No deception! You want to purchase a car without feeling youre being manipulated or cheated? In buying a car for medical school, I talked to a bunch of Toyota dealers in the LA area (Santa Monica, Culver City, Downtown, and Hollywood) and found that Downtown was by far the best to work with. Whereas other dealers (especially Santa Monica) played all kinds of games (insisting on negotiating based off of monthly payments, calling me on my cell phone after I walked out to offer me something new, adding “LA car guy paint protection” and insisting I need that in LA), Hank was just the opposite - straightforward, helpful, and transparent throughout the process. I ended a up in a brand new Rav4 hybrid - just the one I wanted - and paid a fair price for it. Especially if you’re new to the car-buying game, make the trip downtown! You won’t regret it and Santa Monica (et al) will just waste your time.
Matt sales manager and his assistant nano held my keys hostage for 30 for a trading minutes until after I declined over and over and when they decided to offer me a better said I’d pay a lot cheaper and it’s a better car deal once in the sales office they hide the 2 day cancellation agreement with conversation and telling me to sign on the computer for the protection which once I come back unhappy with the transaction they say it not possible they don’t cater to costumer service this is the worse service I have ever received in toyota even after coming back the second day they could still change everything they tell me to come back another day this is a straight scam and the manager uses threat to intimidate you to leave
I’ve had horrible experiences here the last two times. The experiences were all because of a manager and his attitude towards us. I wasn’t planning on coming back but I received a phone call. The person that helped me out, Tania and Wilmer, we’re very professional and very kind. Their customer service was next to none. Tania thoroughly explained everything. If it didn’t make sense to me, she was more than happy to explain with numbers. If you decide to shop here, make sure to ask for Tania and no one else
I am a first-time buyer and I went to Downtown LA to inquire about what is necessary to buy a new car and of course other questions of my own. So I decided to go with my family to your dealership only to leave with a sour taste and dissatisfaction. Never in my life would I have imagined to experience that, especially in a sales department. I myself work in sales and the level of unprofessionalism has left me with an utmost level of disrespect. Our sales attendant would address me as if I wasnt even worth her time. She showed little to no interest in helping us. When I would suggest a model she would make suggestive hints implying as if I couldnt possibly afford it. I didnt believe classism was still used in car sales but it seems I am utterly incorrect seeing as it was used against me and my family. If anything I was left with strong feelings of disrespect, distraught, and in a way discriminated against. The only time I ever felt like she was willing to help was when we were leaving. As a first-time buyer, I feel extremely unsatisfied, and to add to my dismay she goes ahead and asks for my contact info as if she gave me the greatest pleasure of ever knowing her. The root of all my displeasure was Kati I didnt get a chance to ask for a last name because I was just merely eager to leave after all that disrespect.. After all this, I would never and I mean ever in this lifetime or the next would I ever recommend any potential buyers to your dealership at least if they want to actually want to be disrespected the way I was.
This service is the worst I have toke my car there for a repair of the dashboard because it was Separating. They said we dont have the replacement because it was new vehicle they also said they will call me if my part arrives they never did its been over a month already. Am not going to this location again the service was terrible and the employees as well. They one of the employees was giving attitude they need to train their employees more. Dont go to this location.
The dealership was running a promotion that would give me a full tank of gas and free change of wipers.When I arrived to pick up the car at the end of the day as I drove off I noticed my hood was still open and as I got on the highway I saw the tank was not filled and the wipers were not changed they were just left on my passenger floor.I called the dealership to speak with my agent and he was unapologetic and asked me to return the next day. I have been unable to as I am currently traveling for work. I have called the manager Ricardo several times with no answer and no call back to my voicemails.This is the worst service I have ever received at any of the many Toyota dealerships service departments I have been to. I was very interested in trading in my vehicle for a 4Runner but i will not be returning if this is how your dealership conducts business.
I purchased a used 2017 Tundra on 5/15/2021. The Tundra was reasonably priced considering they replaced all four tires, battery and conducted routine maintenance. I worked with Carla and Kevin online prior to going into the dealership in-person. They were knowledgeable, transparent and a pleasure to work with. Carla provided me with an OTD price via email. A couple days later I went into the dealership, test drove and inspected the truck, and then received the price I was quoted online without any gimmicks.Then came the finance department. I generally dread dealing with the finance department. However, this was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had in the finance department. After I was done with Carla, she took me to see George in the finance department. George was friendly and proceeded the purchase in 15 minutes, yes 15 minutes (I paid cash). Again, no sales gimmicks just a wonderful and pleasant transaction.Even with the super long wait times (I went on a Saturday), I must say it was the best experience I ever had at a dealership (I’ve had some really bad experiences in the past). Thank you Carla, Kevin and George. You guys really made my used truck buying experience an enjoyable one.
Bad, avoid, waste of time, not a credible business, greed, uncaring, unprofessional.Listen, I know these places are just in it to make profit. Toyota of Downtown LA is in a centralized location and no number of bad reviews are going to make a dent in their flow of traffic. Its been over 24 hours since I left the dealership and I’m still bothered. Maybe their clients expect bad or mediocre service, but when I take my car for a routine oil change, it shouldn’t take over four hours to get the car back. My wife and I arrived a little before 1:25 PM. I should have known it would of be a bad experience when it took a service advisor, Dwayne, 20 minutes to come greet us and start gathering odometer readings. I informed him we were in a little rush and that we were a bit frustrated with the 20 minute wait. Dwayne stated it might be awhile and car won’t be ready until 4 or 4:30. Approaching 4:30pm, I walked to the counter and asked a young lady about the status of our vehicle. She said they hadn’t started working on it. At approximately at 4:45 pm I texted Dwayne about the status of our car. Dwayne texted me at 4:57 asking if they can have until 5:45pm. I replied “Sure.” at 5:17pm. I once again approached the young lady at the counter and asked for the business card of the manager. She asked the manager, Ricardo Rodriguez, for the his business card. 5:45pm came and for the last time I approached the managers desk and both Ricardo and Dwayne prolonged they’re last interactions to avoid talking to me. Once I paid around 6pm, I approached Ricardo and introduced myself. He introduce himself. I asked him, “Why does it take over 4 hours to complete something that takes 30 to 45 minutes?” Short answer short staffed. No apologies, no concern, shrugged. Not sure if the service advisor purposefully delayed our vehicle because we didn’t buy additional services. Toyota cars will sell themselves, but a good service department and great customer service will keep customers coming back. This type of dealership and its leadership tarnishes its reputation.
Dont know why its so hard to just greet a customer. I had an appointment set for 1:45, show up right on time and upon arrival I was ignored by several associates that were seemingly standing around talking to each other. I get that they may be discussing work, but at least a well be right with you would have gone a long way. There was literally one other customer that I saw in the service bay, and at least six or seven associates.Eventually, about five minutes later one of the associates paused their conversation to actually greet me. I was then told someone would be with me in five to ten minutes. After ten minutes of being ignored further I just left. Plenty of other businesses out there.Ive owned Toyota cars for fifteen years, and have never experienced this poor of service. I will not be returning to this dealership.
I needed a new transmission on my Rav4.Erik O. was thoroughly helpful throughout the whole process. It was a pricey fix but I am glad that I had Erik help me with the whole process as it was surprise repair.Took a couple days to fix and Erik had provided communication throughout the whole repair.It seemed like a concierge type of service as he was available even on his day off to answer my questions.

I took my car to get serviced. I handed them my lugnut keylock, they returned my car but no lock which I need so I had to go back & ask for it. The service rep didnt even explain about the brakes or tire thread the other place I went to they explained in more detail stuff like that.
David Washington the Sales and Leasing Consultant, welcomed us to Toyota with such a great and easy assistance with what we were looking for. Gave us several options in terms of finances and did everything he could so that we can leave satisfied with the offers. I would definitely recommend asking for David Washington if you’re interested in purchasing your first Toyota !
Beware of the service department! The window in my car stopped working while in their shop for repairs. I assumed they would fix it, but they said that it was a coincidence only and wouldnt fix it. I spoke to the manager, Ricardo Rodriguez, who said it happens all the time that people drop off their cars for repair and some electrical problem develops while at their service shop. I was shocked that they would return a car in a different condition than I dropped it off in and not take responsibility. I seemed like such basic customer service that I couldnt believe they were not going to fix it. Beware of this store!
I usually dont leave reviews but I had a really good experience here. Jonathon one of the Sales persons there was helping me and my boyfriend out. Originally came in to see a used Honda they had but unfortunately it was sold the previous day. Since we were there we asked him to show us Toyota cars and explain the difference between the two brands. I test drove so many Toyotas and even another Honda they had in order to compare. I never felt pressured into choosing a car I did not like and overall was a great experience. The manager was great as well, defiantly wanted to give us a great deal but my heart was too set on getting a Honda. There certified cars also came with a great warranty. I will be recommending people to come to this Toyota and seeing Jonathon specifically if he is still available!

9/1/21Asked what’s the earliest appointment available (so that 3 recalls could be done with sufficient time on Tacoma truck ) was given 9/7/21 @6AmAsked how long it’d take and was promised same day service and option for rental or lyftTook in truck for recall service only to say rental not available and Lyft would not be on time to take Father to work(We managed that on our own…)Leave truck at site and was again promised same day service no later than 1 pm.Father later received call IN AFTERNOON from María Arroyo saying parts didn’t come through ….And it’ll take another daySecond day passes and again no call until late to say it’s not doneoh but you can take truck and bring back later ?????Are they looking to be sued if an accident happens within that time??Father came out at night from work had to send a Lyft for him since bus would be late.So it’s third day 9/9/21 now and they do not answer when you call.Google says they’re closed until 9am but I know they’re open since we left truck earlier than that.TERRIBLE customer care serviceLack of organization and INTEGRITYLOSES customers’ trust .
I scheduled an early appointment (6am) because I don’t like waiting too long for my service. Upon entry MARLON HENRIQUEZ (Assistant Service Manager) welcomed me and took excellent care of me! The place is very nice, clean and staff were very welcoming.Fast service & friendly staff 👌The waiting is beautiful, very clean & spacious. They have sofas, comfortable chairs, TV’s and high tables w charging ports. Also there is a coffee machine (sadly only for coffee) the other drinks features have been disabled. Some DONUTS would’ve been amazing also!Overall the experience was good, service was quick and the price was good.
Update: I finally got my check after waiting almost two and a half months! It was longer than expected, and the communication could have been better, but since this is a busy dealership, I expect their offices are really busy as well.Thank you to Brian in the finance office for all of your help! We had a good and a bad experience here. Wilson was so polite and helpful even when we asked a lot of questions, we left and then came back and he still was nice to us. Cant say the same thing about Wilber Del Rey. He was so rude by making inappropriate comments and getting mad just because we didnt want to buy some extra stuff. Its sad that they have people like that.

Hi i went to this toyota dealer coz toyota keep sending me a lettter recall for the airbag they need to fixed.So i went there saturday 11.20 my apointment is 11.30 am.The guy told me is gonna be done in 3 hours .I keep on calling them after 3 hours leave a voice mail like 10 to 20 times .They just ignore me and then i call the sales department .They said they already close they gonna open on monday .I really need my car sunday coz i do Uber the service is horrible lock of comunication.I never gonna go there
I was over charged for a tow hitch by $200 and then they asked for $320 for the install. After I waited for 3 hours they said that they couldn’t find anyone that wanted to do it and that it will cost me even more to install it. How does a dealership not know how long or what to do during an install?This dealership wasted my time and my money.
Auto parts service is excellent customer service. But mechanic service is awful. They dont care

This is my first review ever. We bought a rav4 prime in this place and are extremely happy with the whole process and with the car! Hank was super professional and so patient to talk us through phone on every detail and answer all of our questions. He even washed the car, filled up the gas tank, and charged the ev battery before we got there! The whole process did not take much time. it could not be any better. Would definitely do business with him again and recommend everyone!

She only offered me 1 offer for the car i came in to see, showed me about 2 other options, and then completely lost interest and basically dragged me out so she could clock out since she was almost off. We rode the elevator in complete silence after she realized I wanted more info on price and didnt offer me any incentive to buy. I was ready to buy today and i will be taking my business elsewhere.
If you do regular maintenance they will not order a Lyft/Uber for you within 3 radius. That it’s ridiculous and the staff have to adjust their attitudes especially since they represent the company. I’m baffled to see that the comments that experience a negative moment states that the staff represent the company.
The most unprofessional experience I have had with a business and its staff. I received very detailed and specific information regarding repair of a tire, and made arrangements to drop the car off. After they assessed the vehicle, they not only said they dont repair tires, but tried to sell me a new one. I requested they transfer the vehicle to a nearby dealership that would repair the tire, however service manager Jamie Lee continued to try and sell me a new tire instead. On repeat attempts to make contact with the service department I was placed on extended holds, sent to voicemail, as well as told I would be called back which never happened.

I had my car serviced by the advisor Norma Lopez. She did a wonderful job with my car. She pointed out needed service that my car required to run smoothly. I am glad I got the service done. It was fast quick and efficient. It will help my car run smoother for longer. She is a blessing to the company and deserves a raise or promotion. She was able to breakdown what I needed. Help me in a timely and friendly fashion. Plus the prices are comparable to other dealerships but the service and friendliness of the staff brings me back here for all my service needs. If you need work done on your car I would highly recommend Norma Lope.
DMV would not give me registration, because my Prius needed a software update. So I brought my Prius to DTLA Toyota for correction and Jonathan Lopez-Camacho was assisting me. After whatever-dmv-needed was done, Jonathan failed to give the proper paperwork for DMV, so they turned me away again and sent back to Toyota for the right piece of paper. Now I dont have anything better to do than to drive back and forth between Toyota and DMV, spend an hour in line each location, just to settle some bureaucracy nonsense between you two? When there was nothing wrong with my car in the first place! And the only way to fix Jonathans mistake is for me to waste my time, gas and money and come there physically? Hopefully somebody from higher management went thru envelope-sealing training and will see this.And of course it would not be a full Toyota Dealership experience without an icing on a cake. The useless wrong paperwork that I did receive had my name misspelled. Concentrate, bro, you got this, only 6 letters, double-check if needed. Dont dispespect people like that for no reason.

Took my car in and they performed a tire rotation. After getting my car back my steering wheel was not driving straight. Obviously they didn’t align my car after tire rotation. I called and told them. They wanted me to pay for the service. And blamed me for having different tires! This was the second time going there and having to go back twice because they messed up my car! Worst service and expensive!

Not the worst dealership in downtown LA but definitely not in the tops. Bought my parents car here almost 3 yrs ago and I come to find out that it wasn’t the car I asked for nor saw when I purchased. Always listen to your own gut especially about these dealerships in the downtown LA. To make long story short they stereotype type here and that’s how they sell to you. If you’ve gone here and weren’t satisfied with your experience your not alone. Do your research and go to a different Toyota. Even Northhollywood’s location is a lot more honest then this one here. Our next Toyota purchase will definitely not be here.

Off I could give them 0 starts I would. Toyota has the worst warranty. I bought a new car in 2018 and purchased the bumper to bumper warranty. I come to find out it doesn’t cover anything. My carpet has been falling off from the sides and I’ve taken it 4 times, 3 times while it was still under the manufacturer warranty and once after they never fixed it. Now my alarm goes off every time I turn my car on and won’t stop and to make things even worse my steering wheel doesn’t lock I took it to Toyota to get it fixed and as messed up as it sounds they didn’t fix anything because my bumper to bumper doesn’t cover any of that. I’m devastated and upset because I purchased I new car because I wanted a reliable car. Never again!!!
Superb service! We arrived at the appointed time & it was Mr. Alex Anaya who attended us. He was very professional, courteous & systematic going over all the services needed & prices involved. His commitment time was two hours but managed to finish it less than that. The whole area was huge with designated section for sales, servives, waiting lounge for adults & kids (yes kids! with playroom & tv). The atmosphere may look corporate but there was a sense of warmth & friendly element to it. Thank you guys! :)
Richard the sales man made it painless to purchase my Rav 4. This was my 3rd time purchasing a car and this experience was the most stress free. I told him what I wanted and what my budget was and he worked with me and didnt try to hassle me which I appreciated. Once my lease is over I will definitely return to Richard and hopefully get myself a 4 runner God willing, if youre in the market for a vehicle I highly recommend speaking to Richard, the facility is also really nice! 5 stars 🌟

Bought my CPO Avalon from here on Tuesday last week. My key hasnt been working since I got it. Visited the service department with an appointment to be told to return on a day where the key specialist will be there. I’ve made numerous calls to the service department regarding when my key will be fixed but have been met with poor service, mostly the service department not answering phone calls or putting me on hold for 20+min just to hang up, or send me to voicemail. Would love to just get my car fixed.

Poor service In getting just oil change for 31/2 hours waiting for service to be done! Ridiculous!!
I have been a costumer of DT TOYOTA since 2015. Service has always been good. However recently I got an appointment to get my windows tinted and it was such an upsetting experience. First of all, I waited since March for this appointment, then I finally got an appointment in May because the guy that does the windows only works Tuesdays. Secondly, I was already rescheduled once, and only got a Second appointment because I called multiple times until I got a hold of someone. I was scheduled to get a perma-plate and my windows tinted. I dropped off my car and one hour later I get a call to advise me that the windows were not gonna be done since the guy never showed up!! How is it that a Toyota dealership only has one unreliable person to do Windows!! That is unacceptable! I made arrangements at work to be able to take my car in for nothing. By the way the perma-plate was not even applied properly. My seats were all stained with drips and the exterior paint looked blotchy.The advisor was nice but still it didnt make for the inconvenience it caused me. They made arrangements to get it done a week from now, I hope the window guy shows up🙏🏼🙏🏼
Anthony González was an awesome sales person. Very friendly, helpful and caring of his customers. I definitely recommend people to come by and let Anthony help you out buying or leasing a car. He is also pet friendly.
Yeah took my car in for scheduled maintenance and go figure they didnt even do anything because nothing needed to be done. Not even the oil at 12k miles. Therefore they didnt even check into my car enough to notice pretty obvious things, like... That my tire is leaking.
BEWARE OF WHAT YOU SIGN!Take a picture of the final agreed price before you see financing. Sales will increase the price before you do!I have purchased 3 cars total from Toyota of DTLA. I have been a customer since before they moved to the new location. This place has gone a bit downhill with salesmen.I came in to buy the car I had leased. The salesman added almost a thousand dollars to the agreed price when we sat with financing. When we mentioned this, the salesman came in and said they increased it because they had added scratch and scuff protection to the doors and handles. MY CAR WAS IN MY VIEW THE ENTIRE TIME I WAS THERE!!!! Not to mention THE CAR ALREADY HAD IT!!!! When we called him out on this he corrected the price and left quickly. Not something you do to any customer. This was sordid, corrupt, and immoral.In addition to this, his sales skills were subpar. I did not want to mention that I was in the market for another vehicle. I did, however, show interest with different questions about cars and ongoing deals. His replies were short and flat. He was more interested in his phone rather than going over options with someone who might not buy another car while they waited. The sale was lost.In the end, I will not be coming back to this dealer and advice everyone I know not to come here either.P.s. I think the sales guys name was Ned.

Update 1/5/18(Read at the bottom)Finally got in contact with Marina after calling multiple times and to the Service Manager. Agreed to bringing down my Prius to take a look at it. Adrian was inspecting those two areas, and mentioned that he can try buffing them out. The bolt he broke after trying to adjust it, then put a new one, but it wasnt tightening so he said theyll have to take off the front bumper and see whats wrong. As we were looking at the bumper a salesman entered a van that was parked in front of my Prius and opened the door all wide to where he hit the front of my car in front of Adrian and I. To top it off he didnt even apologize, he just left and went to go hide. He scrapped the front bumper, and left a line mark. After that he mentioned that theyll have to re work the bumper again, the fifth repair attempt and get another rental. We agreed to come back two days later since we didnt have much time this day. I came at the time we talked and he wasnt here until an hour later. I got very mad and told him I just want a new car as I was given that choice before but they didnt have no more in black, so I wanted a white one. Since I noticed more problems, parts werent flush. To be informed that theres no white ones, and that the only two choice I have are to get a refund or theyll install a new front end. Told Marina Ill just get my refund as I was done with all this. A manager came to me to tell me I couldnt get my refund and that the white Prius was available after being told there were no more. I called Marina, and she told him to give me my refund. Meanwhile I called my car insurance to take out the Prius, yet I got charged $134 for that time I never had it. Out of no where this manager that lied to me earlier came to tell me to not speak to any clients, I told him I can speak to anyone I want, was very bothered by that, Im guessing since I had a bad experience he didnt want me to tell anyone what happened to me. Aftering hours I was taken into an office to sign some papers to get my refund. Then needed these papers for my insurance company to get a refund for not using that prius, spent hours waiting and looking for Marina. Nine hours later I finally got some papers but wasnt sure if those were the ones I needed as I needed a statement and was given some other papers, she mentioned that well call tomorrow to get that resolved. I had to get a lyft to go back home after almost ten hours spent at the dealer. The next day I tried to contact Marina and never got a response. This has been a horrible experience, I do not recommend coming here, as I was waiting I saw a guy that came in with a scratched up car he had just bought two days ago, another example that their cars are damaged already. Just go to another Toyota dealer..All my reviews are on Yelp if you want to read the entire process. Update 1/5/18 I got a call from the bank that loaned the rest of the money saying that the dealer still hasnt processed the information, therefore my credit will be effected any day now, after 3 months of returning the Prius. And a month after I returned it, I had to contact the bank to let them know before my credit was going to get effected by January as I was told, the dealership didnt even bother canceling the contract and sending the information to the bank. Now Im being told they still havent processed the information all these months later and my credit will be effected already since were in January. Please no one come here, theyll ruin your credit!!
Everyone was great, professional, and quick on service. Wait time for schedule maintenance was like they said. Definitely coming here again.
Ive been to a lot of dealerships in the past two day and i got to say this was my best experience overall. Ask for Alexander Perez. I was in and out in no time and he gave me a fair rate that fit my budget.
Well, the experience was awful. My only dealing was with the service department. Service guy walking around without attempting to provide customer service. Not good. Never again.
If you are looking for a Toyota dealer that has helpful and friendly staff and will make sure you get the service you deserve, come to Toyota of Downtown Los Angeles and ask for Alex Anaya! I went in to get my battery replaced and mentioned to him a concern I had with my windshield wiping lever and he was able to fix it no problem.If you have any car issues, definitely talk to Alex.

The salesman, Hank, wasnt pushy and showed us the printout of what they paid for the car. He was very nice and gave us some very good suggestions about my old car. He was awesome, very pleasant personality.
It s take 3 days to do routine maintainance the service and waiting for picking up the car for 1 hr… will not do service here anymore will go some where else.
Customer service was very polite but after spending thousands of dollars here, a simple issue was not fixed in my car and a new, larger issue has arisen as the result of my service here. Would not recommend.
