The staff here is AMAZING!!! Theyre NICE, HONEST, and very welcoming. They squeezed me on one of their busiest days. The PROFESSIONALISM and PRICING is far greater than that of any other auto shop Ive been to. I definitely recommend this place!SIDE NOTE: They also have great coffee and free bottled waters.

Great customer service at Longwood Auto Fix. I’m from out of state and while being here on vacation my radiator cracked on the I-4. We took a chance and called and I’m glad I did. Luis helped with towing info and started right away looking for the parts needed. Once we dropped off our car they didn’t only tell us but brought us back to show us the damage. There were no ubers or car rentals available and he went out his way to get me and my family to the airport. It felt safe to leave our car behind. He did an amazing job and was time efficient. He also made sure everything else was good for our long drive back home. Definitely recommend his shop and crew!Thanks Luis for going the extra mile.

Luis was able to help with both of our vehicles. He was honest, sent video of what he saw and didn’t try to fix anything unless it really needed fixing (no fixing stuff just to see if it maybe might help or just to run up charges). He seems like a nice guy who was happy to talk about his kids and wife. As a lady taking the cars in I appreciated that I didn’t get a run around or feel talked down to. Definitely will take our cars there from now on.

I brought my car into Longwood Auto Fix to have the A/C compressor fixed since the a/c had not been working for months in this hot Florida sun. They replaced my compressor, condenser and a sensor. His was very through and did a great job fixing my A/C, it is now icy cold. Thank you so much!!! I felt Luiss price was fair and that he was honest. I recommend bringing your car there to get repaired.

The A/C on my 2011 BMW X5 stopped blowing cold. Called around a few shops in the Longwood area and they could not get me in until next week! Thank god I called Longwood Auto Fix. The shop operates very well. He was able to get any part needed in minutes speeding up the whole process. Helped withcredit when others wouldnt.

They tried to charge me for a diagnosis they didnt do my check engine light was on gave me no reason for it just tried to tell me I needed a started but told me they would have to take my car a part and it maybe the fly wheel so they wanted me to let them start on the starter then later would be able to tell me it was the fly wheel and could charge more. Plus they was going to charge for the diagnosis if they did the work. Plus I dropped my car off on a Saturday they never call me I had to go back up on Wednesday to find out what was going on they say they call and text me but I no miss calls or texts and they had the right number. They was dishonest and Midas only charged a fraction of what they did and fixed the muffler they broke for free.

Quite refreshing to use a repair facility that is honest. Told me what repairs that were needed right away and which ones that could be done down the road. Completely respectful of my time and more importantly My Money. Give these guys a chance to Earn your business, You wont be disappointed.

Best repair shop I’ve been to in Seminole county. Ive tried multiple places and this by far was the best. The have great communication and customer skills and let you know exactly what wrong does not beat around the bush.

I took my car in for a diagnostic for an electric issue with one of the car seats. The back of the seat wouldnt allow to adjust positions . I was charged $161.00 for them to push the back of the seat. not fixed just a temporary adjustment, i was told i should not try to reposition or adjust it because it was stuck... so yeah 161.00 just to push the back of the seat .Luis made clear if i move it forward it will not move back and if came back for thta reason they will charge me again $161.00 . I woud not recommend based on my experience.

I brought my vehicle in because there was a vibrating noise that made my car feel really junky. After lifting the vehicle they were able to pinpoint the bearing on the left front. My car drives as smooth Like when it was new. The owner is really nice. I was really happy with my experience.

I wrote a report on this company before after a rough start, how do you cited to give them a second chance after they called me and told me they had a holiday special 10% off additionally if done before Friday, they gave me two appointments and said the best time to drop off would be 10 o’clock Friday so I could get a lift home, well it’ll be a while before they can bring me home .Both the guys in the garage and the guy behind the counter seem lost, it looks like the only time you get good service is if zack or Luis are around ..

Overall great experience. They diagnosed my wifes car quickly and got us in and out by the time we were done eating lunch. Were not from around there, but definitely recommend them for anyone local.

I called the office facility and felt very confident in having my car towed to the Longwood location was quoted 15 to 1800 dollars to repair my car then a few days later got a phone call I quote bad news its going to be 26 - 2700$ to do the same repair no different nothing added I had my car towed to do another repair shop will let you know on the end result not sure if this is the way Longwood auto fix does business but that was my experience one and done
