We saw the low tire pressure warning indicator and quickly drove there so they could check if the car had a flat tire. They checked it, we didnt have a flat tire, they just put some air into the tires and didnt charge a penny. They were very professional starting from the person that answered our phone call, the person that greeted us when we got there, to the person that actually performed the tire inspection.

My first time in the shop and last! I purchased a serpentine belt from the dealer but the owner did not want to installed it because he didn’t buy it. SMH then I took my Hummer H3 for alignment I end up paying $300 for just a simple wheel alignment. A few customers have said that this particular location likes to charge extra for non oem parts

One of my tires was losing air and I had stopped by Tire kingdom and Tire plus tonight to have someone take a look. Both places told me to come back the next day as they were too busy to look at my tire. I drove my car to UNIVERSAL TIRE AND AUTO at around 5:56 Pm ( close to their closing time), a professional gentleman outside offered to help me. ( He DID NOT TURN ME DOWN like the other places). I used to go to Valvoline or Jiffy Lube but I tried Universal after getting a coupon in the mail. I keep coming back because theyre faster, cheaper and have better service. Same day appointments, never wait longer than 30 mins. Theyre honest, nice and even give out free drinks while you wait. I like that Im supporting a local business instead of a chain. Plus their website says they participate with a local food bank to help those in need. Ill be back again and again!

I came in for a quick oil change, and left a very satisfied customer. The service done was very well and the staff was very friendly. It was my first time at this shop and new to the area, I was pleasantly surprised. Rob was especially personable and had a good conversation with him, and helped answer any question I had about my vehicle, and the area.They were exceptionally professional and courteous- this I especially appreciated. I was traveling down to see my grandkids and got a flat. I went here because it was my closest option. I felt like that because I have a speech issue that they didnt want to help me. They just kept passing over me when they couldnt understand. When I told me granddaughter when i got to miami she helped me leave this review. I was emabarassed.

These guys are the best!!! Rather it was my own personal vehicles, my work/business vehicle, one of my daughters cars or my sisters car. They have always handled every situation for me with the class and honesty that one could hope for. Best staff and service in Central Florida.

Went in for an oil change and left with an estimate for $1000 in repairs. I know most places have similar tactics, but I was then informed my vehicle wasnt safe to drive home... I left and immediately bought the new parts to change myself. The next day was a frustrating process of getting off each unsafe part, only to reveal they were almost new... Started with the brakes all around, then master cylinder and so on. I know you guys have to make money but I would hate for someone to sign a check without taking a second look.Edit.... my truck has been fine since my initial review. I obviously changed my pads once almost a year after the review. Nobody yelled to get out of the way. Nobody pushed my truck out of the bay... everything they said was broken still isnt! Read the next lowest review and you will see that Firestone, next door, is where to go. SNAKES IN THE GRASS is right!!! Two years and I havnt had to push my truck anywhere!!! Or tell out the window because I cant stop.

Absolute five star! Blew a tire on my way to an IT emergency. Rob Nestor and his incredibly competent staff jumped on top of it. Got me a brand new tire, had it delivered, mounted and balanced in one hour. While there I got very reasonable quotes for work Ive been needing on my vehicles but had been putting off. Ill be back. Honest is the best word to describe Universal Tire & Auto. They were fast, polite and I saved money but most importantly they were honest with me. As a woman its hard to find a repair shop that wont take advantage you and Im so glad I finally found a place I can trust. The day before I went to a chain auto repair shop and waited 2 hours, with an appointment, for them to try to upsell me hundreds of dollars worth of unnecessary repairs. I went to Universal Tires, not only did they show me what was wrong, they explained it to me. I was in and out in less than an hour, saved a couple hundred dollars and my car is fixed.

So, I saw the sign for the $19.99 oil change, and had to call to see what the catch was. No catch, and they told me that Fridays are ladies day, $5 off. I dragged my feet, but called today to double check about the catch. I spoke with the manager, Rob, and he reiterated that there’s no catch. I took my car over, and he was super nice. Got me checked in, and off I went. I love this place. I own a Ford Escape and they always do my oil changes, Friday’s are Lady’s Day! They make sure I’m aware of any problems I may have already or that may need to be taken care of in the near future. My second visit to Universal Tire & Auto did not disappoint. Again Rob was very helpful and went above and beyond to take care of my issues and get me on my way. I’m gradually switching all my auto care over to them and discontinuing using all other places for my auto care needs. So nice to find someone I can finally trust with my car care! Thank you!!!

Ive bought tires here before and they had a great price with great service. Yesterday one of those tires went flat so I stopped by for a repair. I walked in and they took the keys and started working immediately (didnt even ask for my info). I was invited to sit and have a free coke while they got it done. They were done before I could even finish my drink! Outstanding service and a great place to do business!

My son got a nail in one of the tires on his new car he has only had for 2 weeks. They were very pleasant and fit us in right away. They fixed it in less than 10 minutes! Wonderful service! I first went to UT/A due to receiving a flyer in the mail. I needed new tires at the time and decided to give them a try. Glad I did. From that point on they have been my one stop shop for my truck. My truck was running really badly. I had some work done here on it less than a year ago. They took my truck in right away. They found the problem was two plug wires. They put new ones on at no charge because they had replace them on my last visit. I will be bring my vehicles for any problems with them from now on !! Thanks

With so many shady service centers out there everybody needs to know that this is not one of them. They also arent the cheapest, however theyre 1 of the best around and their work is more than worth the money. How many shops would actually go through the vehicle with you standing right next to them if you have an issue after service so that you can see exactly whats wrong? In my case it was need for other services that I hadnt realized I needed until they fixed the more major problems (this is good even though needing them is bad). These guys are always great and super courteous and personable!

Brought my 2002 VW Jetta TDI to the shop for an alignment. Other shops said they couldnt do it because the tie rod adjustment nuts were too rusted. They handled it without complaint and did a great job. Very friendly. A great local business to support!

Not only is this location convenient on 434 but these guys have helped me out of crazy spending situations multiple times with both my VW and Kia. First helping my husband and I to get a short term loan to make some large repairs on both of our cars at the same time. But this last time was nothing short of amazing. The manufacturer should have been responsible for a defective piece that keeps parking brakes off, when it breaks the lights stay on and drain the battery (which happened before I figured it out) But how convenient that my Kias VIN is not included in recall but yet has the same problem that all the other Optimas were recalled for. In 15 min Universal Tires had replaced the whole part and to top it off I paid the same price my dealership was going to charge for the diagnostic diagnosis before parts and repair. They are super professional, knowledgable friendly and affordable!!!!! Will never go anywhere else, thanks guys!!!!!

I’m from Alabama where most of us can do our mechanical work. Well I work out of town and I know how easy it is to get screwed when it comes to trusting someone’s word. Especially out of town working. Had wreck and State Farm wouldn’t cover the mechanical and the body shop gave me an estimate for 1,348 dollars and five days to fix.....How can a body shop without a mechanic even give an estimate I thought. So after talking all day to Rob I put my trust in him and the next day my truck was fixed for 450. Thanks Rob and universal.

I wasnt sure what exactly was wrong with my car, but within 5 minutes of pulling in Mike was able to look and tell me exactly what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. Way too expensive,thank god I didnt get no services,but that $300 quote for a 12 pipe is just way to much and the resonator is in the middle of my car,and you guys kept saying that my muffler was the resonator and that the resonator was the muffler,expensive and none of yall know what your talking about or doing.who hear of a muffler being in the middle and the resonator at the end.shut down and find people who actually Know wat they doing.keep replying and I will keep answering back
