Outstanding Mercedes Benz diagnosis and repair. They corrected what other shops did to dealer level. Martin was GREAT to talk to! He saved our skins while visiting friends.

I brought a 20 year old M Roadster in for preventative maintenance. I emailed a couple places in advance to compare prices. These guys were competitive on their prices and had good reviews, so I gave them a shot. Before doing any work they gave the entire car a thorough inspection, and invited me to come look everything over while the car was on the lift. Martin and Eric were extremely professional and very knowledgeable. They provided prompt quotes, and explained everything to me with zero pressure on how many different services to have done. I ended up having the oil changed, trans fluid changed, coolent flushed, diff fluid flushed, brake fluid flushed, air and fuel filters changed, water pump and thermostat replaced, wheels balanced, and a few other parts replaced. Mostly because I wanted to give the M Roadster a refresh and it had been sitting in a garage for 10 years with very little use. These guys were very professional and provide a quality service at a fair price.

Very professional place, the technicians seriously know what they are doing with these European cars. I had a problem with my 2012 Jetta gli for a long time and replaced a ton of parts and took it to two vw dealers that both misdiagnosed it, autobahn found the exact problem and they were very honest and also charged me a a few hundred dollars less than what Volkswagen wanted, don’t go to stealerships to get your car fixed out of warranty, come here

Theyre very quick and (so far) no issues. They have a nice 12k miles/12 months which gives me comfort and they seem like nice people.

Martin at Autobahn is awesome! I brought my Beetle in with an oil leak and they were able to get it back to me, driving better than before, in two days. Martin went above and beyond and gave me a ride to and from the shop. I’ve had a few bad mechanic experiences but Autobahn made it easy. They even showed me what parts were broken and why. Highly recommend and will be bringing my Beetle back for any future work!!

Incompetent mechanics - avoid this place, seek alternative (there are many others)1. 2011 Mercedes received green “asian” coolant top off in antifreeze check. WHOOPS!! Wrong. Mercedes is GERMAN, needs blue fluid. Indicator light came on - check coolant. Glad it was caught fairly quickly & didn’t ruin seals. Had to have it flushed today $$$2. Had both A and B service here - in their “thorough” check, they completely missed the broken left sway bar, zero grease. Right side was fine. Hard to miss by a competent mechanic (so I’m told)AVOID this establishment. 👎🏻Regarding your reply. Your establishment was the first and only shop I brought this car after I purchased it in March 2018, for the two services. I didn’t lift the hood EVER, until I received the “low coolant” alert 2 weeks ago. Shouldn’t your shop have checked the coolant in those 2 services? It was CLEARLY green. No response from you is necessary. Wish I had avoided from the start, and found better. Hoping I can help someone else.

Eric was friendly, knowledgeable and straightforward. He showed me the issues and explained how he fixed them. They worked with me to give me 3 different estimates. They charge low labor rate and go above and beyond. I highly recommend them!

Took my Mercedes E55 AMG there to get my brakes done and they did a great job and saved me literally hundreds! Now I do all my Service As and Service Bs and so on that my Mercedes requires me to do and I am so happy. No longer do I have to deal with the dealer and their outrageous prices, these guys treated me right. They explained everything in detail when they service my Mercedes and actually invites me over to see underneath my car to show a bushing that was broken and how it would prematurely wear out my tire. Knowing how expensive my tires are I got it fixed and they had the parts readily available so that was great. This is a gem of a shop and if you are looking for someone to service and repair your Mercedes Benz this is the place to go.

I went to Autobahn with my Audi A6 because my dealer warranty just expired and I needed a new less expensive mechanic. I had all four brakes and rotors changed and my water pump changed. The service was great, I had my car back the same day I brought it in. The mechanics knew what needed to get done and brought me into the back to show me. The price breakdown was easy to read and I wasnt charged for waste disposal fees or other nonsense costs that the dealer would charge. I plan on bringing my car back here next time it needs work.

Autobahn is seriously the only place i trust with my 3 series BMW. The dealers labor rate is over twice what the autobahn charges and the guys at the shop seriously know their stuff and were able to explain everything with ease. I have been burned at auto repair places before so what i need from a mechanic is honesty. If you can skip the dealer and check out the autobahn. you wont regret it.

I took my Audi to them and I had never been there prior to this, they diagnosed my car and gave me what I needed to repair. $100 on the diagnostic and they were professionals about how to handle me and my questions. I was there 1 time and they did good by me.

Regardless of any negative reviews I am a 100% satisfied customer for the service provided for my Audi A6. I had the pleasure meeting everyone and the customer courtesy could not have been more rewarding. I can say Autobahn has my customer loyalty. I use to take my vehicle faithfully to the dealership. Those days are gone. Autobahn not only beat the dealership fee by a little over the half of the cost it would have at the dealership (approx. savings $1400.00), but they were extremely knowledgeable and provided exceptional service. Even after a minor problem, I had to return my vehicle. It was because of a dealership part that had a manufacturer defect. Autobahn took full ownership and took care it without any hesitation. Autobahn you are awesome. Thank you again for service well done!!!!

ExcellentWe have three older cars, all with over 180,000 miles. We have taken all three to Autobahn and could not be more impressed. In one instance we had an air bag light issue that was solved for many hundreds of dollars less than what other repair shops quoted. Our van has 228,000 miles. After a tune up with Autobahn, it runs like brand new. They are fair, honest and do Quality work. I highly recommend Autobahn

These guys are pretty amazing! They are honest and were actually able to fix my VW Jetta. I had been to numerous places including the dealership in sanford. Yes thats right you would think the VW dealership can fix your car if noone else can right. I was ready to get rid of my car but i tried one last place Autobahn..Erik and all the guys there were great they quickly diagnosed the problems and i had my car back within a day. It runs like new now. Thank you Autobahn for a great experience but most of all your honesty and integrity.

I emailed the shop after hours and received a call that night to arrange a drop off of my car so they could start first thing in the morning. Through every interaction they were professional and friendly. Their prices are reasonable considering the work they had to do. Im scared to think what the dealership would have cost! Go to them first, Ill be going back to them if I need any more work done!

Brought my bmw 328i in to fix a door lock that the warranty didnt cover. This is my first time using them so when I asked for a favor I was ready to be charged.I asked that after they fixed the lock please look over my car to see if anything else may need fixed that may be covered in my warranty, since it was running out.They fixed the lock and checked the car, got it all done in a couple hours.I was completely expecting all these additional charges for checking the vehicle out.Outcome: lock fixed for about half what the dealer charges, ran a complete diagnostic on the vehicle and physically examed it for no additional costDue to their physical exam, they spotted an oil leak. Three days before more warranty ran out the dealer changed out the valve cover for free.Autobahn didnt charge me extra to check my car out and they fixed my lock in a timely manner.This is where I will be going for now on and recommending them to my familyFive stars all the way!****Update****I wrote the above review four years ago, been going to them the entire timeStill give them five stars, excellent service at an excellent price!!Would recommend them to my family and friends!!

Ive owned several VWs and have lived in Orlando my whole life and have tried several Euro specialty mechanics and by far AutoBahn has been the best experience. They took the time to show the work that they did and convey issues that can wait versus pushing an agenda of something not needed.I will definitely be back due to the honesty and thorough work.

We took our MB GL450 here, it needed a complete brake job, down to the rotors. Everywhere else quoted $500 and more than they did. It was done in 3 hours tops. They even put on zinc plated rotors, which assures your brakes are not rusty looking in the future. These guys are on top.

Took my B5 Audi S4 in to find the origin of a misfire two times. The first time, they made me wait an hour after my appointment because the mechanic who was supposed to work on my car wasnt there. The second time, they tried to turn me away from my appointment because the mechanics wanted a longer weekend.The second time I took my car in for the misfire, I walked onto the floor shortly after they began working on my car to find that they were applying load tests by putting the handbrake on and letting the clutch drag until smoke filled not only their shop but the shop next door. This is after I installed an RS4 clutch and racing flywheel only a few months before. Never been so close to murder in my life. Never going back again.

This is the best hands down best German mechanic shop in Orlando, I have a Audi A4 B6 that i have been rebuilding and It had issues with a leaking differential and a torn boot on the axle and i have my inspection in less than 10 days and these guys fixed it in less than 2 days. Thanks so much :D
