Theyre family owned, so thats important to me. Prices are better than the VW dealership and attention to detail light years better than Napleton VW, Sanford! Ive been going since 2010 with my Jetta TDI, and now Golf Wagon.Its the little things they do that is appreciated. Bring your German car there.

Let me start by saying that the staff was very friendly. My BMW had issues with the sunroof and I left the vehicle with them for an inspection over the weekend. When I picked up the car, I noticed that the interior lights wont turn off and the automatic headlights werent working propertly. So I had the roof module inspected again and noticed that the techinician left some wires unpluged. We all make mistakes but after paying for a inspection I wasnt confident enough in taking the car back.

My first visit to Euro Specialists. I brought my Audi A4 in for a routine oil and filter change. Everyone Iencountered greeted me and made me feel welcome while also maintaining a high level of professionalism. From the initial appointment phone call, to the comfort and cleanliness of the facility, to the quality of the service completed, the entire experience was an absolute pleasure. First time used them 11/16/2020 ~ will not be my last. Brought my BMW to them for oil change and other service. They were very friendly and awesome in communicating any issue they found. Prices were fair. They cleaned my (very dirty car) and even left me a little goodie bag on my seat! I highly recommend these guys. The shop is not as fancy as the BMW dealership, but their service more than make up for the aesthetics of the place.

Excellent service with reasonable prices everyone was very friendly. BMW misdiagnosed the issue with my car, but Euro got it right and fixed it for a fraction of the price. CUSTOMERS BEWARE these mechanics want to charge you over dealers ervice prices. To change out two catalytic converter‘s with the two sensors they charge me $5000 . Not even in the dealer would charge me that. That says it all. There over pricing there customers.. If you have money to throw away by all means. But I know plenty of BMW Certified Mechanic that worked on their own making good money charging you far prices just have to look around. But please stay. away from these guys. I’m glad I got my job done for a great price and my car feels like new. For half the price. WATCH OUt don’t be there next suckers.

Had the pleasure of having my Mercedes serviced there this week (Service B) and was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and courteousness of everyone there. The process was simple. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes and in a rental loaner. My car was ready later that day and the pick up was just as easy. This is a professional group of folks and I will have my car serviced there again. I highly recommend Brandon and his team.

This people broke the cover of my steering wheel and they decided to glue it back without even telling me or asking and after I told them.... they didnt even admit it... very unprofessional and disappointing. I wanted to hire them but I decided not to do it after this.... the manager lied to my face about this small part ($15) which I didnt even wanted them to pay for or fix but at least be honest, so I just cant trust them and wouldnt recommend it to anybody.

Really top notch service. Shop is spotlessly clean and orderly. Mechanics are all certified and their work is very well done and professional. Cost of some fairly significant repairs was about 3/5ths of what Audi quoted me. From now on, Euro Specialists is my go to service shop.

Ive taken my MINI to Euro Specialists since I purchased the car and have always been greeted by name and properly taken care of while the MINI is serviced and cleaned to perfection.Recently, I had to replace the clutch and transmission in my MINI. This difficult job was completed on time and on budget. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the new transmission causing problems while shifting. Initially, this problem was difficult to diagnose as it happened intermittently making it hard to duplicate. Each time I brought the MINI to Euro Specialists, they offered to attempt to duplicate the issues and provide a rental car to me for use during the time they had my MINI. All of this, labor and rental car, was covered each time by Euro Specialists as I know they wanted the problem fixed just as I did.Finally, it was determined the new transmission was faulty and needed to be replaced. During this time, I was again provided a rental car at no cost to me. Now that the MINI has a new transmission, everything is running smoothly and properly.While this experience was frustrating because of the time involved, Euro Specialists did everything in their power to make the experience as painless as possible by welcoming me each time I came in and providing new parts and rental cars at no cost to me. Jim, Brandon, Chris and the rest of the team at Euro Specialists are true class acts doing everything in their power to ensure the customer is happy and satisfied with the repairs to their vehicle. Its comforting to know that when I take my MINI in for service, the guys will not only do their best to get every issue resolved as quickly as possible, but also treat the car like its one of their own. Jim and the staff at Euro Specialists are consummate professionals when it comes to their craft and service offering. I started going to Euro Specialists about 3 years ago. I had been going to the dealerships but when they wanted to charge me an exorbitant price on a repair I checked out reviews for other Mercedes repair shops. I called all of them up and was most comfortable with Euro Specialists. They charged me over a $1,000 less than the dealership. I have had no problems with their repairs; they have the cleanest place Ive ever seen, they are competent and friendly, they wash your car when they are finished and their prices are always fair. I, like others have said, recommend Euro Specialists to everyone and will not be going to anyone else (even though I live quite far from them). Lastly they are very trustful.

Honest business!I called in for a pre-purchase inspection. Jim called me after receiving the vehicle info and notified me right away that he recognized the vehicle was severely damage. He could have go through the inspection and charge me for it, but he saved me both time and money. I wish more businesses are honest like these guys nowadays!

I dreaded finding a decent service shop for my LS 430 but I stumbled across this place and cant be happier! When I call to schedule an appointment Brandon always answers the phone and is great to speak to. Ive had major work done to my car and theyve provided me a rental and everything is fixed within the time stated. What more can I ask for besides some candy to eat on while I wait? (They provide that too). No complaints over here! Try them out!

One of the few trusted independent European Indy shops in Orlando, would be nice another location in Central Orlando or East, but the staff is very professional and courteous.They took care of Beamer and knew exactly what i needed, however i think they could lower there prices a bit as amount payed was close to BMW fields quote received for the work needed.Overall, i really liked this organized business and will continue to do business here.

It it is difficult to find a mechanic that is both skilled and has integrity, missing any which one of these elements can cost the consumer immensity. I took my car to this place and they gave me a estimate to repair it for over $1000, however I took my vehicle to another mechanic which did the same work for Half of that.

Forget the dealers. Bring your car to these guys. They are awesome. Better service. Better price.

EXPENSIVE to the point where I wondered if they really wanted to do the work or it was an inconvenience and they wanted me to take it somewhere else. If you cant replace you own wiper blades or change your own oil, and cost isnt a significant motivator, maybe they are great. However, if you need major work, RUN, DONT WALK AWAY! I had the work done elsewhere for LESS THAN HALF! I SAVED THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS! Even the cost of the replacement parts were significantly more than I ended up getting elsewhere and what I got elsewhere was upgraded compared to what they quoted. I cant vouch for the quality of the work because I waved-off once I saw the estimate but save yourself some money and shop around.

Misdiagnosed a problem with our BMW. Said it was going to cost $5,200. We said forget it. Found out that we had a simple issue with an after market coil and replacing it fixed the miss and it cost $30. So glad we didnt let them do what they wanted because the problem would have still been there!

Its a rip-off! There is another customer right after me complaining the expensive fix for a simple problem.

Since posting this I have gotten a call from the owner of this establishment and he apologized and informed me that this is not the way they do business and wanted to refund what I paid for service. I thanked him for the call and he did send me a check for a refund.Im new to the Orlando area and needed a place to take my Porsche Cayenne to get serviced. Checked reviews in the area and Euro had the most favorable. Lets say just say I was very disappointed. I was early for my 8:30 appointment got there a little after 8am. They immediately took my car in had it for 3hours before they came out with a list of things. First $70 to replace a side view bulb under my mirror. Then said it time to get the spark plugs and filter replace . I asked did you check them because I had all but one replaced or cleaned just 9 months ago. Got a oh the miles say its time.... But in them 3 hours did you check .... No response received. Then I was told I had a smell of gas and it would cost $222 to just take a look and see what the problem was ....mm I thought thats what you were doing in those 3 hours. Well I got out of there with a service for $199 and a $70 bulb change and immediately went straight to the Porche dealer in Maitland and what a breath of fresh air. Made appointment for the following Week they gave me a free rental. Never signed no paper work saying to look at your car it will cost hundreds of $$$$$ dropped of at 8 they called at 11 and said what was wrong had it done by 5...... Service was great oh and had a front head light bulb go out that cost $40 they replaced it free. I realize even that bulb was marked up but they were not over the top. Dont be fooled by them red gift bags and cookies and candy they give away. Believe me you paid a big price for it already. Oh and Porsche fixed my horn issue did charge me $120 to figure it out they just took my car gave me a free rental and told me what was wrong and gave me a great price.

They have been taking care of several of our vehicles for many years. I have watched them grow from just Jim & Sue with a small shop in Winter Park, years ago, to their large shop with several employees in Longwood . Jim Jr, their son, is the Service Manager now and follows in their foot steps of caring about customers and their vehicles.It has always impressed me that they have never forgotten about customer services as they have grown. A few years ago, they hired a young man that cleans the inside and outside of vehicles before they are returned to the customer. What a nice and thoughtful touch for the customer. He also does an amazing job of cleaning the cars. As a matter of fact, its way better than most car wash places I take the cars.Their shop is so impressive and their technicians are extremely good. The physical shop is so first class and unbelievably clean. The lobby is comfortable and also has many amenities for the customer including WI-FI. I especially like the WI-FI and working area as sometimes wait on my vehicle and can get some work of my own done. They have always been friendly and respectful to me and every customer I have seen walk thru the door. It is nice to walk into a business that not only knows me, about also has all the history on my vehicles. They take the time to explain the services my vehicles need, but never pressure me to complete them. I have always appreciated that they have taken me into the working area to visually see what they are explaining and meet the technician working on my vehicle. Personally, I have always found that a business that has the same employees year after year, must be doing things the right way. Over the years I have referred many people to them and will continue to do so. Every time I refer someone, I receive a thank you note advising me that I have a complimentary oil change for the referral. They have never missed acknowledging every referral sent to them. I don’t send them new customers for the free oil change, but because I know they will be taken care of as well as I have been. It is sure nice that some small businesses providing great customer service are still out there.Many thanks to the crew.
