Needed to get new rims put on, including the mount and balance. It was no issue for these guys; Chris and his team are pros. I actually came unprepared and didnt have correct lugs. Chris shopped around with me and told me hed take care of it. Less than an hour later he had parts. While waiting for parts he ended up knocking out another project I had on my truck that involved cutting and welding. At the end of the day I got a great price, great service, and will be going back.

The appointment experience was great, Chris kept in touch before I came in to the shop and when I arrived he took care of the extra work identified during the diagnostic. The repairs and equipment installation were completed on the same date. I was very impressed with the service delivery and personal attention received. I had my rotors and brake pads installed here. The guy who installed them was very nice. However the quality of rotor they replaced was far inferior to what I had before (compared to the original rotors from the car which was replaced here). I expected that the same quality rotor would be installed since they’re the experts. This wasn’t the case. My original rotors had superior rust protection. They were prepainted. And the ones installed clearly don’t. I’m very unsatisfied with the quality of product chosen.

I bought 4 brand new tires and rims. They ordered them. They came 4 hours later. Then they didnt have time to my alignment or do my $50 oil change. Because they need to work on there own vehicles. Came back the next day. Waited over an hour. To tell me they cant do an alignment on the brand new tires and rims they sold me. And I couldnt get my money back because I already bought them. Save time and money. Go online like they do. Order what you want. Save $300 to $500 dollars. Slap them on like they do. And take them to a real auto mechanic for an alignment.

This place is amazing, I was in need of a special size tire for my car and the guys were able to locate them for me at an amazing price, installed. I drove over 40 minutes out of my way for their service and Id do it again if necessary. Definitely a family friendly business and amazing customer service!!

I picked up a nail and needed to find a place on my way to work. I called numerous places and they all said it was going to be several hours and I had to leave it with them which was not possible. I called AutoTech, and they said to come on by. Within 10 minutes my tire was repaired and I was back on my way. They were friendly and The price was excellent. Half of what I paid for tire repairs before! They had other work going on, but rather than having me wait for hours for repair that takes 10 minutes, they fit me in. Excellent time management and respecting peoples time and schedules! I will definitely be going back to them when I need new tires or any small repair!
