Ive been here way more times than I would like but even so they make each experience enjoyable. They take the time to explain my options and all the work that needs to be done. They also offer good price and everything is done in time. I refuse to go anywhere else!

I got linked up with Excel through my insurance company to do repairs to my vehicle after an accident. Getting this set up was easy with their online questionaire; filled out info, uploaded photos and set appointment time all online. Once they had my truck they were super fast.. had my truck back in 3 days. They were prompt with providing status updates and the finished product was great. They detailed the inside of the truck when they had it too. Definitely recommend.

No fault accident caused rear bumper needing to be replaced. Within the span of a week or so, they had already sourced all the parts and made the necessary repairs. Paint job was a perfect match and all parts were OEM replacements. An excellent auto body shop!

I went to Excel auto body after my insurance recommended them. And I glad they did! My trunk was smashed in after I got rear-ended. Recently I was rear ended in my brand new car and I was quite upset. After insurance claim processed this was our 4th car we took to this body shop through the years even at the old location. I can not say enough of good things about this body shop and how well they treat their customers and returning customers with great care and professionalism. Christian was great at explaining the process and was very patient, polite and listened to all my needs. Though I knew theyve done an excellent paint/ repair job on our other vehicles this time I was especially worried about pearl paint match and the car being very new. I got to meet the owner, who took time to inspect my damages and reassured me that I will not be disappointed and explained that they work directly with insurance to settle any additional costs that might come up. Christian arranged the loaner services pick up and drop off for me . When I picked up my car it looked shiny and bright. They washed it inside out. Though I found a super tiny little unpainted corner, Christian was very good about it and responsive to my concern and took the car back in for a touch up. He mentioned about life time warranty on their paint job and said if my husband finds anything I could not find they will fix it any time. All around the customer care was excellent. I believe in giving fair praise and honest feedback for the great services.I will highly recommend this auto repair facility for the quality of work, great customer service and fair costs.

I read a lot of reviews prior to deciding where to bring my car for body work/painting and even though some of the reviews said the customer service wasn’t great, all the reviews about the work completed was positive. So I decided to bring my car there because All I cared about was the outcome of how the car looked. I have to say, the customer service was also outstanding. It is not everyday that you visit an auto body shop, but god forbid if you have to, make sure you head straight to this place... Excellent work! As a result of a car crash involving my fairly new Toyota Camry, I needed someone who would restore the front of the car to its previous state. The car had a pretty rare trim, so I was worried it could be challenging to have everything the way it was. Fortunately, I was assured by the owner, that the car will be like new. As promised, the front of the car was fully repaired in a timely manner bringing back its original look. All the sensors and everything have been calibrated ensuring there were no other issues. All the communication with the insurance company was handled by Ecel Auto Body. I was hit hard broadside in my Mazda3...it was only 2 months old and had less than 2,000 miles. Side airbags went off, etc. I am fanatical about my vehicles and concerned about anyone being able to repair it to Japanese standards which is where my car was made. Louis at Excel made me feel comfortable that the job would be done well and was always approachable about progress. Repairs amounted to just under $10,000 and WORK WAS FLAWLESS! Extremely rude front desk staff. As soon as I entered no one greeted me, didn’t even bother to look up from their computers .I politely said good morning, only to be responded nonchalantly “ someone will be with you “ wow.A guy who didn’t even care to make eye contact ( who is the same person who said “ someone will be with you ) says how may I help you ( again as if I am bothering him . The whole experience and demeanor of the staff member was rude and definitely a bad representation of this body shop !There is nothing wrong with trying to make an effort in treating your customers as if you actually want their business!? I can not even fathom, how they get away with the good reviews here ? I’m sure they must have a great mechanical staff but, I didn’t even get to have my work done here after the terrible experience with the front desk staff! Definitely looking else where .

I cannot describe how bad the service is at this place! I called first just to ask what time they were open till and to get an estimate and the guy in the office was real short and firm did not ask any questions and hung up on me before I could even finish talking.I took it by the next day and the same guy was working. He clearly had no desire to work and you can tell he hated his job.He came out to look at my car and asked if I had contacted my insurance. I said yes and he made copies of my documents. While looking at my car he stated there was going to be more charges because there was more damages on my vehicle than what the vehicle inspector had written which ended up being a complete LIE!I ended up getting a second opinion which I am glad I did and found out that the guy at Excel was trying to rip both me and my insurance company off to get more money!The other body shop I went to was EXCELLENT and EXCELLED in customer service and told me some body shops like to take advantage of people to take every penny out of them!I would not recommend Excel under any circumstances. They do not know how to do there job. All they care about is all the money they can take from you and your insurance.

My insurance had them on their recommended list, but I already knew that its the place where i want to bring my car for the body work repair, cause my wife brought her vehicle to their body shop in Altamonte Springs and they did a great work. I have a Volkswagen GTI and I was rear ended. I take very good care of my car and was worried about the repairs being done up to my standards. Excel AutoBody replaced the lift gate and repaired all the scratches on the bumper flawlessly. I couldnt tell anything had happened to my car. I even had to take it back for something wrong with the lift gate which was not a fault of Excel but they repaired it quickly and for free. My insurance company suggested these guys. I dropped off my car for a simple estimate and damage inspection. They took 2 days for what should have taken 30min and sent a bill to my insurance company for $198 for an inspection. To be honest, Im not sure how great their collision and bodywork is but, my initial experience definitely caused me to go find a second and less expensive opinion. Id even pay more for the body work to avoid that kind of service, time waste, and hidden costs.
