Got in quickly, customer service was good. It bothers me that instead of the rep saying thank you for your business or that concludes our business today they just get on their phone(we had been waiting on everything to transfer from old phone to new phone) and just ignore us...we had to ask if we were finished. I understand that the business is phones but I dont feel employees should be able to get on their phones while interacting with customers
Absolutely a joke not only did the employees act unprofessional and rude they also wouldnt help when I told them they sold me the wrong products and a broken screen protector. They told me we dont know what you want us to do about it they told me these products come with the device and after looking at my bill and they charged me 120 extra dollars for incorrect and broken merchandise. unbelievable this is allowed

Very helpful. They were able to find the best deal on a phone for a child that is in before and after class activities. They did a great job explaining options, costs, and billing. This was my best experience with Verizon yet.

Unfortunately, this is not a trustworthy retailer. Their rep was very fast, explaining Verizon would pay $800 for my iPhone and my monthly bill would be $80 per month, and all I would owe was sales tax on the phone. They asked me to leave so they could set up the phone, but they did not set the phone up. The new Samsung phone doesnt work, though the sim card works in another older Samsung I happened to have. No contacts or photos were transfered. I logged into Google on the Samsung, on wifi, and since my photos automatically upload to the cloud, they said thats all the phone setup I need.Thats not a big deal, but they had hidden in the bag with my phone a document saying there was a $35 fee for setup. Verizon also charges $35 for setup. So I paid $70 to set up a phone that... isnt set up and doesnt work and no one actually worked on.They also insisted a $17 monthly fee for phone insurance is required by Verizon. Verizon told me that was not the truth. They also told me there was no credit for the iPhone they purchased on file.So instead of $80 per month, my bill is $154. This store refuses refunds for unsatisfied customers. Just be aware and use Amazon or Best Buy. Steer clear of these guys.

When I had an issue with my phone and went to replace it, the staff at Cellular Sales, a licensed Verizon store, were very kind and helpful. A few days later when I went to return the phone (the issue with my old phone had been resolved), it was a complete 180. The associate I spoke to was abrupt gave multiple reasons as to why they would not give a refund. I understand that associates must follow certain guidelines, so I requested to speak with his supervisor. The manager, Devinne Henson, was extremely rude and, without taking the time to hear what I had to say, informed me that she would not do a refund. I told her that if she couldn’t take the time to hear me out, I would contact the regional manager. The numbers given for the regional managers went to a call center, and I have yet to receive a call back. However, Devinne called me back to inform me that SHE had spoken to the regional manager and that they would not be returning my call. I’m sorry, but as a sales representative, it is your duty to listen to your customers. In the future, I will only be dealing with corporate stores.

I went to get a phone for my daughter and the young female representative set up my daughters new phone with everything from her old one. It was a very nice experience.
Installed a $40 screen protector on both phones without consent. Didnt notice until we got home. One of the phones came with a screen saver, so it had two applied. It made the fingerprint security feature not work well. Not asking for refund bc we have the product but we wouldnt have purchased. One of the protectors cracked within a month. Thats when I realized the phone had a second one installed underneath.Sales rep didnt listen to our request for low to mid option phones and pushed top of line. Downplayed our requests. Was frustrating.Just a bad experience overall.

I had the best customer service interaction on my visit into Verizon today after being referred to Nasya. She was kind, courteous, helpful, informative. Im a senior citizen and she spoke plain English that I can understand. I will be back for future visits.

Probably the worst phone buying experience I have ever had. I ordered a iphone 12 pro max for my wife. UPS lost it (not the stores fault). However, the store advised me to call verizon or UPS about it. They couldnt be bothered to handle the problem themselves. They eventually found the phone almost a week after it was supposed to arrive. My wife went in to pick it up. She spent an hour trying to get everything transfered over. They offered a screen protector 20% off to her for her trouble. She declined. Next thing she knows they have the screen protector on there and they charged her for it with only a 15% discount. It was shady. Customer service was terrible. No apology, nothing to make me want to ever come back and shop there. I will avoid it like Covid.
I had an amazing experience at this Verizon location!! The staff was all very friendly and willing to help. Timothy Brown helped me with my purchase and he was amazing! I was having a tough time with choosing a droid or an iPhone. He didn’t try and persuade me one way or the other, he simply was displaying great customer service. I bought a phone and the next day brought it back for an exchange. Timothy with a smile gladly helped me with my exchange with patience and didn’t mind my craziness. Five stars for sure!
This place is the worst place you could come too! First of all they didn’t explain the most important information. Now I am having issues with the phone and they are saying that’s there is nothing they can do about it. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this place. This is the only Verizon store that’s treated me like that and that hasn’t given me any information when getting a new phone or changing phones. Save yourself from any troubles.

Went in on black Friday. The rep was really nice, but I asked several times if they were direct or indirect. She kept assuring me they were a direct Verizon store. I asked about any hidden fees and she told me there were none. I asked why just the taxes were so high, and she said thats the cost. Later I found out that she had charged me set-up fees but didnt set anything up. When I got my bill I had extra charges as well. I called the store but the manager is out until after the holidays (2 weeks). The assistant manager assured me the charges for set up would be credited back to me once the manager is back in the office.My sister also went into the store with me that day and they did the same thing to her. Charged her for set up fees on each device (none were set up) and then neglected to mention the $40 activation fee per each device that would hit her bill.

Nasya has always been very helpful for to me and my wife each time we have returned to the store. She is always willing to help me over the phone even when I call and she’s not in the store. I purchased an apple watch from Angela and everything worked fine at the store. However when I left the watch wouldnt make calls or notify me of calls or texts. I called Angela and she spent 4 hours of her own personal time, she was at home, getting my watch fixed. She assured me that she would get it resolved and she did. She told the customer service rep that exactly what needed to be done and got the issue fixed. Even with it taking this long I am extremely thankful for her. She went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my new device and that everything worked correctly. She is a true asset to Verizon no other rep has ever provided me with that type of customer service. I know that I am not just a sale to her.
Rick Bailiff is an asset to the Verizon company. My experience as a Verizon customer has included mostly good interactions with the store representatives but when youre upgrading to a new phone and its you AND your husband....and neither of you are particularly adept at technology....it can be an intimidating visit. Not the case with Rick! He is relaxed and friendly, attentive and unhurried, expedient, helpful and knowledgeable while also kind and personable. This is what I expect from the company Ive chosen to provide all the important life supports that cellular phone service represents. Well done, Verizon! You chose well when you hired Rick Bailiff. Came into the store was having a tough time understanding a lot of the stuff going on with my bill and account in general. Was greeted by Brennan he was outstanding at figuring out my issues. Man this guy didnt make a dime off of me but wanted to make sure that I fully understood my billing issue guys a keeper! Will be coming back to this store for any further questions that I have!
Our first issue was with Misty, she explained to us we would have our iPhone she ordered within 2-3 days, a week later we received it. Misty and another woman started talking very negative about a guy working, saying how he steals clients and Misty encouraged her to start confrontation with him.We go into the store to get the phone to find out she has placed another phone line on our bill without our permission. The man who happened to be working can’t physically find the phone. He comes out of the back saying “I hope the other person didn’t sell it” worst service we’ve had with Verizon in a long time. Definitely won’t return to this store. They act unprofessional when the supervisor is on her vacation!

On March 31, 209, my husband and I went in to purchase an iPhone XS Plus. We met Logan and he fixed us up. Make sure you do not go to the Verizon store that is on the loop across from the mall, they will lie to you and do whatever is necessary to make a sale. This place is a independent franchise that doesnt care about you or your business, they will lie about the cost of a new phone, theyll lie about everything pertaining to your contract, thats one sold youre obligated. After an hour of calling any and every Verizon store number, I could possibly find and, calling the billing services. nobody could answer my question I was extremely frustrated and in 10 minutes a young man from this store had my question answered and everything put right,thank you for having the store open and willing to help its customers.

TLDR below. Bought a Pixel 3 XL a year ago from this location. Part of the blame rides on Google design, but the other on the lies and mishandling of my situation. Before I bought the Pixel 3 XL I called the store and asked if the $300 off that was offered online was availble in store as well, was told yes. After a few billing cycles pass I call the store and Verizon, both of whom somehow cant find this promotion and wont apply the discounted price off my phone. I ended up getting Verizon to agree to a one time reimbursement of $150, but now I gotta pay $150 more than I originally agreed. Fast forward to about a month ago, phone charger port wont hold charging cord in the phone, I go to the store and ask a rep for help, he uses a device to get some material out which helps in the meantime. I ask if I can claim warranty but was told Id have to try everything before I could. Now all of a sudden half the charger port breaks off, rendering the wired charge useless and warranty does not cover that, only their insurance plans.TLDR: bought a phone, paid $150 more than agreed, phone charger port breaks, not covered, have a year left on expensive phone I cant charge wired. With no help from Verizon or this store.
My wife and I recently upgraded our phones and our sales associate was Rick. He went above and beyond to help us get our phones set up and make sure that all of our info was transferred to our new phones. We had a little trouble on my wife’s phone and he even went as far as to give us his personal cell number and helped us through the issue after hours. I cannot recommend this location enough!

I would like to give zero stars but since I have to rate it I would like to say that your store representative are rude uppity and antisocial. I do not remember the gentleman name but he was of Indian descent and Im not being rude its the only thing I remember other than the horrible experience so think you Verizon I am now and AT&T customer and also I purchased my new Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ from Best Buy. So everyone please avoid this place go to Best Buy and ask for Kori Mason or Ashlyn or anyone other than the employees at Verizon.

I drove 20 minutes to this location because the other Verizon locations were closed. Only to be turned away and told to go to the store on 4th street. Sales rep wouldnt take my payment due to it being a cash payment. I was told it would be a better and faster process if it was a debt payment to make it easier for her. She treated me as though I wasnt good enough to be in the store or as if I was out of place.
I visited this store because I needed help transferring pictures from my old phone to new iPhone. Devon was such a great help in answering all my questions, reviewing my plan to better meet my needs, and very patient with this not very technical user. I will continue to use and recommend this location to all my Verizon friends.
Ive never been to a store and been treated like a human instead of a customer. Bailey changed my view on how good in store service could be! I have been a customer of Verizon for 25 years and have never had an employee of Verizon to go above and beyond the call of duty. Rick was most helpful in helping me find the right phone for my needs. As luck would have it, their system went down and I ended up having to leave the store without a phone. After an hour wait I might add. He was willing to stay past his time to be there to accommodate me, the customer and I appreciated that. I came back the next day and Rick had my phone waiting and ready to transfer all of my info onto my new one. I will be back to this particular store for my cellular needs. Hats off to Rick Bailiff at the Longview location.
My boss went to the store two times to get a charger that would charge his note 9 rapidly. Both times they gave him the wrong charger. The second time he went they gave him a USB to USB type-c cable but a type c charger. Thats not even possible. I went back and the sales representative I spoke with did not know the difference between two different charging ports. I ended up just refunding everything my boss bought because they did not have the right charger. I will be buying a charger off of Amazon
The gentleman recommended a wipe on screensaver that has been awesome! My phone screen has survived a few falls and no problems.

I received the best customer service I have received in a long time at your store today. The sales representative Nasya was extremely patient and kind. She helped me fully setup my first smartphone. She even offered to put all of my phone numbers into the new phone so I dont have to. She sure is making this transition easy. I love their stores. Theyre very nice inside, theyre personnel are great, but their prices are thru the roof!!! And dont get me started on that UNLIMITED wifi service. UNLIMITED is a word they throw around as IF we dont know what it means. Their VERSION of UNLIMITED is 15-30Giga Bytes of info at 4G speed. Then it THROTTLES down to a FREAKIN crawl thats not worth even using for typing a letter and expecting it to get to someone!!!!!!! And DONT think your kids can use it!!! 2 days later theyll be hitting you up for more time at that speed. Bottom line... IT AINT WORTH IT!!!!!!!

She also went over my upgrade options. She ran through multiple different options so that I got the best option for me. No other salesperson has taken the time to help me like that.
