The one off 4th Street needs new management. However the one on Loop 281 Across from the Mall - are amazing. They immediately came to see what I needed and took care of my needs. Perhaps you need to promote one of these sales people to run the store off 4th St. I give the one of 4th St a 1 Star. The one off the Loop across from the Mall a 4 star.
Staff is great, thats why Im giving 4 starts. My issue is with Verizons constant force to make you upgrade your plan in order to get a new phone.For two lines with two phone discounts/primos, my plan was going to cost$90/mo more... For the first time Im considering another carrier

Went inside to add two phone lines, after leaving both lines are not working had to return. Due to Covid-19 they are allowing so many inside have to wait in the car, you will receive a text when you can go inside. Had to come back a second time. I will be switching my service to MetroPCS ASAP. Very disappointed with Verizon.

Every time we go here they tell us “they can’t help us” over and over again. Whether it’s connecting the phone to our cellular data plan or taking a device off of it. The only thing any of their employees seem to know how to do is try to sell us things and tell us to “call the help line.” Not really sure why they even have a store honestly. They should all just go work in the Walmart tech department.Even the guy with the “solutions specialist” name tag didn’t want to help us. What exactly is he solving????
Horrible selection, horrible service...Have been with this company for over 25 years....The 3 associates were too busy playing on their own phones to help anyone. Even the lady that finally asked if we need any help was texting on here dang phone while she was asking us questions. I know this may just be an isolated store issue but this is ridiculous. Michael

Rude staff!!! Tried to go into the store, but had to make an appointment at the door and sit in your car until they were ready for you. They dont tell you how long you will have to wait. After 30 min I ask and was told there was 3 people ahead of me and go sit in my car. (I left, and vowled to never return) Also, you have to wear a mask even if you can prove that you are vaccinated. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else or shop online. This place makes me want to change my cellphone service!!
Would have had a better experience but one representative just wouldn’t help me and my wife (we have a competing service company) Ben did an excellent job helping us with all of our questions and we will definitely recommend for everyone to talk with BEN !! avoid the other guy (should have gotten a name) just go to Ben!
Fast, minimal parking not rude but short standoffish customer service quick could have just been having a off day everybody has them wasnt what Im used to as far as like nice cheerful but like I said wasnt rude but overall was fine quick in and out.
Chris is the best. He was very helpful from start to finish and made sure everything was not only working but also set up and transferred to my new phone.

WORST SERVICE EVER. If I could give 0 stars I would. I had 5 guys tell me all different things, while none of them sounded confident in their answers. All I wanted to do was trade in my phone for a promotion, but they all told me different things and basically made ME do everything. They did not assist in any of the process so if they got commission, they dont deserve it. They sent me back to my car 6 times and made me do stuff while they sat in their store and did not help me one bit. These guys are very unprofessional and not knowledgeable about their job, I lost brain cells trying to get answers from them. Will never come back.

Not too happy with this company at all. I am a new customer and left my carrier for the new promotion for free pixel, streaming device, extra 6 month to a year freebies. I got a single 5G Samsung because they only had 2 phones to choose from at time of purchase.Ive been charged by old carrier because agent didnt close account out without stopping auto renewal. Nonrefundable!Taxes paid on wrong phone with a promise that I could exchange for pixel 4a 5g within 14 days if not happy for no extra or hidden fees. LIE!.Walked through online from agent 2 getting phone i originally wanted. Paid taxes on that one as well. Supposed to come with earphones and streaming device. Not! Another lie for a sale. Now 2 lines, 2 phones, double the bill. And told by that agent I would receive refund for first phone and line charges upon phone turn in.Corporate store in for me that their own agent I spoke with was just telling me all of those lives to get a sale. I would have to take the phone back and pay another $50 restocking fee. Of course I said no way and they waved that fee supposedly Ill find out here in a few minutes.I finally talk to an agent that made everything right as far as I know. I will leave an update in a few to let you know if I threw both phones against the wall in the store and told him to keep their damn merchandise because at this point I am beyond irritated from all the lies and deceit from Verizon.I even started my Account on January 2nd and agent put it down as December 24th.So hopefully hearing about 10 minutes my Verizon in Henderson Texas will be able to finish up were this last agent left off fixing everything and make all of this right and give me the devices than I paid And stand up to get. And hopefully for the price that was discussed to me with no hidden fees or surprise charges.And please this review is not for this store because the woman that helped me at curbside pickup had no idea what was going on other than me there to pick up my Google pixel phone added as a new line.Between her and Carmie, I am still with them on day 6. But 6 days is how long this is taking me to get what I wanted as a new customer so far.Again, this store was as helpful as she could be given the circumstances.All glory goes to Carmie so far though for being what we all expect when being a new customer.So good look everyone when your purchase is as a new customer with the Verizon company and I hope everything goes better for you then it did for me.

The only problem is that they are always very busy. So the wait time can be a little long. But it is worth the wait. I have never left without my problem being resolved, or a promise of it being resolved. Recently Trevor helped me out, and I really appreciated his patience and knowledge.
I hadnt upgraded in a while so when I went in I expected what I experienced 6 years ago with having to upload to new phones and tablets but purchased everything I needed and upgraded my service in about 25 minutes. Ordered a phone online, picked up in-store.Person that helped me was super polite and professional.As soon as I asked if I could see the cases they had for my new phone the person helping me asked her boss and I was told one word, No. So I left.Wife has AT&T and just did the same thing at the AT&T store about 2 weeks ago. They had the same Covid precautions in place but before she left she had everything she needed and they didnt make her feel like she wasnt welcome.
Rude. Didn’t want to help. Told me to go look at phones instead of answering my questions personally. Gave false information. Never going back. The one by the mall was 10000000 times better.
Although the person that assist was friendly the overall experience was a mess. This location was by far the longest wait time I’ve ever encountered at a Verizon location. On top of that I added a new line and once I got home to activate the device the new number would not connect to the phone. I then had to spend 1 hour and 20 on the phone with customer service only to discover that the activation was not done correctly in store. Unfortunately it seems that in store associates are more concerned with sales rather than actual assistance.
They offered to replace my sons phone with the same model phone he has had problems with instead of trading for a different type of phone that has a better track record. There is a 14 day limit on swapping out for a different phone. Most people dont have problems in 14 days. His started 2 months out. This isnt the stores fault. Its the company policy. We were going to switch 5 phones to Verizon, til they declined to buy one of our phones that we still owed on. I guess its policy across the boards anymore to not give very good incentives to get customers with another service to switch. Thats one of the ways most carriers get customers nowadays. Again, the store employees were nice, their hands are tied by corporations that know they have customers by the neck..........putting it nicely.
My father went in to get his info ECT transferred into a new phone. (He had accidentally got his wet and it was fried.) He said there wasnt any other customers in the store, but there were at least 6 employees. The employee that finally waited on him told him the phone was ready and working BUT DID NOT make sure the phone was in working order before he left the store.This is not how an elderly man should be treated,,,nor any other customer for that matter. I suggest these employees go back to school to learn proper customer relations!!!
Went to get my wife a new phone on Saturday and the boy working the door was very rude will not be back to this story Evey on the other hand the Verizon store just on the other side of the loop big gray building very nice people very helpful was in and out of there quickly with a new phone that is the store to go to in Longview
Went there to buy a screen protector. Showed him the phone and told him it. Was a Samsung. He brought it out but wouldnt put it on because he wasnt allowed to touch a phone (covid). Left the store and discovered it was a protector for an i phone. Returned to get another. Got it and left only to discover the second one was wrong also. How incompetent
They were very helpful. I was greeted within a couple minutes after walking in and the gentleman got me a new sims card and it seems to have helped with the issue I was having. Thank you

Went in to a Verizon store in Longview Texas on the corner of loop 281 and 4th street Orlando and his team are amazing greeted right away helped as quickly as possible and even checked on while waiting to be seen. There is some wait time sometimes due to the reps helping customers thoroughly but it’s worth the wait. If you live in the area I highly recommend this store
I must have bad luck when it comes to getting new phones. I just got a new one about 2 weeks ago and was really excited about it because I really like it. Then I noticed there were dark spots showing up in my photos and videos and the lens is clean. Turns out to be a manufacturing defect but with Verizon they want to replace the phone with a refurbished one ( under warranty). So basically I am paying almost a thousand dollars for a used phone which really angers me. I personally think this is a dishonest practice designed to benefit them while screwing over the customer. Every refurbished phone from them that I have seen has had issues even though they say they are supposed to be like new. In no other industry would a company replace a newly purchased product with a used one. I should change providers but they are probably all just as bad. Needless to say my excitement is gone.
I have had Verizon for many years and have always commended there customer service. I went in to upgrade my phone. The service person was great and made sure I had everything I needed. My only complaint with them is they added insurance to my phone that I didnt ask for. Had I been asked I would have said I didnt need it. Im not hard on my phones had the last one for 3 years.
To spent over 2,000 dollars at this store. I told them specifically that I wanted no contract, I had Verizon for years with no contract, I found out later that somehow they put me in one and my monthly was 70 dollars a month more than it should have been!! These people are nothing but crooks! I will be handling this through legal channels. I still have Verizon service but this location is nothing but a scam!!
Verizon is the Absolute best Phone service ever with roadside assistance and all, But they are way too over Priced, I cant afford it, Verizon is for rich people who has money, but I would Recommend Sprint They Have way better deals and not to over priced. Sprint is good but not better then Verizon services, Sprint has lower prices and great plans but Verizon it just cost entirely too much
Really sorry customer service. Normally you would think when you walk in before you get a (no we cant do that here) she could have at least looked up the account realized the line was ready for and up grade and tried offering getting us set up with a new phone. I understand if you cant reset the phone when its locked out thats fine but at least offer to look up the account and explore possible other options. Needless to say she was not helpful at all. Never going back
I called 6 times from opening time over 45 minutes no answer. Its a cell phone store. I went there I was not greeted by the first staff member k at walked by me. I went to the counter waited and was asked to sign in. Not how can I help you today. O looked around my self for the charging cord I needed and brought it back to the counter. The store manager just came in for the day and told him of my issues. I have been a customer of Verizon for 7 years . He said he would resolve the issues doubtful. If you are not there to buy a new phone the customer service is very poor. This is based on 3 times visiting this location which is the corporate location. Not a franchise location

Because we waited for a agent for close to a hour even though we got there at 9am. Then they didnt help us just made suggestions didnt help at all and we were 15 hours from home with a phone that was half working even though I only had it 3 months

Tarable I need a power cord for my new jeep. Did not have only 8 & 10 foot. Looking for 4 foot was told look elsewhere. Also payed my phone bill. Couldnt get a paper copy. Very bad I can see why people are leaving the company. I been with you a very long time. It time to start looking for my family.It not even a one star

I have been with Verizon for many years, and they are getting worse by the day. They will promise you all kinds of great deals and then will not stand behind them. The stores and the customer service line have zero communication and go against each other.

I told them to help me with an issue but the rep said she couldnt help me with my problem, not even a Ill see what I can do. Not great customer service at all, its a take a number and well get with you type of treatment.
Wow! After reading other reviews, it sounds like what happened to us is just par for the course with this location! The manager, Daniel, was very nice, but what led up to requiring his intervention was nothing but pure lack of professionalism. The person who was supposed to be helping us was completely disrespectful, rude, and had absolutely ZERO customer service skills! Her name is Desi, and she treated us like our concerns didnt matter and, and then didnt even apologize after I told her to check her attitude. The interaction did not have to be that way, it was her condescending and arrogant attitude that resulted in it escalating. They all need extra training in customer service skills in my opinion. Dont waste your time at this location!
My Husband and I just came from this Verizon location we both were purchasing Apple watches. Teeto was amazing! He made our experience fast, pleasant, and enjoyable! And I could tell he knew his stuff! And went above and beyond on costume service! We will definitely be going back and hopefully teeto will be our sales guy again!
I upgraded my phone a few months ago to the iPhone XR. I have been having dropped called, messages not going through, internet dropping, I’ve been using my daughters phone more then mine. After having sever weather and not getting notifications enough was enough. I went in and was told this is a known apple problem. She didn’t check anything. I had to call Verizon directly to get them to help. I was so mad I was ready to change. I have been with verizon for years! This kind of service is unacceptable. Usually I have very good service here but this women just didn’t even try.
Helpful sometimes, most times they just run you through the mill. Id rather deal with affialites were staff is hungry and willing to be helpful.

Worst cell phone shopping experience Ive ever had in my entire life. The man helping me was not knowledgeable about anything I asked him. He made me feel rushed and did not answer any of my questions. I ended up buying the new Moto Z Force. He told me he activated the phone before I left the store. It wouldnt activate. Went back inside and spoke to the same man again and he said I had to wait 15 minutes to activate it. Waited 15 minutes and it wouldnt activate. Ended up having to call customer service and they had to activate it because he obviously didnt do his job correctly. Never want to go back!

Went there and bought 4 new phones. The lady that sold them to us, said activate them at home. Spent two hours trying to activate phones. Called customer service and they said they should have been activated in store. Had to make a second trip to the store (which is more than 20 miles away) to get them activated. Very frustrated!!!
I usually have had a great experience with this location. But today was different. Two weeks ago I, my husband and my daughter all upgraded our phones to a total $2400. I also purchased 2 of the Samsung Gear VR headsets along with some screen protectors and a case. The salesman whose name was Jeremiah was wonderful. While putting on my screen protector he discovered it wasnt sticking properly. He looked in the back and they were out. Told me next time I was I town drop by and he would replace it. Went it today and was met by a very rude man telling me that because my phone has a bevelled screen that the protector wont stick, even if I got a new one. I then said that Jeremiah youd me to come back by he rudely cut me off telling me that he was no longer there and that hes the manager and I was not getting a new screen. I called corporate and got a new screen and also placed a complaint against this store.
I so wish I could vote zero stars. Its obvious that Im not the first to say how pitiful this store is. Sales clerk Melissa was rude and arrogant and made me to feel I was putting her out by having her wait on me. Ive spent thousands of dollars with Verizon and this store has always been pitiful. I said long ago I would never go back but I happened to be on a time restraint. Well THAT wont happen again. The customer service is appalling. I will NEVER go back to that store!!

I have been in the store at least 6 times now trying to get yet another warranty on my Google Pixel XL. I have literally already done this about 5 times I believe. When your in sales and your living is made off your phone a huge majority of the time this becomes a major headache. Not to mention that when I tried to open my account they kept telling me I already had lines and have had them for 7 years or something like that. Apparently I also lived in Florida somewhere and somehow became a Hispanic female. I was in the store for at least 8hrs that day trying to figure out what the heck was going on. Well then believe it or not they wouldnt give me the information to the woman that was breaking the law stealing my identity, but instead made a joke of it saying well at least they pay their bill and I couldnt believe that identity theft would be looked at and taken so lightly by Verizon. After that my debit card number had been used at several different locations all over you guessed it FLORIDA! Coincidence... Thank you Verizon for possibly allowing me to become a victim twice. Its nice to see we are all in good hands with your service. This is all right in the beginning of our relationship with Verizon a couple of years ago. Also, everytime we go to the store for help we become a huge burden to the poor soul who gets us and they make it obvious that since we arent buying anything they dont care what we are saying. Funny thing is we have spent thousands of dollars there already and this is how we were treated. I never did this review because I always was a pushover I guess or just dont like to air out bad business like this. Those days are over and Im fixing to start blasting every business that treats people badly so that the rest of the world doesnt fall victim as well. I hope you find this helpful in making your decision to go with your next provider. FYI after going to the store for my 6th warranty claim the girl just gives me a number and tells me to call them and figure it out. To me that seems odd because if I were an employee for Verizon I would have called the number myself in front of the customer and made sure the issue was resolved one way or the other. Another bad mark. I wish it wasnt like this. When your service is like this it makes it that much harder to pay your bills that somehow keep going up non stop. I have yet to figure out how my bill when I have always had unlimited could fluctuate over 200.00 from one month to the next. That was another question that same afternoon we were dealing with the warranty issue. Needless to say I actually lost the number she wrote down and neither of those issues have been resolved. On the bright side my contract will be up soon I believe so most likely unless there is a seriously drastic change I will be finding a new provider.

Im a longtime customer & have noticed a very distinct decline in customer service at this store. Today was the last straw. I am on a family plan with a friend & have started exceeding data, costing ALOT more than my budget allows. I went in, very upset & anxious to understand why, all of a sudden, my data usage is through the roof. Unfortunately, l didnt get the womans name but she couldnt have shown less concern, didnt touch my phone and did nothing to help me. Im done with this Verizon & hope someone in corporate wakes up to the fact that the customers are the ones who make them or break them. One star is generous.

Went to get my new Note 8 activated and I was rushed the 5 minutes I was there. I was made to feel like I didnt matter. I was so rushed I truly felt like I was going to have a panic attack. Yes, it was activated, but nothing was set up on my phone. Nothing was explained. No questions were asked. The accessory wall was a disorganized mess and Ill never step foot in there again.
Verizons service, after equipment sales, is the very best amoung all other phone providers.

This store gave false information and refused to assist a longtime customer. The employees were sitting around or on their phones. The manager Nick refused to even offer alternate options to assist in activating a new phone on my account. I will not be referring anyone to this location, nor will I ever set foot in this store.
