When you walk into the shop you wouldn’t think it but this joint gets the job done. When he busts your phone open on his desk you might have a little panic attack if you aren’t used to a phone repair man of his caliber. Seriously I don’t know if it’s true or not but I hear he worked in Santa’s shop and that’s where he got his lightning fast super steady/nimble hands. This is “my guy”. I’ve never been dissatisfied with the quality or quickness. I’ve never had a busted screen or smart device issue that the man couldn’t fix. I know his prices are the best. Thank you, Ethan!

I would definitely recommend this guy and will use him again. He had my daughter’s cracked screen fixed with new glass protector on it and new durable phone case on in about 20 minutes. And price was very reasonable. Very, very good service!!!

This place is literally the only place I will go from now on to get my phone screen replaced. Everywhere else wanted $90-$120 to replace my screen and said it would take 45-1hr to fix. He done it for around $50 and it took less than 10 minutes. Will definitely go here from now on.

I have been to different repair shops in Longview and this is by far the best person I have ever been to. He fixed my iphone8 plus screen in about 10 minutes or less and he did not charge me an arm and a leg. He was also incredibly kind. I highly recommend coming here to get your phone repaired.

Was having issues with my Iphone 8 plus charging and every review said take it to Ethan at EXCEL car lot!When I found Ethan it was passed closing hours but he was still at the car lot working on inventory and quickly took my phone with a smile on his face.As I stood in this huge car lot looking at all the gorgeous cars I lost track of time looked up and Ethan was back at his desk waving me back.As I walked back over to Ethan I pulled my wallet out expecting a $119.00 plus tax bill and he smiled and said the charge port was just dirty and its free today!As I talked to Ethan he said about 5 people a day come in thinking its a major issue and its just pocket lint keeping the phone from charging.In a dishonest world its nice to meet someone that is truly out to help!As I was leaving a lady dropped off 48 ipads for Ethan to take home and fix,she said he has had her business for 5 yrs!What a guy glad I found him.

Ethan fixed my iPhone 6 quickly, fixed the bent the case (a previous repair place was unable to do so despite two attempts) and did the screen repair EXTREMELY quickly. Although I would like to be able to say I wont have to go back bc I dont break another screen, the truth is Im sure I will. I will definitely go back to Longview iPhone Repair. I brought in my daughters Iphone 6S that was in pieces. She had to put it in a baggie at school until she could get it home. More than a screen issue, she had managed to mess up the powering up of the phone. Mr. Langley would not give up and went the extra mile to save this phone. I went in for screen repair, but our phone received a massive overhaul. I am so delighted by the positive, quick response. Quick and easy! My iPhone SE charging port needed to be replaced and I was in and out in half an hour.

Gave me my repaired phone with the screen still sticking up and only offered to sell me an otter box so I had to continuously press the screen in, which caused it to mess up everything on my screen, now I get to see black lines and spend another $150. Thank you so much for robbing me.

Took a working ipad with a loosened screen (previous owner replaced a broken screen successfully, but didnt have the tape to affix the screen properly to the frame and bezel, it would come loose and almost fall off if laid bottom up) to reglue/tape the screen and bezel. He removed the screen by cutting the ribbon cable for some unknown reason. He gave no explaination as to why ( my guess is he crimped and broke the ribbon by mishandling the screen). Told me a new screen would be X dollars plus installation. But there was no charge for the work done today!!I was not terribly pleased with taking a working product for minor repair only to receive a non-working device in return. No explainations why he cut the ribbon, no apology for screwing up the ipad, no offer to make good his carelessness and destroying a working device.I was leery when I went to his address and it was in a car lot office. That should have been a clear indication of this being just a sideline.Lesson learned.
