I went to buy a phone there and it worked for awhile but then it told me my phone had been reported stolen.... they really sold me a stolen iPhone what a rip off.. if you want a used or new iPhone the mall is the best place

Dropped my iPhone XR off that had the screen completely filled with horizontal lines down it around 5pm on a Saturday && he called me & had it ready for me to pick up around 6pm. I took a tablet to have a battery replaced after 3 days was told the screen was broken. Wasted $43.30On a different occasion took my iPad to see why it Will not come on. Two weeks later was told it was dead. My aunt rebooted the iPad $89.00 Wasted

I came in the store in February 2017 with a bent iPhone I was in and out within a matter of minutes! Four months later with the same phone I had issues with being able to use my screen, CellPhone Repair Solutions were the only business that offered to fix my issue. My repairs were done in a timely fashion as well. I am completely satisfied with this service I received! They were very helpful. They are also great with explaining what caused the issue on your device and in my cases how to prevent it from happening again. I will definitely be doing business with these guys in the future!

Saw crack on my phone instead of just replacing my screen as I was expecting($275) he informed me it was just my screen protector cracked ($22) I appreciate the honesty and expediency I was handled with in and out in less than 5 mins.

I purchased a replacement screen for my iphone5 at this location and noticed soon after the 1 month warranty was out, the screen started detactching from the phone. No abnormal daily use and the screen is in perfect condition with no scratches and his solution was to purchase a new screen at full price since its outside the warranty. Guess my $100+ purchase was truly only good for 1 month. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY !!

Crooked individual that works here. Take your money and dont accomplish anything. My aunt gave them her phone to be looked at because it would not turn on. The man took a nonrefundable diagnostic fee where they said they would have it taken care of today since my Aunt is from out of town and leaving on Sunday. They said they were charging it... (it wont turn on sir, wasting your time, thats why they went to you). If you did not have the resources to fix the phone. Dont take the money thief...dont go here.

Went in to get my cracked screen fixed... the guy said he had to order it and he would call me on Tuesday, this was on Saturday. Tuesday came and went with no call, then on the following Monday I called to tell them I wanted a refund because its taking way too long and I hadnt heard from anyone. Went in the next day to get my refund and was told I could only get a store credit and was told that I should have called to check on the ordered part myself!! I thought it was the responsibility of the person you gave your money to, to inform you whats going on. Needless to say they will NEVER get anymore of my business ever again. No wonder their parking lot is always empty!I dont care if you have a No Refund sign at your business; if you failed your customer, you SHOULDNT get paid!
