These guys are awesome, had one iPhone full of candle wax, had another one, that took a dip in a pool. They fixed them quickly and at a great price! Thanks to the cellphone, Jeff. & Reese did a great job as well.

Horrible🤬😡🤬. The screens they sell are junk. They replaced my screen told me to let it sit a few hours Ill let it set all night into the next dayA total of 21 hours.. went back to the store the next day to have my camera screen fixed. While Im standing at the counter in the store I put on a cover, that they sold me, to see if it fit. It didnt. I went to take it off and the freaking screen cane off.. he said he would give me a discount on another screen.. screw that I just paid $130 for a new one. I just threw away $130 thanks a lot guys. Oh and his excuse was well I told you that these Motorolas arent good phones.. the use junk.

Horrible customer service. Cracked the back of my wifes phone then called me a liar. Told her the new cover would be there 3 days in a row and still never showed up. Then the guy proceeded to cus me out over the phone. Ended up taking my money else where.

This store works hard to treat people right. I had a battery replaced on my Samsung Galaxy, and came back a few weeks later when I cracked the screen. The battery wasnt lasting as long as I expected it would, so they replaced it again while they were fixing the screen.

He was nice and quick at replacing my battery in my iPhone 6plus

I went into this store randomly as t-mobile was not able to help with my cracked screen. I was immediately greeted and informed that it would be an expensive fix which is a bummer for anyone. I trusted this guy with the job and he did not disappoint. He explained everything that I would need and why the cost was high. He went above and beyond for me though to make sure my phone was in brand new condition again. I left it with him for a few hours but I did not mind for perfection. No scam. No BS. Want your phone fixed right the first time then GO HERE! Im glad I took a chance. Oh and a lifetime warranty on his work. Does not get any better than that. This will be my go to place for screen repairs.

This place is normally a+ in which they have fixed various phones of mine within a day or two. Presently my cell went in on a Thursday for an screen repair and 6 days later Im still without a phone. I currently still pay my cell bill with no phone to use because of the wait. Like I said they are normally a fast turn around but I have not received any updates onto when my cellphonewould be ready. It seems like a nightmare currently with no explanation.

I’ve been here a number of times due to my clumsy nature. I’ve had them replace my iPhone screen many times, they’ve replaced my battery, and saved my phone after having water spilled on it. They’ve kept my day from being fully ruined more than once.I’ll never take my phone anywhere else but here to be worked on. Their prices are great and they’re awesome at what they do.

I took my iPhone XS Max to this store this morning with a shattered screen front and back. I honestly thought it wasn’t repairable. The young man that worked there told me it was fixable and that they could have it ready in a couple hours for a reasonable price. I was very surprised when he called me back a few hours later saying it was ready. My phone looks brand new right outta the box. These guys are amazing. I have found my new phone repair store. I highly recommend these guys !

Horrible, messed up my speaker, undid my screen on and off trying to fix it at least 6 times and now my whole screen is coming off of the phone where i can see the inside, gave me a new home button but broke in a day and barely worked when i got it, screen protecter cracked in under a day..

Of i could give 0 stars I would. I went here i paid 250 DOLLARS just for my screen to randomly fall OFF. i didn’t even drop it it just fell off. moral of the story don’t go here. i’m also a student athlete so i can’t go whenever i want to get my “free fix”.

Had phone repaired there November 25th, last night the screen was coming up so I pressed it back down and the whole thing shattered. Paid $100 the day I got it fixed they said if anything happens come back and we’ll repair it. Called this morning and they said they would fix it then turned around and said bring it in well look at it. Took it in, said the screws for the screen are missing, it needs a new chassis and a new screen and wanted to charger $135 to fix it. They said there Warranty only covers if it stops working or the color goes out. How is my fault the screws for the screen are missing when you guys were the last ones to repair the phone. Then said well you can use it as a trade in on an iPhone 12 (it’s an iPhone 8) told them no thanks I won’t be returning. Terrible quality

I just recently went there in Wed.March 11,2020.My phone was completely shattered on the back an half of my screen was broke on front.I didnt know anything about them before this but I can sayThey did a Fantastic job.Yes if your asking.It was a bit pricey, but it was worth it.I payed a down payment at first then the following day brought my phone in and with 2 hrs.Looked good as New.....Highly Recommended

Was told it would be an hour to fix my phone, however when they went to replace my screen they found my battery had been dented as well. When I got there they were not finished due to the battery, but they stayed past closing time until it was ready(I still got it same day). Glad they did not rush it, and am very happy with the final result.

I had my Iphone repaired at some other repair center, but faced the problem with irritating lines on my screen. The knowledgeable people at cell phone doctor were able to fix it with ease and moreover explained that the other repair center were using bad replacement parts with some items like connection shield missing. They also misplaced my cellular antenna. The helpful staffs at cell phone doctor solved all the problems at much reasonable price and my Iphone works as new. I will only trust them when it comes to repairing my $999 Iphone. Thank you cell phone Doctor for being there for all of us.
