I had dropped my Samsung galaxy 8plus, decided to take it and see what the problem was, what I liked the owner checked it and fixed it right there in front of me. some places want you to drop it off and come back but he saved me $200, and will definitely be going back for future cellphone problems

I took my son IPad there to get the screen repaired . Prior to them receiving his iPad it was fully charged and functioning properly but the screen was cracked. When we got it back it was all the way dead so we paid and was going to Walmart to buy a screen protector once the iPad powered back up we couldn’t use it the iPad didn’t work we tried to put the password in and nothing worked

Horrible customer service by the owner of this Business. I brought my cell phone in because I needed the charging port replaced. There was nothing else wrong with my iPhone 8 plus other than the charging port needed to be replaced. After it was replaced I went home and the phone was able to charge properly but whenever anyone called me they could not hear what I was saying. My voice was very mumbled and a lot of staticI brought the phone back told them what was going on and they replace the charging port again. I left the store I went home & still had the same problemWent back to the store for the third time asked to speak with the owner. I was told that he was out of town but they let me speak to him. He told me I would have to wait until Monday when he was back into town to be able to fix my phone. I told him I couldn’t go that many days without being able to use my phone and that my phone was operating perfectly fine other than the charging port not working until I bought my phone to them for repairHe told me he was too busy to talk to me and he actually hung up on me without even saying goodbye. I would not recommend this phone repair place to anybody! Because they don’t give any refunds for a reason I was charged $54.13 and ended up having to send my phone back to Verizon because of cell phone repair screwing it up and I had to pay a $200 deductible to get a refurbished phoneI would give less than one star if that was an optionIn talking to friends about my experience several had had a similar very bad experience as well with this shop

After contacting EVERY cell phone repair business in town and comparing the prices and options I had, this place offered the most economical solution, by far....and then once I chose to do business with them, they exceeded my expectations on quality of service, quick turn around time and friendly and knowledgeable staff support. The next time I need cell phone repairs, I wont waste my time checking anywhere else, because I know this place can get it taken care of!! They are truly worthy of more than just five stars!!

I would never recommend this place to anyone. We had a screen replaced and now the face recognition does not work. The young man in there has no customer service skills at all and says they can’t do anything about it. All he could say was call Apple. The face recognition worked before taking in there but not now. He offered refund but was going to put the broken screen back on!! This place is a joke!! A woman before us apparently had a similar problem and all he said was to call Apple. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE!!

Started off emailing/request price checks for 3 different phones to different cell phone repair places jn Longview and this company is the only one to respond. Had a OnePlus One, OnePlus 3, and a Nexus 5 all with screen damages and they were able to fix them. They had great service and speed. Great job!

1 star is gracious. I took my iPhone X to get the screen repaired, when I received it back my screen was glitching. So I went back to get it fixed and man was not only absolutely rude but completely incapable of fixing a phone, so much so he had jammed a screw so deep into my phone pliers couldn’t help the situation. To make it so much better, he took the screen he had originally put on (glitching one) wiped it clean and put it back into the box, protective strip and all, to sell it to the next customer. So good luck if you decide to go this route, highly recommend buying a new phone before trusting this place with yours.

I recently broke my cell phone and got online to find a great place to get it repaired. I have been to this company multiple times mainly just for convenience being that I live so close. The last time I brought my phone in with water damage they kept my phone two days and charged me close to $200. They replaced my screen and battery. I came home to a battery that stays at %1 and never goes above it. I am constantly having to charge it and when I called to tell them about it they wanted to charge me again. I decided to try somewhere else and they had my phone 10 minutes and charged me $90 bucks. There have been other times I have brought it in just to leave with a loose screen and lines down the phone or mismatched colors for a phone. The front will be white and the back will be red. What really bothers me about this place is reading all of the reviews and how tacky they respond to one stars. They get on here and argue with you and even in some reviews I saw them cuss the customer. This place has left such a bad taste in my mouth and I will never go back. Do not waste your time or money with these people. They scam you over, reuse parts that didnt work for other people, and charge you what they feel like. Then argue with you for all of the internet to see if you give them a 1 star. Very unprofessional. I really feel bad for how they run this business and I feel bad for the unsuspecting customers that come in only to get done wrong. Feel free to respond to this review but you will get no response from me. This is for customers only, I dont care about your reasoning and explanation. I will go where I am valued and the service is trustworthy.

Do not expect a quality repair. They use cheap aftermarket parts and do not even bother to run a test on the device.

Sorry I cant give negative stars. I brought my daughters tablet in with a broken screen. They quoted me a price of $175 to repair. Seemed steep but I went ahead a paid their $50 deposit. They called 3 days later saying they needed more money. Total repair would have been close to $250. These people are crooks and liars. There are a 100 of these places in longview. Go anywhere else.

Took my Note9 in for battery replacement. They charged me $75, and I realized later that they did absolutely nothing. This place ripped me off.

Ive done a lot of business with this place over the years. The guy we usually deal with wasnt there today. Im pretty disappointed in the 2 employees there today. They dont seem to really know what theyre doing and their customer service isnt that great. I gave it 4 stars because of the guy we deal with regularly. However from now on if I go in there and those 2 are at the counter, I will just walk back out. Depending on the need I will either take my business elsewhere or I will wait for a day he is there.

I had a broken LCD screen on my verizon droid phone. They didnt have the available parts to fix it but told me it would be ordered. In the meantime, they were able to provide me with a temporary LCD screen so I could use my phone right then. Works great and really helped me out immediately. Very disappointed. Had my note 4 for 2.5 years and never cracked a screen. Dropped it numerous times with a tech 21 impactology case and never cracked it. It quit working so I took it here. They replaced the screen for $180. I get the phone back without a ear speaker cover. I ask about it and they tell me was it even there when you brought it in? Then they find it on the floor and begin prying on my screen to lift it back up to put it in. Fast forward 3 days. Phone was in my pocket from my house to work. Pull it out and it is cracked all the way across. Call and I am told they will fix it for $160. I waited 4 months to save up to put a screen in this phone and this is the quality I get. Very poor quality and very poor business. The quality is not the same as factory. The screen is spongy and flexes very easy. If its factory glass the install is not right

I took my phone to Austin, they told me it has motherboard issue. This guy fixed my phone in minutes. They know what they are doing and this is the reason why I would love to visit these guys.

I had a cracked iPhone 7 screen as well as charging issue. They fixed it in no time. Work was done very fast with excellent craftmanship. The associate at the desk was pleasant, friendly and helpful. Prices were reasonable. They repair just about anything on cell phones and tablets. Best of all they asked me if I was happy with it before I left the store. I would certainly come back if I need to service any divices.

Had screen replaced and they dont use quality glass it got minor scratches from everyday use within a week Ive had the phone almost a year and never had any scratches untill I droped and shattered it. And not its got a hair line crack in the top corner out of nowhere. The screen flips out when I muti touch more that 3 fingers the screen is eating my battery now about 1/3 faster Its Its just not the same quality Samsung screen as it was now I going to have to claim insurance to get my phone back to where it was.

This place is terrible. They did a sloppy job repairing my Ipad screen. 2 weeks later, the screen began to come apart. The lady wouldnt looked at it and wanted to charge me to fix again. She was extremely rude. I wouldnt recommend going to this place. Spend the money and take your electronic device to a real company and not these frauds!

Very unprofessional and rude on phone with costumers I have been told horror stories by other people who have visited this business. (Not to mention the previous bad review) Being as that I am a manager of a business I would never treat my paying costumers so poorly nor let workers under me do it. I would suggest an attitude change and better costumer service.

I took my iphone in to have the screen replaced. The phone was working fine until they replaced the screen. Now it does not work. It glitches and freezes. Ive taken the phone back to them 3 times to have them fix it. They keep telling me theres nothing wrong and they cant fix it. This is not a good business. I dont recommend them.

I do NOT recommend this place. I went in to get my Samsung Galaxy S6 edge battery replaced on 7/31/2016 and when I returned to pick up my device I noticed damage to the display, which I was later informed was dead pixels. I have attempted multiple times to have them resolve the issue to which I am told to return the next day, the manager is never available. Finally I was offered a trade from my phone, but the phone they offered to trade me has multiple areas of cosmetic damage and scratches to the screen. I was told this was the only offer I would get. So please do not take any device here for repair.

I went to them about a month ago my iPhone 6splus camera was blurry !!!!! As i was waiting for my phone to be fixed a younger guy came in and complained about his phone no longer connecting to the internet after he got his phone fixed by them but i still chose to be optimistic!!!!! The guy fix my phone in 20 minutes clear screen !!!! Now a month later my phone is doing the same thing i go in and got the rudest person i Have ever meet and told me my phone needed a whole new camera !!!! But my question is why didn’t they do that when i came in i felt like they just rigged my phone now they want me to pay the same price again and everybody that works there is so rude .. do yourself a favor and go further down to another store!!!!

This guy is best in town. I took my phone to gadget medic, they told me $220 to fix my phone. I learned about cell phone repair in gilmer rd. through my friends and went in there to repair my phone. This guy did my repair in 30 min less than what other stores are asking. Very reasonable price with quick repair, you guys should visit him.

Ok went in and bought Samsung Galaxy s7 nice used phone for my oldest son paid $260.00 guess i had $$ signs tatted across my forehead..though i got a good deal until going across the street to Walmart to get a case for it..he wanted 25$...at Walmart $8.99..then i saw the same phone new for $299.00. I decided to return the phone within 1 hr after purchase and guess what...the man never gave me a recipe and i know dam well he knew i just bought it. Now stuck with used phone for price of new.will not be going back

This place is absolutely horrible!!! First of all they told me my iPhone needed a new screen and it would cost $80 to repair. We agreed on $60 in cash and the other $20 was covered by another iPhone I sold to them for parts. However, the screen wasn’t the problem after all. The motherboard had come loose. All they had to do was tighten up a couple of prongs to secure the motherboard in place. They still charged me $80 even though they didn’t have to replace any parts at all. About a week later, my phone started doing the exact same thing that I took it to them to fix the first time. Again, all they did was resecured the motherboard. Only this time, they fried my WiFi and Bluetooth somehow. I can no longer use Bluetooth or connect to WiFi anywhere. I took it back to them and after sitting there for about 2 hours waiting, the man told me he couldn’t fix the Bluetooth or WiFi that he messed up. My husband called them about it and they agreed over the phone to refund the cash we had paid them and return the other iPhone to us that they had purchased for parts. However, when we got there, the man became very rude and refused. After a few minutes of arguing with him about it, he asked to see my phone, so my husband gave it to him. As, he was starting to open my phone up he proceeded to say that if he was going to return our money, he was going to return my phone to the way it was when we first brought it to him. This man was going to actually break my phone. I had to snatch it back away from him to keep him from breaking it. He finally gave us our money back, but only after I threatened to call the police on him. Don’t ever trust these people with your devices. They do shoddy work, are extremely rude and are completely unprofessional, not to mention unethical.

Bought one of their type C chargers for my phone worked 3 days call him up try an get a replacement he tells me oh its your phone which its not because I had turned around spent more an got the almost 30$ one Walmart sells works just fine

They do not repair to factory standard as they claim they do. Their faulty work on an Apple Watch allowed water inside and destroyed the watch. They do not stand behind their work. Stay far far away!!

Called on the phone to get some prices while I was shopping in Longview and customer service was so rude! It was like I didnt even matter and they were to busy to talk to me. If you cant answer simple questions on a phone what makes me want to show up in person? I wouldnt not recommend them to anyone with how I was tried I took my business elsewhere. So. They people here were very chill and quick. But I was not satisfied with my overall phone screen replacement experience.My phone screen began to move and loosen in the corners a few days after I had it fixed as if the screen was not placed or snapped in correctly. The screen then began to have bright purple lines running through it untill it eventually went completely black a few days ago.Before you say I must have dropped it I did not and I also keep my phone in a life proof case. The phone gradually got worse as time went by.I understand, hopefully this was just a faulty screen and not the craftmens ship of this store. But I was very unpleased with my final results.I also just had my replacement screen fixed faster and cheaper at Excel auto super center on 259. A gentleman named Ethan fixed my phone in ten mins right in front me. Not in a back room or behind a desk. He also gave me a 30- day warranty as long as the screen is not cracked.Overall I had no problems with the staff here. But once my bridge is burned its hard for me to go back. My apologizes.

We have purchased 3 phones from this business on two separate occasions..the 2 windows phones there were no problems with but we noticed the first time we tried to charge the galaxy 3 that it would only charge intermittently..youd plug in the charger show it was charging sometimes.. It might charge two minutes or two hours or not at all..it was just a craps shoot. I tried different chargers..same thing..I checked for dust buildup, bought a new battery and was careful while plugging it in and it was just getting worse..something was wrong so I took it back,twice I was told to come back when he,I suppose the manager was there. When I came in the third time..he plugged it in and said that its charging and fine..told me to use only samsung accessories.. Then sold me a another charger(NOT a Samsung brand and BTW, when we purchased the 2nd & 3rd phone, it was together, they said since they use the same port I only needed one cord, the look on my face was shock,so the sales clerk told me they wouldnt charge me for a second one.. Seriously??) I take the phone & cord home,same problem.. I take the phone BACK and left it and insist it gets fixed (within the warranty time). I go back a week later only to be asked what did you do? Its not working.. How did you break it? Told it will be $90.00 to fix it..after they replaced my card that went missing and so Id have a working phone for a change..he offered to loan me a THIRD battery ( he said the one i purchased at Interstate Batteries didnt work, a lie, it still does) and external charger.. Both USED and offered to sell them to me for $40.00.. (I went on Amazon later and bought the same charger and a Samsung brand battery in a combo purchase for $13.00..NEW)..I took the loaners and simply walked away disgusted and defeated by then..he all but told me I was lying about my phone because of the time he plugged it in for two minutes it was charging (come to think of it,he didnt even show me it was charging,only said it was) ..though I need to return his loaners we will never use this business again. Not a way to keep customers..id like to say all he had to do is repair the damaged phone we purchased and wed still be customers but theres the issue of trying to milk us over petty and unnecessary accessory charges..
