This is the best shop in Longmont, which is saying a lot bc there are a lot of great shops here. There are a lot of serious and pro riders in Boulder County, so its almost a given that any mechanic who wants to survive here has to rub shoulders with world-class caliber (though surprisingly, some dont but I wanna keep this positive) so it comes down, largely to service and vibe, i.e., the how one is treated and how one feels. This shop will respect your equipment and will respect you, regardless of what you bring them. Im one of those riders who knows just enough about maintenance to be dangerous and my attempts to do my own work tend to keep real bike techs in business. Still, I receive amazing service, patient and useful advice and my drive train is now quieter than the day I bought the bike. Uber-competent tech who is also an A+ human being. Yeah, this is my shop.

Thorough and detailed tune with a fast turnaround.Bike needed a tune and I called around to a couple shops. One shop told me they were booked out three weeks so I was delighted when CyclHops shop got my bike in immediately. Todd was attentive to detail and fixed a persistent shifting issue Ive had for a while - a different bike shop didnt solve it on a previous tune up.Trek rides like new again. Thanks guys!

Small shop with great service. Blew a flat up the road (thanks, huge rusty screw), had to replace both the tube and the tire. The guys here were super friendly and had me riding again in 10 minutes. They also have bike tools mounted outside if you need a quick tweak.

Im a huge fan of these guys. Ive always had great experiences. The custom bikes are awesome, but their wrenching has always been top notch. Tim and the guys do great work. Its been the same team for 5 years now, its good to have consistent mechanics

Take some locally made bikes made for shredding local trails, add some of the best mechanics in the industry and you really can’t go wrong. Super friendly staff that know what they are talking about.

Amazing bike shop. They have a small amount of stock so you might have to wait for parts but the service they provide is top notch just like their custom frames. They rebuilt a wheel for me and from what I can tell it is top notch. I will do a follow up after I abuse it. Nothing beats a hand built wheel and I have high expectations for this one.

I definitely would not recommend. I went in to fix my front wheel of the bike and they started suggesting to take new wheel without even checking out the problem. I have fixed my front wheel without any cost at other bike shops.

CyclHops is about 3 times farther away from where I live than a couple of other really close shops that are on Main Street in Longmont. Both my riding buddy and I noticed a little bit of attitude from the nearest one to us (on separate occasions) and chose never to return. At CyclHops, Ive never experienced anything other than a helpful attitude from the employees. One of the guys has gone out of his way to show me things on my bike when Ive had questions. Ive paid for decent service there but Ive also had a freebie or two when theyve taken a look at something that required only a couple minutes to fix - the kind of thing that needs a specialized tool that I just dont have at home but it was nothing for them to do it on the spot. Its a smaller shop so might not carry everything the big guys do but the service is stellar and as Ive stated, Ill drive out of my way for them over the other shops closest to me.

Love Cyclhops! Although I cant afford a REEB bike, I can still partake in a tasty cold BEER :) Never been disappointed with anything Ive ever tried here. Food is excellent as is the atmosphere and staff.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Who wants to wait 2+ months for an over priced bike? FYI you can go to any number of custom bike shops in NoCo and get a nicer bike that’s more affordable... ...and they’ll have it done for you in a reasonable amount of time. Cool concept I guess. Poorly executed. I will be purchasing my new custom mountain bike from Zinn. Stick to beer Oskar Blues. This venture is a customer service fail!!

Spent lots of time with me on a very cheap fix for my bike, got me in the same day, and gave me good advice vs trying to upsell. Friendly, fast, and talented; such a positive experience, will definitely be going back.
