These guys are great. I dropped off two bikes on a weekday, no appointment, or call ahead. They were both ready the next day. The price was great. Will definitely use them again.

Longmont Bicycle Company has a great selection of bikes and provides quality, pressure-free service. The staff was helpful while buying a new bike and went above and beyond by helping me load the bike after the store closed. They also were willing to make special arrangements for my one-year tuneup since I live two hours away from the store. I would definitely recommend this bike shop!

LB&C has taken care of my cruisers since I bought them. New sprockets, chains, a little things that they get back to me quickly even with being very busy. I cant wait to be able to hang out and sip some drinks there again!

The friendly, laid back staff took great care of my bicycle and went beyond what was expected. Ordered a replacement fork; they not only sourced a high quality fork but assembled it to the bike, cleaned off the bike, reassembled and readjusted the brakes. All for a price comparable to what I would have found on Amazon but without the service. Great job.

The people here are great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We received a complete break down of how to be best fit for the bicycle. They let us test ride the bikes in the alley. I highly recommend this place for a nice bike purchase not your cheap Walmart brands.

I’m from Maryland, and I bought a high-end e-bike here to keep at our condo in Estes Park. The guys in the shop were great about setting it up for me while I waited (transferred pedals and seat from old bike). When I rode the bike for the first time the next day, the electric drive cut out almost immediately, and I couldn’t clear the fault on my own. So I called the shop and took it back down there this morning. The whole crew gave my bike their full attention, and found and fixed the problem with the bike. All the diagnostic and repair work was done while I waited, in about two hours (including time for several test rides). Kudos to everyone in the shop for turning a very disappointed buyer into a very happy customer!

I stopped in Longmont Bicycle a few years back with an old road bike that was having some issues. It was close to closing time for them, but one of the techs took it in the back and quickly fixed it free of charge! He said to come back and see them when I was in the market for a new bike so when my daughter needed a new bike I knew right where I was going. The staff spent a lot of timing ensuring she found the perfect fit that she feels comfortable on and loves! She couldnt be happier with her bike!

We bought a bike here and we had maintenance on an old bike done here. They were very helpful with both. We were very happy with the work that they did and the fact that they helped to make the cost reasonable for the type of bike (not high end). We really appreciated their kindness and professionalism at this store. They were amazing at making appointments and working with us during covid as well! Great store and wonderful people!

Great customer service, they performed an essential tune up on a bike I dropped off and it was ready to go the next day. The bike rides smooth with all gears and brakes responding as expected. Really feels great to feel reassured that the bike is now road worthy and safe. Price or cost is comparable to other bike shops but the local home town feel in regards to customer service is priceless. This is a go to bike shop for any type of work or new purchase.

I’m not the greatest bike owner. She sits outside, and is exposed to the elements. They were able to tune her up and get her back in working condition, and I’m excited to enjoy the warm weather with my bike again.

Great and honest service. Took bike for tune up for first time in years. The service team looked it over beforehand and gave estimates of replacements and upgrades prior to service so there were no price surprises or delays. Kristin was a pleasure to talk to and helped me select a hardtail that Ill be able to use to go on single track/offroad adventures with my young son. Calen (sp?) provided top notch service the day of pick-up and provided wonderful insight as to how I can both enjoy my bike immediately and modifications I could consider down the line. Chris checked us out and was personable, down to earth, and wonderful to chat with. All around, Id say Longmont Bicycle and Coffee is a great shop and theyll definitely be getting my business again in the future!

Came here as they have such good reviews/ratings. We were looking for something to seal the tube of our bike trailer tire. Not only did the guy use the gunk to seal the tube we brought in, but told us how much to buy to also seal the other tube and how to do it. He also showed us where the tire was worn (we had already been considering replacing the tires... another reason for coming in.). He showed us the appropriate size tires and after sealing the tube we brought in, put the new tire and fixed tube back on the rim. Excellent customer service. Thank you!

Longmont Bicycle and Coffee Co. always has super attentive staff. Im never in the store longer than 30 seconds without someone atleast acknowledging me. Their staff is very knowledgeable and will help make sure they can get you the right product the quickest way possible. The guys are also riders themselves and treat everyone with the same respect that they would like to be treated. Even going the extra mile and doing whatever is the better option for the customer in front of them. They also send text messages when special deliveries arrive if you opt in which is extremely helpful. These guys are top notch and the only bike shop I use.

I made the mistake of trying to fix consistent rubbing on my front disc brake. Matthew and Kalin were awesome and fixed the issue for me right away and quickly. They were friendly and informative. I LOVE Longmont Cycle! I bought a Trek Verve Womens step through in January 2020, and I recommend them to all my friends. It is one of the best investments have ever made, and it has helped me so much to get in way better shape on all levels. It has been such an amazing advantage to have it during this time. Brought my gravel bike in for repair right before a holiday weekend. I figured it would take at least a couple days but I was pleasantly surprised to get a phone call back the same afternoon saying that my bike had been looked at and fixed. As an entry/intermediate level cyclist, I found the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly! They were quick to help me find the correct brake pads for my bicycle, and provided helpful information as far as the correct way to decontaminate the rotor and the pad bed-in procedure! They will be my first choice in parts and service for my bicycle!

Unfortunately the person who helped me was of very little help. I was not asking for brain surgery. I feel his customer service skills were poor and a more positive attitude towards a client would have garnered a more positive outcome. Nonetheless I did purchase an item to make the shop made some money. I did not see a libe out the door, so my expectation of better customer service would be a positive step for the owner and employees to consider....

Ordered some hard to find tires (out of stock everywhere else). They were shipped right away. This is going to be my go to place to search for my cycling gear.

In spite of the pandemic, we found the shop to be extremely well stocked and the staff was uniformly knowledgeable and very helpful. I am very pleased with my purchase of my Trek bicycle and look forward to many years of use. Thank you especially to Kalin who helped me personally!

Super positive first experience getting break and gear cables replaced on my older Specialized Crossroad bike for a fair price. First & foremost, Longmont Bicycle has solid COVID-19 safety protocols in place. Was helped promptly, even though they seemed pretty busy that day. The person who helped me took a few moments to assess the bike, before diving into my requests, noticing it was time to replace the chain. He took the time to discuss the pros & cons of continuing to invest in the bike, helping me understand why it was a good decision (vs. buying a newer bike). The bike was completed on the date promised, and rides like a dream. Including a quick shout out to the high school age employee who help get the bike out of my car when I arrived.

Very helpful and informative staff. I’m a bit of a beginner to MTBing (and probably was asking plenty of dumb questions) but they tuned up my bike and gave me some trail tips. Definitely recommend.

I went to three different bike shops and they all showed me the basically the same type of bike so I knew what I needed...but the folks at Longmont Bicycle were above and beyond anybody else I met. I know its a cliche, but they are friendly and down-to-earth. Extremely knowledgeable and no pressure whatsoever. Inventory is very tight in these weird times and it seems there is a bike shop on every corner... But I cannot recommend these people enough to anyone who is in the market!

This is a great bike shop with awesome, experienced mechanics and great location in a beautiful 100+ year old space / tin ceiling/historic (park in the back lot and use the alley entrance) They did a fantastic job rebuilding the drivetrain and rear wheel of our 94 Burley Rock and Roll tandem !

I live in Seattle, but ended up buying My new Trek Checkpoint from Longmont as they were the only company with it in stock - The transaction was so smooth - Bike was packed to Perfection. Love this place. While I haven’t purchased a bike here I’ve gotten several parts and the service is great. They always spend the time to answer questions about the latest bikes and gear. Also, they have A coffee shop so you can caffeinate while you shop. Love it!

Had a great experience. I went in to this spot last minute... One of my brakes had lost tension, and I couldnt figure it out... Guy working there wheeled my bike back to stand, adjusted, and explained what was going on. He didnt overcharge $$, like some bike shops do, and made the whole experience easy and without frustration.. 5 stars and thanks

I recently bought a spare commuter bike here and the entire experience was great. Looked at some bikes, had some excellent coffee, tested one out on the road, all while being helped most professionally. Never felt rushed or pushed into any decisions and the quality of service was perfect. I especially liked the fact that no attempt was made to sell me a way more expensive bike than what I was looking for and the patience shown while I was making up my mind. I’ll be buying my bike related stuff here from now on for sure.
