I sent them an email on a request for an upgrade and had a great conversation with the mechanic but never reached back to me regarding the upgrade if they can or can not do it. They seem knowledgeable but so is YouTube. So you get answers to your questions over the phone but, they havent reached back so not sure how serious they are earning your business.

Brought these guys a Fox 831 a year ago in 2020 with zero problems and was functioning flawlessly. Asked them to replace the oil and upgrade the seals. It never worked right again. The lockout and damper have had problems ever since until it quit working entirely. Brought it back to them 3 TIMES to be fixed! Same problem. The last time in it was recommended that the way Im riding this fork Ive had for 5 years was the reason it failed... and I took that personally. To this day theyve never checked back and my fork, which again was working without any issue before they touched it, is still broken. Now outside the service warranty. Everyone raves about DirtLabs but they clearly had the C Team work on my equipment.

Brought my shock in to get some service done on the damper, and they worked on it 2 days earlier than expected. When they got into it, they saw some damage to some parts in the damper that had to be replaced. They ordered the parts, and said that they would be in by Wednesday of the next week, and would most likely have it done by Thursday. Im sitting at home with my fully serviced and complete shock right now on Tuesday of that week, writing this review. Again, about 2 days earlier than expected. As far as pricing goes, the parts were as expensive as anywhere else would be really, but the service was affordable, and welll done in a timely manner to get me back on my rig. Got a sticker out of it too! Thanks guys!On a side note, dont plan your schedule on them being early, some parts of the season are a lot busier than others, but it is a possibility.

I would not hesitate to use DirtLabs in the future for any suspension rebuilds or service. I called in from Florida having questions about the Bike Yoke conversion on my Epic that Im doing. I saw DirtLabs listed on their website so I called and got John on the phone. Which was lucky for me because he took his time and answered my questions which I couldnt find the answers to on the internet. Big thumbs up for spending 10 minutes on the phone with a customer who hasnt done business with you and lives in Florida.

The crew at Dirtlabs is truly next level. They know everything about bike suspension and do amazing work, but what really makes Dirtlabs amazing is their attention to the customers. They really take the time to make sure everyone is fully taken care of. They listen to your suspension issues and put the extra effort into tweaking your settings to address your suspension woes. The cool thing is you can ask them anything and they will never maker you feel stupid for asking a dumb question about your setup. They honestly put the customer first. They are a small locally owned business and I highly recommend them for any of your bike suspension needs

Left my fork and shock clean, it came back cleaner. Very very impressed at the turn around time and so far quality of work. Fork feels smoother then when I first got it, along with the stock. No air in the damper circuits. Until I have my own shop again for my tools, I will make the drive to dirt labs. Again very happy with the quality and cleanliness of the work. Price is reasonable for the quality of work too.

I know these guys are supposed to be the front range experts for suspension, but either they’re losing their touch or just getting too busy for customer service. I had such a disappointing experience with the tech that worked on my fork and they went weeks without communication about my fork. You are required to make an appointment in advance, but then they are in no hurry to update you about the parts or process in their end. Sorry, but there are other options for suspension work now so I’ll unfortunately be bringing my bike elsewhere.

Super friendly staff, I felt like a family member. Both front and rear shocks were rebuilt after two seasons of use. My dropper was too high and they suggested a shorter one and had one in stock and gave me $50 off on it. I worked with Luke and Seth, and I must say I couldn’t speak more highly of them. The customer service was spot on, but what really earned them the 5 stars in the knowledge they had about suspension and their products. I asked numerous questions about how to fine tune my set up, and both of them explained it in a manner that was super easy to understand. But it all comes down to the way the bike rides, and I don’t know exactly what magic they put into my bike but I didn’t know it could feel that good. My cheeks hurt from grinning so much on a ride! Whomever is thinking about a tune I can’t recommend the boys at DirtLabs enough, great employees and a magic product.

Ive had these guys service my RockShox boxxer for the past two seasons and the first time they did great but last time they worked on it something didnt go right. I got the bike back home and when I went to get it I noticed the rebound adjuster was covered in a thick layer of fresh shock oil. At first I thought it was just some excess so I wiped it off, rode, and then put it back. At the end of the ride it was covered in more oil, so I called and DirtLabs said they would re-do it for free. Awesome I thought, so I took it back and they told me I had crack the damper. With one ride? I said okay, they replaced it for something like $80 and I was on my way. Or so I thought, again I got the bike back home, checked it for leaks and it didnt leak for a day or two. Later that week the oil was back though and I hadnt ridden the bike. It had literally sat there in the garage. So I called again, and again they told me I had broken something else. I thought it was fishy but given that opening day was close I just told them to fix it. Another $80 later and my bike is still leaking from the same spot. At that point I said forget this and stopped trying with them. Overall, a big disappointment as my shock now has a constant leak which it didnt have when I asked them to service it and Im out about $300.Update: Dirt labs did get in contact with me and correct the issue. Ive taken it out a couple times and the fork now works exactly how it should. So I updated the stars to reflect that they did correct the issue, they certainly didnt have to do so and I appreciate that they did.
