I am writing this on 10/24/2021 but I had gone in to the shop 10/20/2021. The shop was very attentive and speedy in providing service. I believe his name was Aldin. But I want to commend this place with being as professional as they were but also quick to do my oil change. If you need a dependable shop to get it done right and quick I would recommend this place.

Hands down, this is my favorite place to get an oil change. Out of the many years getting oil changes, I have never experienced such kind, timely, and friendly service. As a female it’s kind of intimidating to get services done due to bad experiences in the past. But I have never once felt that I was being taken advantage of or scammed. In fact, they are a great way to start your day! I always leave with a smile on my face. And the new manager is lovely!

Gary was amazingly warm and friendly, Passionate about providing excellent service and got things moved through in a timely manor!!! One fine young man! I will be sure to come back to this Jiffy Lube for all future oil changes!!

Excellent service this morning at the Longmont JL store. Chase (General Manager) had his team running very effectively and had me in and out in less than 20 minutes. They also topped my coolant for free, which was a nice touch. Highly recommend!

This place was busy! Thats a good sign (others realize its value). The down-size was that because they only had one crew to work all 3 bays, it was NOT a 10-minute oil change. For me, a retiree, thats not a problem. They do good work and if you pay attention to their coupons (email and direct mail) you can get a good price, too. The crew was all young, polite, and smiled a lot. I will keep patronizing them.

The employees were great when I went in a couple weeks ago. Ash, Aiden and the other employees were great. I appreciate them helping me with rotating tires. They went above and beyond.

Very friendly and professional staff. They went over all recommended, optional and /or necessary services and showed why for each before performing any repairs, replacements or services. They honored the Groupon without hesitation. They seemed very knowledgeable. We had a 2000 mile drive ahead of us with a heavy load. The van drove smoothly the whole way.

New transmission fluid exchange machine is amazing. Price for the service was over $200.00. A little high in my opinion.

Wasnt bad but I told them what i needed and they said they could do everything I needed so I stopped in then they said well we did the oil change and couldnt perform the other tasks like tire rotation they said you can go somewhere else and get it done....? Thanks for making me have to stop and make other trip later. They said I declined to have the floors vacuumed they didnt ask they said they cleaned exterior windows, they did not wipers were just replaced and in the precheck list it even says they are in ok condition but they went ahead and replaced and charged for new ones anyway.

Although understaffed during my visit, the manager here was courteous, professional and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be returning my vehicle for service here in the future.

Ive been coming to this location for about 10 years and I always get great service. They never try to up-sell, just make recommendations that you can leave or take. Jesse took good care of my truck this morning. These guys are great.

I specifically asked for the chassis to be lubed. They said they would tell their staff to do so.Why would you have to tell staff to LUBE chassis and suspension components when your name is Jiffy LUBE?In the past their excuse was their gun was broken. The Zerk fittings were too dirty. Has anyone ever seen a clean Zerk fitting? I asked if they had a wire brush, they did not.Did not sit in the driveway this time and check it as I have done in the past, checked at grocery store, nope, did not lube the chassis.They listed it as sealed system on the invoice.He also told me things were leaking pretty bad around the oil filter and drain plug, I told him that was their job done 7 months prior. He said it is not their oil filter. Not sure whos oil filter they would have used, but that is their problem to figure out.If you want an oil change and nothing else, yeah they might be able to get that done.

They do a great job changing oil quick and they dont try to rip me off unlike other places

I much prefer to have my vehicles serviced here rather than going to the dealership and feel they do a much better job. I also never feel like they are trying to sell me something I don’t need. Super helpful. A problem came up that they couldnt control and they did what they could and didnt charge me and when I got it fixed so they could finish they still didnt charge me cause I had to come back even though once again it was out of their control. They also let me know about problems I had separate from the service I requested which was very helpful. Awesome guys over here.

I would just like to applaud Braden and Martin for their customer service and candidness today. I took my car in because I was told that my car was cross threaded after my last oil change and they explained that I should take my car back to the previous auto care because it was their fault. They also went out of their way to check my car for any other leaks and filled my car with oil with no charge. They further notified me that my car didn’t need synthetic oil for oil changes and that if anyone else told me I did, it was a lie.These men deserve raises and are exemplary mechanics! As a woman with little understanding of mechanics, I appreciate their willingness to be straight forward and honesty!!!

When I came in for an oil change and a air filter replacement, I was charged upwards of $200! When they said the did an engine flush on top of things without first giving me a heads up on how much thatd cost. And on top of that I assume I was charged for the info they gave me warning me there was a leak they couldnt work on because they didnt want to be liable if something went wrong. Very Disappointing customer service.

Great customer service! I was walked into the office by the technician and offered tea or coffee. The service was quick and really affordable. They even fixed a rock chip in my windshield. Theyre awesome. Would recommend Jiffy Lube.

I barely drove up and the shop guy(Mario) came out right away . Very friendly and professional. We were there maybe twenty minutes. They checked everything and offered other services and keep me up to date on my fluids.

They were very pushy with trying to sell me extra services. Then told me that my coupon that I got in the mail won’t work. It was a very unpleasant experience

I like this jiffy lube - better location than the one in boulder. This location actually stocks parts and is useful.

After being quoted by 3 different mechanic shops $200-$300 to replace a halogen headlight and brakelight on my Audi, and other Jiffy Lube locations saying it was not a bulb they carry in stock so it wouldnt be a service the could complete, this Jiffy Lube location went above and beyond. They were extremely busy but still able to have it done in under an hour and the price was only a fraction of the cost I had been quoted! Great customer service, I highly recommend this location!

I showed up late afternoon for a windshield chip repair, Ryan was great in greating me and seeing how he could help me! A few other cars showed after me he was quick to greet them and get help for there services as well. He was quick to return to me took care of the chip and had me back on the road!!!

I came in hoping the line wouldn’t be too long and Ryan did an amazing job at getting me in, explaining what products were available, and getting me out. Very professional. During quarantine my car needed an oil change, so I went to Jiffy Lube off of 287 in Longmont where I live. When I first pulled up to Jiffy Lube and the assistant manager, Olivia, told me a joke about Jiffy Lube not being available for an oil change... hilarious, especially during this time. From the get-go, I knew that this day was going be be stellar. She drove my car in to be seen by Jiffy Lube tech team, Caleb, Fisher and Pat. The techs did a thorough evaluation of my car and were pleasant to work with. Topping off my experience with the GM, Ryan, ensuring that I was satisfied with my visit. Great job Jiffy Lube team!!

I have an older model foreign SUV, not only did he CORRECT everything that prior locations did incorrectly.He CORRECTED things without hesitation and saving me HUNDREDS in repairs. I appreciate how swiftly he and his ENTIRE team made the corrections. Im so impressed by this team! This is the best team......I feel theyve had in that location. They dont mess around! Theyre also super calm and pleasant. Ill definitely be back! If you have a foreign and find yourself in a circumstance, dont be afraid to go to them. If they can help you with something they will, and it can save you money, especially if you find yourself in a circumstance beyond your control. There were two other cars getting serviced when I pulled in. The guy told me it would be about a 25 minute wait and was that okay. I had been putting off getting the oil change so I said it was okay. I only waited about 15 minutes and they had me on my way. Great job!

Receptive to my request for them not to get in my car (let me drive). Not overly concerned about neatness and wiping up oil.Another service yesterday, November 14. Asked them specifically to wipe up any oil drips off engine cover and under car. I always check their work a block away. Found drips on engine cover to clean up and today drips of old oil on my garage floor. Dusttina was the one who was so sloppy under car and filling new oil. Id think the female would be more attentive, but NO. Sloppy and no pride in doing good work. Unacceptable!

This place was great the guy who took care of my truck was very professional very nice the only complaint I have is a didnt do a good job on my windows cuz they wipe them down for you and it got more streaks in anything but besides that it was awesome

Jiffy lube in Longmont was awesome. They were super fast, really helpful, and Mario up front was really nice.

The oil change itself was fine. However when I arrived there was an idle car in the middle of the parking lot drive. I sat there for a couple minutes waiting to be helped in the small no exit lot. It wasnt too busy when I was arrived, two other vehicles other than mine and one bay was open. After I was helped and showed the waiting room, it took about 30 minutes for someone to check me in. After being checked in it was an additional 30 min for my oil change to be completed and a tire rotation.I am disappointed that they didnt fill up my wiper fluid even though it says they did on my receipt. This is not my preferred location, and I will avoid coming to this Jiffy Lube if I am able to in the future.

This location is very professional and is good quality work for a fair price. They got me in a out quickly. Very polite and respectful.

The experience was not confidence assuring. The oil I wanted, they found out they didnt have on hand, they were going to put in a different weight. Another person went down below and found a box of the correct weight. The person actually changing the oil didnt know how to set the torque wrench at the correct LBs and was really cranking down on the oil pan plug to the point I thought he was going to damage the oil pan and would need a new one because the threads were stripped.

The new management at this store is amazing! Ive been to this store before and the service couldnt even compare to what it is now. Jerry was super friendly and knowledgeable when it came to recommending services, without being pushy like some salesmen can be. He saw me through, start to finish, and shared with me everything they did, including vacuuming the floors and cleaning the windows! His crew was quick with handling what I needed and I was out of there faster than I expected. I will definitely be telling my friends and family to come here and not other lube shops in the area. My service was fast and friendly. The staff there care about the customer and making sure they get what they need, not what is most expensive. Very knowledgeable people. Its a bit out of the way for me but I will return to this location in the future for the service alone.
