I was in a hurry. My vehicle had just come out of the shop and had been inspected. I told the rew to just change the oil, all other items had been checked already. They changed the oil and was out in 15 minutes. I appreciate them listening to me and getting me out quickly. Thank you much.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I am usually exceptionally satisfied when going to this specific Grease Monkey. I understand that sometimes things happen and maybe there were call ins or something that caused them to be short handed. I was told they could not do my tire rotation due to being short handed. There were two people ahead of me that were gone within 10 minutes of my arrival. There was no one waiting behind me. I did not question them when they stated this, but I do not understand why they could not accomplish the entire service. Also, when I arrived, I was told it would be an hour before they could even get to my car. I feel like these two employees did not want to work this particular day. I will still return to get my car serviced. Only because all the other employees for at least 6 years before this time have always taken care of my car needs. Luckily this wasn’t my first experience or I may not be so Inclined to return or recommend.

Super kind staff. Very professional as well. Brandon, the manager, was very kind and helpful. All people there have the knowledge for service. The man working underneath my car was Nick. He was very smart and helped me understand some leaks I had.

My drivers side door handle is broken and that window doesnt open...told them about the door. Left the door open for them to make is easy... they moved the car to a different dock and shut the door with the keys inside......most vehicles lock when driven so yea all other doors locked. Wasted hours out of my day waiting at this location. Kids (workers) laughed :/ told then its not funny..probably shouldnt laugh about your mistake in front of the customer.

By far this is the most dependable group of guys to trust with my vehicle in Longmont. The entire staff was friendly, super helpful, and let me know everything I needed to fix with my car. These geniuses changed my oil and forgot to tighten the drain plug before putting oil back in it. Made it about 50 miles before I realized it. Managed to not destroy my engine, but I will not be back

Im a first-time customer. I normally go to the dealership for all maintenance/repairs but their appointments were too far out. I needed a oil change now. They were open on Sunday (my only availability) and a no wait time. It took maybe 10-15 minutes, and they vacuumed my car too. I received a conventional oil change with 1 extra oil (Expedition took 6 gal) and I used a coupon I printed online. I definitely will go back and I already told my 3 sons for their cars.

I started getting oil changes from here this year and they have been great. The only small problem I have his the stickers are not clear in color but a annoying white that even distracts my driving. I always end up taking it off and just saving the paper work. Other then that the work is done exceeds expectations!

Used to come here exclusively for oil changes because they were affordable and fast. I went to get an oil change and the new manager comes out and tells me its going to be $94, no hey hows it going just flat out said its $94 dollars. I told him last time I was there it was $70 and that was two months ago, he says hes the new manager and thats the price. I just left. New guy could use some people skills... Wont be coming back.

We’ve used this location since moving to Longmont in July. They have always been kind and respectful, prompt in getting service completed, and they even swapped a battery free of charge—a pleasant surprise! They are a really great team of guys and I appreciate their excellent customer service. I’ve gone in at least 5 times with 2 vehicles and have been consistently happy here.

Needed a tire rotation though & they werent able to do it at this location.

I highly recommend this location, these folks are always professional, honest and hustling to get you out of there. You can find a coupon on line or in a flyer if desired. They constantly do a quality job. Their top off service is a nice offering, just stop by before your next oil change and they will top off your fluids for free. 9/3/2019 update. They now only use synthetic oil at a cost of $70+ for a 4 cylinder sedan. Might be the last time I use them.

Do not believe they did the maintenance checks that were reported as done

I have been a Grease Monkey customer for years, but Im reconsidering after the last couple of visits. Last visit I had requested to have the windshield wipers replaced. They said they forgot and put them on after the fact, but didnt charge me for them. Greatly appreciated. However, these windshield wipers work terribly! This makes me wonder if they actually did replace them. Not a huge deal because I didnt pay for them, but certainly annoying if Ive been lied to. Then I went in today to have a simple oil change done. They quoted me 50 minutes and it took 1 hour and 20 minutes. They also told me I needed a new filter that I changed out last time I was in. These filters are supposed to last at least 2 oil changes, according to the Tech I spoke with, so I dont understand why Im being told I need another again right away. Theyre not cheap! Finally, I went there today on Ladys day and wasnt going to get the discount if I hadnt asked for it. Just several minor frustrations that have added up over the last couple of visits that are making me consider trying somewhere else. But it really makes me not trust the place when they recommend I replace something I JUST replaced. That will make me run away very fast.

I love this place! the service is always awesome, the people are friendly and knowledgeable, and they are honest and effective! I got my first good car a year ago and had no real clue about maintenance or...really anything. No matter what problem Ive encountered I know that I can trust them to help and if they cant, to point me in the right direction. The staff really cares about each person who comes in, they arent standoffish or unapproachable which is something I had encountered a lot before. Im moving away and I honestly wish I could take them with me.

Excellent Customer Service. I needed many services done on my vehicle such as radiator flush, oil change, engine flush, power steering flush, front and rear differential service...just to name some of the work I had done on my truck.. It was done quickly. I dropped off my vehicle thinking It wouldnt get done until the next day and two hours later they had it finished. Ted and his team had my car running like new again. I plan to take my wifes car next.

These people are superheroes!!! In an emergency situation during our cross-country road trip Karina Valdez and her team stayed open just for us and saved our trip and our sanity! She went out of her way to help and everyone who was in there was absolutely lovely! If we lived in Longmont we would make this our go-to! As it is Karina and the team at Grease Monkey 660 have our limitless gratitude.

Seriously they wanted to charge me $400 for brake pad just because they needed to order the parts and they charge them TOO much to deliver parts to them, the auto part will even guve them discounts to deliver to them. Really $400 for brakes be a little morr reasonable with prices

Took car there for oil change and they forgot to replace a seal and messed up my motor. The management never reported the incident and the I had a hard time going through corporate to handle everything. Edit. I was told his name was Steve Morrow and I have his number. He is the one who didnt report the issue. And refused to keep contact with me

The crew at the location on north main in Longmont rock! They are considerate and offer suggestions but they dont push additional services at you. Very friendly staff.

Will never go here again. My engine light was on and the manager wrote down 5 parts that I needed and referred me to Rock Auto. I bought the parts and after waiting 2 hours the manager couldnt install them and partially stripped my air control valve and referred me to Steves Auto. Turns out only one part was needed and it was fixed. Now I have return fees on those other parts. Grease Monkey need to stick to simple oil changes and let you know up front that they do not have the skills to diagnose and repair. They claim no liability for the stripped part although they acknowledge they stripped it. No more dealing with this chain; not even for an oil change.

I switched from another Grease Monkey in town, to this one! Ive been bringing my cars to this Longmont #660 location for quite some time now. From oil changes, to battery and light bulb replacements, and other services that my cars have needed, this location will not disappoint. They have knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly helpful staff.

Worst company ever. Left my oil cap and radiator cap off. Destroyed my car, tried to lie about it. Refused to do anything about it and threatened to take action against me if I didnt remove my review. This happened at both Longmont locations and Thornton. Management and owners are lying crooks.I already have spoken with Ron, who refused to do anything about this issue. I then received a letter saying because I didnt have every single one of my oil changes there they would do nothing despite the multiple times they recklessly disregarded the care of my vehicle. The letter also included a threat telling me I need to remove my review or they will take actions neccisary I had the employees at your store look at the damages before the last time the radiator cap was left off. I was not asked to bring my vehicle back in for a second look until after it was sold because I needed a vehicle to get to work and you ruined the one I had.
