I feel compelled to write a review regarding Dynamic Imports, as I could not be happier with the high quality, honest, and professional work they did on my BMW. I have been unhappy with the dealer on numerous occasions and am so happy I took the plunge and switched to Dynamic. Tyler and his team were very forthright, timely and a true pleasure to work with. I didnt leave there feeling ripped off like I typically so at the dealer and the quality of service was far superior. I will be a long time customer!

They stand behind their work and even have loaner vehicles available for jobs that take more time than an oil change.Until being introduced to Ty, my 2007 335i with 97k has always (until recently) received dealership service. Since then, I have had a my regular maintenance and even some larger jobs done (thruster arms bushings, power steering pump, brakes, water pump, thermostat) with 100% satisfaction.Because machines needed extra TLC as they age, I am super grateful to have an experienced team I can trust.

BMW broke down on a Friday evening of the 4th of July weekend. We were on vacation with a 800+ mile drive home. The Dynamic Import Service was fantastic, they had replaced my U-Joint and I had my car ready to go on Monday! I dont know how to express my gratitude to Dynamic Import Service. Ty Miller and his team saved our BMW X5 and our first trip to the western United States as a foreigner. Their team are all top professional mechanics of BMW cars. My car ‘s belt broken into pieces, and pulled inside the engine. It was like a disaster for our family. This is the first time we have experienced misfortune in America. But Ty helped our family. They were not only professional mechanics of BMW who helped us solve our problems, but also good people who could help you with their kindness when you felt desperate. We now think its not so bad that my car broken down, because thats why we can meet Ty in America. We regard him as a lifelong friend and hope that one day he can come to China and our family really would like to do something for him.

This place is awesome! The owners are very honest and charge a fair price! I take my sons BMW for repairs here. Before I found out about this place, I used to take the BMW to a couple of other shops in Longmont, CO. After coming here, Ive realized that the other shops were ripping me off blindly (with a smile on their faces!). For example, when the water pump went out in the simmer, the shop on Main street in Longmont charged me $900+. At Dynamic Imports, it was a bit less that half that price!!I highly recommend this shop!! Keep up the great work Ty! (The owner)

The guys here did an amazing job, they are quick and the cost is fair. I know we could have paid twice the cost somewhere else and would not have received the amazing level of service present from all their staff. Many places will not touch the X5 diesel and they knew what was wrong and fixed it in less than 2 days.

I thought initially theyd be keeping my car overnight, but the work was completed same day. I felt they were honest, like opting out of a tire rotation because the treads checked out. Also, my oil change was complimentary. I only spoke with Ty on the phone who set up my appointment, and he was very friendly as well. I am happy to have found Dynamic Import Service for my 2011 Volvo. My first experience was for a 60,000 check up. Ty greeted me & introduced me to Brett, who would be servicing my car. They were both very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I love supporting local business in Longmont and I was very pleased with every aspect of their service. I received a text with details about recommended service beyond the 60K standard items, including costs for each, and another text when the work was completed. I communicated with them by phone that I was going to be a bit late in picking up my car, and was assured that one of their mechanics would be there late to assist me. On arrival, I was surprised and grateful that Ty had stayed late to check me out & return my keys, making sure that all of my questions were answered. Great job!

Excellent shop. I have an old Z3 roadster that needs a lot of upkeep. Ty was honest and helpful with me from the moment I arrived. My car needed struts and front control arm bushings. I had no idea how nicely it was supposed to handle! It’s like I have a new car. I’ve had this car serviced by several mechanics; this was my first experience where the final amount due was the same (more than reasonable) amount as the quoted amount. I think I found a new “primary physician” for my fussy old BMW. Thanks for being so awesome, guys!Update: Two years later, I still wont take my BMW anywhere else. On a friend’s recommendation I stopped by Dynamic when they opened one Monday morning. I had concerns about a CEL that I feared might strand my son and I on the last leg of our trip with our new Volvo V70R. Ty immediately got us up on the lift noted our problem and dove right in. He gave us a nice BMW loaner and had us back on the road the same day. Follow up questions to Ty are always cheerfully and thoroughly dealt with. They show genuine concern. Ty and Dynamic is our go to Volvo Guy now. Make him yours too.

Great service from Dynamic Imports. I live in Boulder and just bought a used BMW that needed a few repairs and a friend recommended this shop because of his good experience bringing his BMW to Ty. If you own a Volvo or BMW take it to Dynamic for service and repair. We ran over a large piece of equipment laying in the road after dark and it tore off the oil pan, shattered the oil cooler, and punctured a tire on our S60 2.5t. Brett had a quote to me by the end of the day and had the car repaired in less than a week. All of this was done for a very reasonable price that was as quoted. Ill be taking my Volvo here from now on.Eric

Brett is the only mechanic I will trust to work on my car. I will drive out of my way to go to his shop since they are that much better than any mechanic Ive been to before. On top of being an expert on Volvo, Dynamic Import Service is the cleanest shop Ive ever seen. They have lots of advanced tools. He even sent me a text explaining my issue with a video to show me what was going on.

Great shop for your BMW! I have an 02 (e46) 325CI and a 15 (e84) X1 xDrive35i that I am taking to Dynamic. Tyler and Brett have been awesome to work with and Dynamic is also reasonably priced. You also know you are getting top notch, honest & knowledgeable repair work done.Tyler has already done a convertible top repair on the 325 and saved me $1000 by finding less expensive parts.He also looked over the X1 before I purchased it to give a green light, which was very helpful. He also red lighted another X1 that had some major issues even though it was being sold by a dealer in Boulder……I will be having both cars serviced at Dynamic from now on. I suggest you check them out!

Great shop! Brett is amazing at what he does. Dealers and other shops quoted me much more. They fully diagnosed and remedied my BMW quickly and found out what the problem was. I don’t know much about cars but they took the time to really explain it and even drew little pictures to give visual aid. Shout out to Brett and Ty for helping me out! If you have a Volvo or BMW and live in or around the Denver area, you need to give Brett and Ty a visit! You’re immediately treated like family when you walk in and the cool Swedish design and European colors in the lobby and around the shop give it a really clean and home-y feel. I was quoted about $380 from Volvo to get an engine mount replaced and Dynamic Import Service quoted me way less. I was in and out in less than an hour and I paid only $270. I plan to continue to use Dynamic Import Service for all my routine services and oil changes and I’m happy people as friendly and as professional as Brett and Ty have opened up a Volvo shop!

I came to Longmont to look at a Volvo XC90 at a local dealership for my son.I’ve gotten quite a few user Volvo’s over the years for my kids and always had them checked out first in Fort Collins. But I was on the fence with this one AND everything I’ve looked at this far just didn’t feel right especially this one. But I called Dynamic Import and Brett answered so I asked if he could take a minute and just have a peek and answer some questions.It’s was Fri June 28th right at 5:00 pm. My last ditch effort.He said he had family plans but knowing I was just a few blocks away he said “sure come on over” We arrived within minutes and I explained my concerns. He looked over the car and in 15 minutes taught me what to look for and more than I ever needed to know about this particular car. He invited my formal wife and son in his shop like we were family.
