I needed camper brakes hooked up and Chris went above and beyond to make sure it was completed before my trip. He had to rewire everything under the camper and then trouble shoot the brakes themselves. He stayed at the shop until 10 pm to make sure the job was completed. I appreciate him and the whole crew making sure I was safe for my trip. Highly recommend!

I was referred here a couple years ago to get an alignment. They did such a good honest job with my GMC Sierra 3500 Diesel alignment that I came back to get my front end done. Once again they nailed it and my truck handles so much better. It can be hard to find honest mechanics especially when dealing with alignment issues I recommend this place. They are patient and will get the job done right.

Travis was awesome! I was able to leave my car overnight so it could be worked on first thing in the morning. 2 repairs were done in a timely manner & my check engine light has not come back on. It has been about a month since my repair. I am very happy with the price I payed & the quality work. Had an oil change and tire rotation done by these folks for right at $100. Plus I saw the mechanic thoroughly inspect my vehicle while the oil was draining. Was working overtime next time I needed an oil change and had to work Fridays. Went to a chain store auto place on a Saturday and got just an oil change for over $100. Definitely going to back to these folks.

These folk (all of them) have had my back on car safety issues, talked me off the ledge about things that concerned me, and educated me about their world of cars and car repair - all with a friendly and sincere we are glad you are here attitude. (There have also been discussions about online game recommendations and vacation experiences as well - they are good people).Put another way, Ive paid them my money to them in the past, and will happily pay my money to them in the future (in fact, my car is in their hands as of this writing).

I walked in just before the lunch hour asking for an evaluation of a vehicle I was about to purchase from a local auto dealer. Since I was from out of town, and only there to purchase the vehicle, I needed the evaluation done right away. Got an allignment here thru a 4wd shop and they kept my socket for my lug nuts. Got a flat had to tow my truck and buy a new socket over the 4th of july. Not impressed.

I Love American Auto Repair. I took my very old car in there to get some work done, and they called me pretty quickly to set me straight on what really needed to get done. Turns out, the car was not worth repairing. Travis and Kelly were super kind to me and went out of their way to be helpful as well as help me find recourses for another vehicle. I have used them a few times and they have always been helpful and have done great work, but the heart and care that they have for their customers, that was shown to me this go around.. is something to be commended.

I went here last week after my car broke down and the tow-guy said it was the starter that needed replaced. Luckily, All American Auto did an assessment and determined it was just a faulty wire to the starter, saving me $300+ dollars in labor/repair work. They have fantastic customer service and are obviously very thorough. I wont take my car anywhere else going forward!

I had a great experience with All American Auto. I was out of town on business during the repair of my clutch and I had to communicate over the phone. The guys were great at filling me in on the details of my repair. One of the mechanics even came in on a Saturday to help get the job finished quickly. I would definitely use their shop in the future for any vehicle repairs I may need!

Staff is friendly, they’re honest and caring and I feel like my car is well taken care of, it is never returned with grease on the steering wheel or anything left in my car. I was hesitant to take my car anywhere but the dealer but this place is cheaper and just better. Though the waiting room is small, like two chairs and the parking is tight, just plan ahead. Very nice owners and workers!

We have used All American Auto twice and have had great experiences both times. The owners and staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and its clear they care about their customers. We had one of our cars break a timing belt, and when we took it to another car repair place, they told us it would need a whole new engine. That wasnt in our budget at the time, so we waited and got by with just one car between my wife and myself.A few weeks after that our only working vehicle busted the water pump. Our car was parked around the corner from the shop and one of the staff members nicely came over to take a look at it about 5 mins before they closed. I took the car over in the morning and found out that the owner had talked to that staff member and based on what he said, he decided it was the water pump that needed to be replaced, so he had ordered one right away and it was there the next day when I brought my car in. I consider that great customer service! They were so nice to do that when they knew this was our only car and we have a very busy schedule and cant afford to be without transportation. Not to mention we didnt have an appointment and they fit our car in during the day so wed have it by the afternoon.When we finally took the broken timing belt vehicle over for service, they fit it in within a few days and to our surprise, they found only the timing belt needed to be replaced and it did not need a whole new engine like the other repair place had said. What a huge relief! We are just disappointed we didnt bring it to All American Auto in the first place rather than limping along with one vehicle.We love All American Auto and will be recommending it to everyone we know. Locally owned and operated, friendly owners and staff, great customer service, fair pricing - you just dont find all of that in car repair shops that often! Keep up the great work All American Auto, we will definitely be back for all of our car repairs.

These guys are a joke dishonest use customers cars to run around in ..my friend took her car there was 150 miles more when she got it back they over charge don’t do the work properly take their time I’m trying to understand how they’re still in business Do not take your car there!! I think I’m going to report them into the bbb too ...

Mark is the nicest, most honest mechanic I have ever encountered. He was recommended to me by two different people who have used him for years and have nothing but great things to say about All American. Mark fixes only what needs to be fixed and charges a very fair price ($10 for the last repair - from not working to fully functional for $10!).

I had an issue with an estimate from them and they contacted me and were more than willing to resolve my concerns. They do seem to really care about their customers, the customer service is excellent.
