Chris is wonderful. I had the displeasure of having a Smart Start in my truck for two years. I have dealt with quite a few less than stellar employees throughout that time. Chris was the exception. Helpful, friendly and cool. I only wish I had the pleasure of dealing with him from the beginning of my punishment. It would have been MUCH more bearable. Thank you, Chris.

Chris was awesome!!! Very kind and helpful, was trying to get my system removed and was running behind, was originally supposed to be there at 1230 but was running late and he still took care of me even though it was running close to his lunch- thanks for everything Chris!! You’ve really turned this location around!!

Chris was amazing!! My device lost power to it completely on a Saturday. I was able to reach Chris immediately and he patiently assessed my situation and was not only reassuring but provided the best customer service experience Ive had with Smart Start, and Ive had several!! Once my car was towed to his shop he fixed the issue quickly and thoroughly, effectively repairing the faulty work of the previous two Smart Start shops whose work left me stranded for a second time in as many months.Chris was highly professional and the only representative of the company who has ever apologized for the several unfortunate in-person and customer service service errors.He is and likely will forever be THE BEST (and at the least my very favorite) Smart Start representative!!

Chris was so helpful!!!!!! This is the best service Ive ever gotten here. I had to do a complicated transfer, from selling my old car to getting an interlock back in my new car. Chris was so resourceful and made it a seamless transition and got everything done within the promised timeframe! High recommend.

My boyfriend was told he didn’t need an appointment to get everything switched from one car to another. We get there and Chris luckily enough has a missed opening so we were able to get in without an appointment! He was awesome and very personable!!

Had a great experience. Technician was fas with the install on my Audi. Most actual shops turned down the installation. Very professional and informative.

My Husband scheduled to get an interlock installed in his vehicle, Chris was our tech, he was very professional and a quality installer. He had us in and out within an hour. Highly recommend this location!

Wish I could give 0 stars!! This place is the worst!! Almost every time we go there, there is no one to be found. Google says they are open but the employees don’t bother to show up. We had an appointment on a Saturday, waited 45 minutes with many other people who were upset as well. These guys show up whenever they feel like it, and Smart Start apparently doesn’t care and let them do what they want whenever they want. 0 oversight!! Terrible!!!!

The service was fast, friendly and accommodating. Longmont isnt my preferred location was able to help smooth out a situation that I almost lost my license over.

Thank goodness Im almost near time to have my interlock removed! The service at this location has gone downhill immensely in the last 2 years. Much longer wait times now (45 min avg each of my last 6 visits), and the staff are no where near as friendly and helpful when answering any questions about their device. Calls do not get returned.

This place is terrible, I would give it 0 stars if I could. Every time I go out there to get my car calibrated they are closed with NO sign saying so. I went this last Saturday 2/13 on the date of my appointment and yet again they are closed with no sign. Calling doesn’t help either, you sit on hold for 1/2 an hour before you get some one from their call center. I would highly suggest not to get smart start installed if you live in Longmont go with another company.

Fast friendly service

Wish I could give you guys 0 stars! I went in today to get my device reset, and you were closed. Even though online it says you are open. Its not the first time this has happened. No tech was even present at this location. I hope you guys pay for my lock out code, and for this months reset. Whats the point in making appointments when you guys cant even have a tech present.

Had appt and a car in front of us and 2 behind us and nobody was there working! Had to leave. Unprofessional..

Absolute trash! if you want to waste time this is your best bet. Have had nothing but problems since day one. No one is ever here and the communication is the worst. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Took an hour to get my download complete. I’d blame it on the Longmont location but they all suck.

They try. It can be hit or miss. Holding an appointment would be helpful. The staff does make a honest effort.

Shane is great at his job! Good job fast and friendly. Very knowledgeable about the product and had me out the door much faster than the other shop i was going to.

Have received consistently poor, unpleasant service every single time. No matter how minor or major, any form of assistance had to be pried from the rep at every possible opportunity. The Lafayette location which is much better. Do not bother to frustrate yourself needlessly or suffer a deficient experience care of the beta incel running the counter.

I am writting this review based on a horrible disorganozed experience at Lafayette that was TOTALLY RECTIFIED upon us going to the Longmont location and having an unbelievable experience with Patrick. He was kind, helpful, accommodating and such a joy to be around. I hope this review finds his managers so that they know the amazing employee that they have at this location. If you have to go to smart start go see Patrick in Longmont.

The guys who work here are really nice and always work as quickly and efficiently as they can!

Hands down the worst place to go. The guy wasnt helpful at all. Didnt teach us anything about the system. Very rude and acted like I ruined his day by him having to put the interlock device in my car. If you want to learn how to use your system and not get in trouble trying to figure it out DO NOT Here. Find a different one to use. Trust me on this!

Patrick is very professional and a great man to work with, I had the worst time of my life figuring out what was wrong and he went above and beyond to ensure we resolved the issue.

I have been to several locations across the front range and the Longmont location seems to be the only one that cares about the people they are servicing.
