Great experience at this location. Of of the employees, Steve, was a tremendous help and put my car back together in working order quickly and cheerfully. For two days in a row he came outside to help install and switch out parts in my car. I really appreciated his efforts and help.
Had a great experience here today. Every employee was kind and helpful, they were constantly making sure everyone in the store was finding what they needed, before the customers could even ask for help. Highly recommend this spot!
The employees have improved in knowledge of products. They have gotten better with the customer service skills. If AutoZone is where you want to shop i would recommend this location above others. The store it self was very clean and fully stocked with the products. Only problem i found was the attitude that they have the only product and they did not explain that if i had not replaced the part before i was in need of special tools in order to remove the part so multiple trip had to be made. I could have done it cheaper at a shop then what i ended up costing at this store
We found out we needed to get a few items for one of our vehicles. We went to the autozone on Main St at around 8:45am we immediately received help by Robert a sales associate. He was very courteous and helpful with providing us the necessary information to make a well informed decision about the parts we needed to purchase. Robert was patient with his explanation of the products and offered alternative options to get the best bang for our buck. Overall we are very satisfied with the customer service of this location. Please bring your business to them as for us they exceeded our expectations.
Went to the store on main they wouldnt help me put the lightbulb in arguing in front of me one of the storage and he said we can the other one that they said do it said we dont so I came back to my store on Sherman and long line and Alex s help me out great store will never go back to the main store rude lazy and dont want to do their job we should wrap the whole staff and get it the new staff similar to Charmin Alex s was great always will come here

I needed to get a headlight replaced and Andres was more than helpful. We looked up the part, I bought it and he went out and installed it for me. Turns out I had purchased the wrong replacement bulb and already had the one i needed in the car purchased at another store. Andres refunded my money for the bulb I bought but didnt need and then put in the bulbs I had (replaced both the left and right bulb) had me check that they worked and sent me on my way. Great service, great attitude and Ill be back. Thanks!

When I first walked in and asked a question, the manager was less than friendly, but outside I was lucky to run into Mike because he then gave me the best service, with the best attitude, that I have experienced anywhere in a long time! I will continue to go back there, and recommend it to others, as long as I get treated the way Mike treated me.

I was here yesterday to pick up some oil and a drain plug. First I was told that the oil filter was out of stock but I found it when I went back to look for myself. I thought everything was fine and I was just going to ignore it until I changed my oil today. The drain plug he gave me does not fit at all and now I have no vehicle to go get another. Terrible place will never come back again.

Last week on a day in the high 90’s and ash falling from the sky from the Cameron Peak fire, my car suddenly died. After attempts to jump it and it continuing to die, we called AutoZone to see if they could have someone come out and change the battery. We were about a mile away and this isn’t something they typically do, but Steve came to the rescue!My wife, dad and our two dogs were with me so we needed something to happen quick, especially so our pups wouldn’t get too hot without AC. Steve followed me back to the store to ensure we got back safely and even let our dogs inside the store to enjoy the AC while we checked out.Thanks so much to Steve and AutoZone on Sherman Dr in Longmont who went completely out of their way to help us when we desperately needed them!

The cashier got smart with me and told me to keep my receipt in case I had to bring my air filter back. I realize I look like a girly girl, but that was rude. The filter fit by the way.
I have been using this AZ location since I moved to Longmont sooner three years ago. Good inventory, above average staff knowledge, good parking lot. Last week I was in to a drop hitch and a 7to4 trailer converter. The place was a little busy, so I asked if I could check fitment of the drop hitch on my truck. The young women said you anit taking that out of my store and she was right. I will not be taking on anything out of her store. I dont come to AZ to steal and if I was I would not call attention to myself. Oddly enough the week prior i bought a 2in ball and a spanner and the clerk asked if I wanted to check if the spanner was big enough before buying it. A ride clerk this AZ a longtime customer.
Very rude service representative I priced everything online. And ordered. Set my store. & When I got there nothing was the same price. Spent 25$ more then antesapated.. RUDE SERVICE
Lacking in the tool section a little. Not busy and I had to ask for direction. When I may have been the only one there. But I did get what I needed.
There are many auto part shops close to where I live but this Auto Zone is my go to store! The staff is always friendly, the shop is clean and organized, and they always have what I need in stock. My last trip took me there because of a bum car battery. Steve took care of everything for me, from checking to see if I had a bad battery to cleaning the terminal and replacing the battery right on the spot. My car and I thank you all very much!
My cars battery light was on the other day when I got into the store and told them that I need a alternator because I dont think it is the battery based on previous experience. They checked my battery and told me that I need a new battery and the alternator is fine. I got a new battery and the battery light was still on and they told me it will go away in a day or two!! Next day, I couldnt turn on the car and it was obviously the alternator. I called them and explained the situation and told them that I think my battery was OK and I need an alternator since you misdiagnosed the problem. They told me you are unlucky and your battery and alternator both dead at the same time!!! What are the chances!! I even asked for my old battery and they told me it is already recycled. In less than 24 hours!! I am really not happy with the service since I am sure that there is no chances that my battery and alternator both were dead at the same time and they just sold me a new battery while it was not needed. I am going to call and ask to talk with the manager but thought to post a review here in case.

Took a battery in to get tested was told it would take an hour so i left it with them and was making my way to other errands when 20 min later i get a call saying its done ao i make my way back to find out was nothing a sticker on the side that said good thay was it no crankage no cold start info just good turns out they just put a quick charge to it. Luckily i went to Advanced Auto parts and they gave me all the info i needed to know my battery was bad. So yeah.
Worthless. Guy at counter talking on phone about his baby mama couldnt be bothered to look up a part. Go elsewhere.

My daughters battery (in her 2012 Outback) died yesterday morning. (12V was reading only 2.5V, definitely not a good sign!) It was Subaru-labelled, nominally an 85-month (7 yr) battery, and we think it _may_ have been the original dealer-supplied battery, as incredible as that may be. So we took it to the Longmont AutoZone (at Sherman and Pratt) to have them charge-overnight-then-test. When I talked to them on the phone this morning, they said it was definitely bad - no surprise. My daughter prefers to have service done by the local Subaru dealer, so we went to pick up the battery to head over to Subaru, and apparently the AutoZone technician accidentally dropped our dead battery on floor and caved in one of the terminals, leaking battery acid all over their floor. So they *gave* us a new $170, 3-yr battery worth $30 more than the one theyd originally quoted us as a replacement! That is truly amazing service! Kudos to AutoZone!

Absolutely the rudest staff Ive come across at any auto parts store in Colorado. Ive been in there 3 times recently and I should have not gone back after the first time. The manager wouldnt even look me directly in the face and tell me they couldnt help me with something very simple. He (right in front of me) told another employee they couldnt help me. I just walked out. The other employee, followed me out apologizing for his managers actions and behavior. I felt really bad that the other gentleman had to work for someone like that. DISGUSTING!!!!!
Michael was very knowledgeable and polite. I made a couple of small purchases, he asked questions instead of just trying to sell me the most expensive product. About the 3rd time I have been to this store, a different team member helped me each time and they have all been great. Never had to wait long even when the store was crowded. Ill be back !
Cant say I am impressed with service there. Ordered correct part twice and incorrect parts kept arriving. I get mistakes happen and issues arise with distribution. I get that employees are hard to find but dont take it out on your customers. will not be returning Plenty of business that want and respect customers.

This location is horrible, I don’t want to give it any stars! The staff are lazy, this guy Nate says he’s a manager yet walks around in clothes that look like the are 50 years old, the other guy around the corner is cool but you can tell his plate is full. A few other guys are in there but no one works. Nobody knows where anything is, the store is an absolute mess! If the CDC went in there they would be shut down quick fast and in a hurry. I will never step foot in an auto zone, ever even if I never had to pay for anything. The worst part is that the responses that come from this rant will be a computer generated one, but at least fellow browsers will see this and go to advanced, Napa or o’Riley’s. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING IN THE STORE!

Worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Simple check engine light reset turned into a yelling match with your “manager” that pretty much refused to help since I didn’t buy the part from autozone. Once he found out that all willingness to help went out the window. Came to autozone for years for my needs but not anymore. Absolute trash leadership.
Won’t be returning to this autozone. I went in to buy some paint and was second in line out of 3. As a cashier finished with the person in front of me, the cashier just walked away as I stepped ahead. I waited but was ignored and not acknowledged.Then a different dude just stood there and asked if I needed help, I said I wanted to pay. Nothing, no “next please” or “sure I can check you out”, he just stood there, it didn’t look like he was ready to check anyone out, I didn’t think he was even a cashier. He then talked to another employee and then looked at the lady behind me and asked how he could help and she stepped forward and he checked her out. I was next and had been waiting. I couldn’t believe it. That woman even KNEW I was next. I was shocked and offended.I’d recommend going to the autozone on the other side of town or the O’reilys up the street or shop online. It’s not a big deal but come on. So I just tossed the paint up on the counter and walked out. Usually I put items back but I do not plan to return so whatever, it saved me some money. This was the second time I’ve walked out of this store though, the first time was when I had a bunch of items and only one register was open with a line of a few people with other employees just standing around. Well I put those items back and left. It’s too bad because this store is the closest to me.
Decent auto parts store, service wasnt the best as they gave me a part for the wrong vehicle and had to rush back and swap it out.
We won’t be shopping at this location again. I’ve been having issues with my battery for 4-6 weeks. Took it to the dealer and they tested it for us, said it was starting to go bad (which I already knew, since I’ve been driving my van for 13 years). Took the battery back to the store - where it was still under warranty. However, they said it was fine & that they wouldn’t replace it. My husband ended up just purchasing a new one. We will not be returning to this store - what a rip off.
Busy sells staff were terrible
Had a gentleman tell me hed give me 10 percent off my next visit because a refund onto a gift card wasnt working properly, then when I returned he wasnt working but a nice young lady took my word for it and still gave me the discount. Very pleased with their thoughtful employees.

Carried every odd thing that you might need. Finding it is a little hard, and it can be challenging to actually get there, but otherwise, very nice.
Staff is interesting at best. Went in looking for vaccum line, guy thought I was talking about a home vaccum. When I said no, for a vehicle, asked if I meant 12v. If you need parts Id go elsewhere, but if you need LED lights for every inch of your car this is the place!

Ordered a part and waited 2 days for them to call me AN HOUR BEFORE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED that they arent receiving the part and they have no idea where to find one!!!! My engine is sitting wide open waiting for this part and they offered no help to make up for it smmfh

Whoever the older lady is there needs to go. Three trips there & she has messed up EVERY SIMPLE transaction we’ve had. What should’ve been at max 3 minutes, took more like 10. Brian was extremely helpful in remedying it when I lost my patience but this has been ridiculous. I feel sorrt that he is stuck with such incompetent people.

I have to admit I did not get the parts I needed, and the computer kept saying my european car would accept the part in stock (it wouldnt). But I must call out the excellent service, they really did try to help me get what I needed.Gotta fix your computer systems guys, parts need to match up.

I wont be going back here anymore to be honest. The kid working at the counter referred to me as Farmer due to my attire, cared more about his 1989 Nissan 240 than the problem I had at hand, and offered the best solution of go check a junkyard. Needless to say I was in and out in less than 5 minutes, empty-handed. Luckily, OReillys on main was still open, and someone there who had a much more pleasant attitude found the exact wiring harness I needed, and got it ordered for the next day. Honestly, the kids attitude isnt new, and Ive had him act like this before. Hoping to get the bad taste of out my mouth by exclusively using other parts stores in town. Not worth your time. 1-Star.

Visited this store on Sunday morning July 23, 2017 in desperate need of assistance. Employee named Eric, a 15-year vet who had deployed seven times to Iraq and Afghanistan, did not hesitate to help. He saved our vacation and put us on the road to Cheyenne after he replaced the oil filter and cleaned up most of the mess underneath our truck caused by another establishments mistake. Longmont CO is a long ways from Jasper TX. Thank you Eric and Ana for your compassion, understanding and hospitality. A rare find. Highly recommend! Auto zone has a great team in those two caring individuals. By the way the rest of our trip we encountered no engine problems. Very thankful you were there in our time of need.

I am a 60 year old owner of a small construction company in Longmont. Today 2-25-18 @ 5;30 on the way home. I stopped in to grab some wiper blades and wash fluid. I ask to use the restroom and was told to go next door to a habitat store. as there were no restrooms. I left. I will not use a business that treats their customers that way. I went to Advance and spent my $60. dollars there.( they even installed them for me) Also as of tomorrow none of my employees are permitted to use their purchase cards at any Auto Zone . We will go somewhere that has at least some customer serviceJohn
Both Longmont stores were involved, but this Sherman store is a special kind of incompetent. CV joint, (half-axle), two days shipping. Cool. But... wrong part. THREE times. After they fight each other over if and where it is in the back, they plop down monster truck parts for a Kia. Sooo, whats in the box? Dunno. Can you look up that number? Nope. Doesnt work that way. (Insert proprietary acronyms no lamen would conceivably comprehend or care about). So first, while pricing online, the website kindly ordered a truck part, no confirmation, no review your order, nothing. My daughter knows her cars stats, btw. I get involved, and its an unbelievable circus. Even with the car outside and the vin number etc. etc., we get unknown mystery axles for 1 ton trucks to put on a Kia. For a week. My kids account gets overdrawn, and I narrowly escape a life sentence for the mercy killing of the inept. In their defense, I guess, these arent condescending car guys tho, theyre ex-fast food guys.
Took the old part in and they still messed up the order now I have to wait three more additional days for parts. Now Im without a vehicle do this.

Lady wouldnt get off the phone while behind the register, and I was never acknowledged. Eventually grabbed all the stuff I was purchasing and moved to the next register. I thought auto zone was about customer service.
