Great team and helpful even in the middle of this pandemic they still open and have good hard working staff

I went into there south location and the worker sold me so fluids to add to my car. I looked over my owners manual and couldnt find out where to add it so I was up at this location and asked for some help. A nice young women with an abundance of knowledge about cars told me not to put it in my vehicle. That if I would put it where I was told that it would have some bad side affects. Asked when I was getting my next oil change and said to bring the bottle of automatic transmission fluid and they should be able to put it in for me. I just bought this car and thankfully because of this woman Ive saved my investment and a head ache of fixing my new car. I was there on a Tuesday about 4-5 pm I would recommend going in then so you get the correct help and information. Thank you again for helping me. 🙂

Professionally run. There was a woman throwing a hissy fit in your store(throwing items and threatening legal actions) and the cashier was cool and collected. I ripped into her mercilessly which didnt make your jobs any easier(sorry about that btw,I used to work retail and now that Im on the other side of the counter I hate the entitlement customers like this have) and the GM handled the original situation and my commentary like a pro! Also knowledgeable and helpful with actual product concerns.

This place is great! Big shout out to Shawn, he totally saved my day by replacing a new car battery. He was also very informative and gave me helpful tips on my vehicle that is useful in the future. I highly recommend checking out is location of advanced auto parts, its definitely worth the drive up town.

Would have gotten parts here. But the customer service was so p!ss poor I went to the competition down the street.Less attitude and LISTEN the first.time instead of making people repeat themselves several times and then give them attitude when they call you out on it.Dont answer phones then. Ridiculous attitudes. Why I dont ever go to this location. But figured hey its a new day. Lets give them a chance. Boy was I mistaken.All I got to say to the manager is the. Plenty of people looking for jobs. Id hire better.

Needed fix a flat and when I walked in, the man at the counter said I would have to leave my bag I was carrying at the front. Insinuated I was there to steal and I never stoled anything in my life. I needed the fix a flat bad so I put based it but I will never step back in that place ever again.

Needed two gas caps for my Ford F-150 to pass emissions. They had what I needed, I was in and out in 5 minutes. Then passed emissions.

My car’s battery gave out on 287 was going from Fort Collins to Boulder. Engine light was on and said “check hybrid system,” which could be a number of things. I took it to the store and Adrian there not only checked the battery charge but also took time to clean out the terminals. Really knew his stuff, not just a sales clerk. Showed a lot of initiative and customer care. Deserves a raise for that. Whatever you’re paying him, it’s not enough.

Real great to walk in the door and be told to disappear because I wouldn’t put a mask on. It’s cool I went directly across to o’reily, like I should have from the get go and spend my $350+ there. U don’t know what people’s medical issues are and cannot force someone to put a mask on

A 2018 jeep renegade is too new, and they couldnt get spark plugs. Was told nobody probably would. OReilly across the street is apparently nobody.

My first choice for csr parts.

Standard Advanced Auto Parts experience. They are really quite good in terms of customer service. Theyll install your wipers, theyll install your battery. Theyll even loan you a few tools so you can do it in their parking lot.

The sales people and technicians know what theyre doing. They know their stuff well. They deserve an A+ rating.

Refused to accept my return of light bulbs. They never worked.

Im out $22. cos of stupid 2 hour return policy if bought online & pickup in store.I bought a headlight bulb & ordered it online cos they offered me a 1st time buyer discount if ordered online even if to pick up in store. It told me it was a fit or match for my car but turns out it wasnt. I had to purchase a different one instore & they told me i had to wait 2 or more hours for a refund on the original purchase which meant the next day since closing soon. I gased & did a little shopping with it in my pocket & it must have fallen out cos it wasnt there after i got back home.

Staff well trained in finding the exact parts that you need. Very good customer service.

I was looking for an odd light bulb for a car. They had it, and it was cheap. Thats about all you can ask for from an auto parts place.Well worth checking out if you need a part.

Bought a car battery with Free Installation and the tech simply refused to install it. Biggest sign in the window.

The guy behind the counter sold me the wrong fuel pump, told me to splice my wires and put them back into my fuel tank. Lucky they did give me a full refund after 2nd time of asking for it.
