My review spans 21 years of experience with the Longmont, Valley Nissan Parts department. Ive owned two Nissans in that time, one of which Ive had since 2003 (95 Pickup), the other of which was my first car - a 94 Sentra that I bought used and drove until 2018, to over 280k miles. The parts department at Valley has always been incredibly helpful. When a fellow named Alan left, I was worried -- he helped me find the most obscure parts and walked me through all of the diagrams. His retirement was made okay in my mind with the current generation of staff at this parts department - Kevin, Alfredo, and the other fellow I recently worked with have been absolutely phenomenal. They have a great grasp of the systems theyre working with to locate parts, theyre detailed oriented, and when I order a bunch of parts, they do a parts count / checklist with me to make sure all the parts I requested came in. Incredibly impressed with these guys, and thankful for the many years of assistance theyve provided me with. Always kind, professional, and great to work with. My biggest complements to the current parts team.
They called us Saturday to make an offer on my sons truck. He has has it since March and bc of work, he has to sell it. He paid 4k down and owed 26k. We checked Kelly Blue Book and NADA for trade value. This dealership is dishonest and taking advantage of peoples situation during covid. They offered way less than even trade in value. My son just put nice rims and $1500 tires on this truck as well. Dont let these people take advantage of you. I hope they go out of business for their lack of good and honest moral character
I have called several times to talk to a manager to discuss an issue with a car we purchased a little over a month ago and I yet to hear back. Seems like they don’t care about customers at all.
