Car needed a new battery. once the battery was installed car didnt start.The manager TJ took a look at it and fixed the problem. Went above and beyond. Great customer service. thank you.

Stopped in to get one tire fixed so I can make it home. Took awhile to even find someone to help me. Only one car in the shop and at least 4 people working. Was told they do not do drive ups nor walk ins. That I had to make an appointment to get anything done. The only appointment available is at 430pm the next day. I’m sorry but I worked at Walmart and we weren’t allowed to take appointments. Also first one I have ever been to has told me that. Would not even let me buy a single tire to take elsewhere. They are rude and unprofessional

Walmart has the worst customer service in the tire center. I called to get quotes and the women who assisted me was nice. Said they had the tires I wanted and said I needed to set an appointment, which I did. I went the next day to have tires put on and I was told they didn’t have them but could sell me a more expensive tire. Why bother saying you have the tires and setting an appointment if you don’t actually check to make sure, waiting people’s times. Guy would not even price match to make up for their mistake. Horrible customer service. As I was there waiting they did the same exact thing to another customer. Walmart just waist peoples time

I got an OIL change and a Fuel Injection system cleaning done yesterday on a 2017 Toyota Corolla. The guy named David- super friendly and nice. But it seems like the technicians are either lazy, lack focus or suffer from some sort of dementia. I guess they really did NOT want me there or do NOT like customers or simply HATE to work. Besides the long hours of waiting for a simple oil change, I discovered this surprise in the morning. Yeah you saw it right. The empty bottle of fuel injection STUCK between the hood and headlight. The one star rating is for the excellent customer service I got from David otherwise this place is worth nothing.

I tried calling multiple times so I could get a price quote on buying new all season tires and getting them installed. No one answered at all. It even transferred to main operator twice each time and they tried again. They obviously do not care about sales or anything else. My business will go elsewhere.

I was absolutely thrilled with my service yesterday! I needed a new battery, but in order to put a new one in, one has to take off the front tire to get to it! I at first wasnt pressed for time at all, but something came up, and I needed to have it done by a certain time.. those wonderful mechanics worked so hard to get everything done I asked for, and did it very well, with no complaining and a smile! Thank you guys! You are all wonderful in my book! Happy Holidays to you all, and I will be back!!

I went here 5 days ago, (flat tire and a holiday weekend, so pretty much no choice with my schedule).... I needed that much time to think about my review and how to honestly word it. The service was great, an older gentleman was training this kid, and he did a great job. He was thorough and I feel was making an impression on the trainee of proper and honest customer service. He gets a 5🌟, and Ill tell you why. Not only did he give me great options and explained what happened to my tire and why it needed to be replaced, but he was honest and kept eye contact with me and his trainee, until the phone rang, in the other room, rang maybe 3 or 4 times and the manager came storming in there and had the audacity to not only interrupt what the guy was trying to tell me to loudly say you dont hear the phone? Theres two of you and one of you cant break away to answer the phone?, but let the phone continue to ring while he said this. Then, when I gave the guy the okay to replace the tire and he and his trainee went to my car in the garage to explain to him what then was going to happen, the manager went out there to chew him out, in front of his trainee, and although I couldnt hear what he was saying, I could see the entire thing from their waiting room window. Then, as Im waiting in the room with another customer, he comes back in and starts talking about it all to another employee, not in a nice way either, and then both proceeded into the side office and closed the door. About 20 minutes later he comes out and says that hes going to go take his lunch. I was so disgusted by this that I left while my vehicle was being worked on and walked away to get some lunch for myself. I am never going to go back there and I hope that guy that was trying to do and train on how to show some awesome customer service gets a better job somewhere else. And that rude, uncustomer service manager needs to be talked to and dealt with.

Walmart Auto Service in Longmont really helped me out in 10 degree snowy weather by changing my worn wipers. They were very busy, but were able to get me in. All the service people we very friendly and professional. I recommend their service.

Nobody was around had to wait 10 minutes before someone saw me to assist. Then I was told 30-45 minute wait time for balance and tire rotation and i had to wait 2.5 hours even after being told 4 times that the tech is just about done

Good price on an oil change while you do some shopping, they have your car ready in 40 minutes or less. I came here to have my oil change not make friends. And thats just what they did at an affordable price! I read some reviews about rude service but from my experience, they were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I asked the guy some questions and he answered them. If you want to make friends go to your local church or join a knitting group or some thing.

Super friendly staff and I trust their work. Theyd get 5 stars if they had more staff. The wait is horrible. Sometimes 2 hours or more. Any walmart service center should have a 1 hour turn-around or less. So you can shop while you get your car serviced and then leave. No one wants to be at walmart for 2 hours.

Locked cabinet no associate in the area to unlock it. We search for over 15 minutes trying to locate someone to unlock the cabinet for 2 small bulbs!!! Maybe they should install help buttons on each one so you can get help without walking the whole store to find an associate. Granted it was 6:30 in the morning but when traveling that 45 minutes was wasted time and put us in the middle of rush hour!!! The associates we did finally find were very courteous and friendly!!

Had the cheapest tires I could find. Took amazingly long to get them put on. Don’t come here unless you have hours to kill while waiting

Go there to ask a car question .. stood there for 15 minutes saw no employee.. except the guys in the garage who refused to look at the line forming . And for good reason they are trying to work on cars .. why not put a regular Walmart employee at the register .. these guys are expected to do everything I guess

They are now closing at 5pm instead of 7pm due to a lack of staff. Ive come by for 2 days straight at 2pm and been told they have a full que. Called today and got the same answer. The older man with a long, full beard is the only one that gives good customer service. I would suggest going elsewhere. The price is not worth calling everyday or waiting 3+ hours when you are able to get in.

After a terrible experience at the Loveland Walmart location the day before, today was a breath of fresh air. The oil change was done fast and friendly. Definitely a better bang for your buck

I originally went to the store in Longmont, and they told me they could make me an appointment. I showed up early for the appointment only to be told, that they DO NOT make appointments. They couldnt fit me in, with, not even an apology. I finally found a tire center at a Walmart that could get tires done. And even though they were able to get my service done. Once I was called and told my tires were finished. I still stood around for almost 30 mind waiting to be checked out. I just think Walmart needs to do a better job at this.

Have called the tire shop for 3 days and each time they tell me its first come first serve, no appointments. Thursday I called at 630 they said they were backed up but to call Friday they have a bigger staff and could probably get me in. Friday I called at 5 and they said I wouldnt come in we are backed up. Saturday morning I called and they said I would have to leave my car and even then they didnt know if they would be able to get to it. Come on, looks like these guys just dont want to work!

We’ve been turned down multiple times here with hours of service remaining. Seems like manager doesn’t want to work, could care less about customer service, and is trying to leave work when it states that they are open until 8 p.m. We were turned down at 6 p.m for a single tire mount and balance when there was only one other vehicle in the shop. Went down the road to Gallitos and they got us in right away with no trouble. Wal-Mart tire repair is not recommended!

I literally just got off the phone with the rudest person ever. They sure won’t be getting my business!They said open till 8pm, I said “Okay if I get there by 7pm I’ll be good” he said “probably not”LIKE OKAY!! YOUR HOURS ARE TILL 8PM!!! I called and asked them how long the wait would be for an oil change. The associate said 5 hours!! The only reason I go there is because their price for an oil change is about $39. After about 2 weeks I went to jiffy lube. Oil change was done in 15 minutes.

Customer service head in the auto department is great. Their technicians however are slow and inadequate. First trip had 2 tires replaced and they didnt properly align one of my tires on its rim. Went back to have them fix it and another technician blew one of my tps when they were rebalancing and inflating it.. Both trips took over 2 hours each with minimal wait time for them to actually start working on the car.

Service was a little slow. Told us it would be 30 minutes, it was closer to an hour. Staff was nice.

After standing and waiting for 23 minutes I left!! The only employee in the Auto center couldnt do any work until another employee showed up. The Department manager showed up and was rude to the employee then rude to customers waiting....terrible service!!Ive normally had good service here but not today, and I wont be back until there is a new service manager!!!

Well PSA to those who may not know, but apparently the auto department closes at 6pm on Sundays (which is NOT what is says online or posted anywhere for people to see it)!! Which unfortunately has left my husband and I stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire and a tire that needs to be mounted onto the rim (which we can’t do anything about unfortunately...nor can we get our vehicle towed due to financial hardship)! The more infuriating part about this though is because it says online that they close at 8pm I had been calling them for 20-30 minutes and in about 3 minute intervals a Walmart worker answered the phone and I let them know I am trying to reach the auto center and they happily transferred me back to the auto center. I had talked to roughly 7ish different workers, and NOT ONE PERSON had a clue that the auto center was closed, except for the last person I talked to, and she let me know the only way she knew that was because she had passed by the auto center and sure enough they were closed! If almost ALL of your workers have NO idea that the auto center closes at 6pm on Sunday’s then something needs to change and it needs to change now!!! It just blows my mind that so many employees had ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA that a department in the store they are working in has different hours than what is posted in store and online! So now unfortunately, my husband and I will be walking part of the way home until we reach about halfway which is where my brother-in- law is able to quickly make it to and drop us off at home then make it back to work all in 30 minutes!! The employee named Jack is an extremely rude individual. I went in there this morning to get my oil change. Prior to coming, I called to get a price estimate. Jack answered the phone and was rude. When I went into the center to get my oil change, I ended up leaving because there he was again; rude.I went to Valvoline Oil Change on 17th and Hover instead. Not only did I get amazing service in less than 15 minutes, I got $15 off my service because I called their customer service prior to ask about prices. I mentioned I that usually go to WalMart and the guy on the phone gave the $15 coupon! I ended up leaving with a $12 coupon as well!!Never going back to WalMart auto again. Poor customer service and the wait time is always terrible. Valvoline you drive on in, get your oil changed, and boom you’re out of there. They even video tape what they’re doing and you can see on camera exactly what they’re doing. They even talk you through what they’re doing as well. Save your time go there, you won’t be disappointed!

Dont waste your time going here. Very poor quality and service, their staff could not even answer simple questions about my tires. Do yourself a favor and go to a tire shop with employees who have a clue about what they sell.

Bought five tires that constantly leaked. Finally brought the vehicle in to have them fix them. Still leaked until flat... The technician looks like a ganja farmer... Very inconsiderate making me wait hours. Never again.

They belligerently refused to honor their battery warranty, until I took their junk battery to the Chevrolet dealer and exposed their test as a scam.

I called the listed number to find out if they could repair one of my tires and if I needed an appointment. No one answered the phone so I hung up after about 20 rings. Looks like I will be going somewhere else.
