I work with Steve from the Internet Department and was very happy with my experience. I wanted a particular setup for a RAM 1500 and after doing a nationwide search, Steve suggested we order it from the factory. He stepped me through options I wanted to order and some he recommended such as bumper sense. The quote they gave me was below what Consumer Reports said was a good deal.I have recently had some friends say they had a bad experience with sales at Prestige, and I gave them Steves card and told them to call him. He was low key and low pressure.
Had an incredible experience purchasing a used car here. I worked with Byron and Tony, their financial guy. I was in a not great situation and they went a long way to helping me and relieving stress in a stressful situation. I could not be happier with my purchase, and I even had my credit union praising Prestige for their excellent processing time and the accuracy of their work!! Could not recommend them more! Wow pretty amazed at the service at Prestige. We recently test drove at another dealership and was not met with the same customer service. We were waiting to see a Jeep that was still in transit and JR kept us in the loop the whole time and once it hit the lot we were notified. Jimmy who helped finish the purchase was also great and helped with all our questions. Such a great buying experience.
I understand if a technician cant fix a problem with a vehicle but to charge $155.00 to tell me nothing is pretty special. I am a master technician for 35 years and and told Patrick in service I was having issues communicating with computer on Ram diesel. Patrick called in a timely manner to tell me they couldnt communicate with the computer ? and I should come pick up truck. Nothing done. Just saying I get it that they have to pay the tech for the hour he gets payed to hook up a scanner but to charge $155.00 and tell me what I already new and cant do anything is just wrong. I probably wouldnt have posted a thing but I was offended when Patrick asked if I did the work on the truck ALL BY MYSELF. Then hid on the phone when I payed my bill and never acknowledged me at all.
Purchased my fifth truck from this place. Had always dealt with “Honest Mike”, but he has since retired. Dealt with Luke this time and received just as good service. Also, worked with Matthew in Finance for the third or fourth time and didn’t feel pressure to buy anything that I didn’t need. Great group of people to work with. Will definitely buy my next truck from them.

Supposed to be a drive up/no appt needed express oil change. 2 hr wait is not Express. I dont know if there is a staffing issue or its just busy - was there twice today (once at 8:30 & again after 2pm( I was told after 12noon it dies down) Not my experience! I can change my own oil way faster than 2 hrs.
Well where do I start... we went and talk to Tony about finding a truck. After days of searching Tony was not able to find a truck that we wanted so he convinced us to order one. He didnt want to fill out an application and get approved on the spot, instead he wanted to take our deposit of $1000. It was supposed to take only 2 to 3 months and it up taking far longer than that due to Covid.At the time when contacted me for the truck they werent doing the same promotion and wouldnt finance it for the same some minor details that I had found another truck in the meantime. I was willing to work out the financing. Long story story short Tony proceeded not to get in contact with me and use that as an excuse to take my deposit and sell my truck.It was a terrible experience and Ill never be going back. I am putting this out there so people dont fall in the trap I did. A deposit does not mean you will get a truck in fact it means theyll probably take your money.I am disappointed I trusted Tony.
Very friendly, relaxed atmosphere with a sense that they are genuinely trying to help us find the vehicle that fits our needs. Our salesperson, Ryan, did an outstanding job and we feel that he and the staff were honest and very helpful in our car buying decision. Weve worked with Prestige in the past and came back to them for these very reasons.
The stars are for the sales department alone, amazing people! I will continue to buy from them in the future. I just won’t waste my time with the service department.Bought a used Chevrolet three weeks ago, check engine light on after three days of owning it (most likely oxygen sensor, etc issues). Called service department and was met with attitude and told they didn’t have any openings for a while…after some convincing, we were told we could bring it in 4 days later. When we brought it in, it took hours for them to come back and tell us to bring it somewhere else for an oil change but to speak to a sales manager to have it covered due to the warranty. The sales manager was AMAZING and I cannot say enough good things about him. He let us know that they would go get the correct oil and replace it for me instead of having to drive elsewhere to get it done. Well, that was done and we drove off. Next day, check engine light back on and it’s still on to this day. This time when we called we were told it would be a week and a half for another appointment and they’d have to bring it to a Chevrolet dealership to get it fixed (besides the check engine light, it’s riding pretty rough). What’s the point of a service department if they can’t service a vehicle? Only good for oil changes?I’ll probably end up paying just to get it correctly serviced elsewhere and do the minor service myself. Again, sales department is amazing and helped us every step of the way and continues to check in and make sure we’re ok. Service department is lacking to say the least. Customers with vehicle troubles shouldn’t be put off weeks for those with routine oil changes.
Don’t ever buy from here. Lemons. That’s all the sell. They don’t stand behind their warranties and they lie about service being done even put so called new tires on that we’re not. Brakes were not checked. Front hub broke. Now mind you this is only after having truck for 2 weeks. Now after I had to get rid of truck they will not give money back from the so called warranty we purchased rip-off lie all lies won’t return calls.DONT BUY FROM HERE
Second time here for service and its been one of the best experiences Ive had with a service advisor. Brandon James was amazing. He acted like I was a friend hed known for years. And Im from out-of town. Truly a wonderful and knowledgeable guy. Employees make or break an organization and he definitely made it.
Purchase was thru the web team, after almost three months looking for a new vehicle, Clay and the team made it easy. Both in getting to agreeable terms as well as making the on site process simple and fast.
My transmission went out at 75000 miles and it was replaced under warranty. Unfortunately, there was a forgotten update that caused us to be stranded and had to be towed. It took a bit but Steve/service manager ended up getting it taken care of to my satisfaction. Jason is always amazing to work with and his knowledge of my vehicle makes me feel very confident.
We received wonderful treatment and service here. Jimmy and the finance team were able to help us get into the vehicle we wanted at a fair price with satisfactory terms. The entire team here seems to get along well and theres just a great energy here. I will definitely be back for my next vehicle.
Great experience buying my new Cherokee from Prestige. Jimmy, sales rep, made me feel comfortable and was not pressuring at all during the entire process. If youre the buyer like myself who has a pretty good idea what youre looking for, what make/model, price, theyll steer you in the right direction and help you through the entirety of it. Very thorough buying process as well. If youre unclear about anything, theyre very happy to answer.
I brought in my truck to have them fluid flush my transmission (68rfe). Upon receiving my truck from them, I noticed on the first night that it had a new leak about 3 in diameter. It turns out they stripped one of the bolts and failed to notify me at all, then acted like it couldnt have been them. The truck never leaked before taking it in and now has a leak. Went to check the torque on all the trans pan bolts and found the stripped one. (Edit) [Now after 2.5 weeks, it seems that they probably didnt do any sort of cleaning to the mating surface where the old seal was either, as the leak is coming from the back of the transmission pan at the seal.] When I called them about this, Brandon was cool and had empathy for where I was coming from, but Steve the service manager basically told me to kick rocks and that it isnt their problem. Extremely poor customer service and technical service as well. I will never return here for anything whatsoever.
Tired of the service department. This time it was to replace a power steering pump and hose on m Jeep Grand Cherokee. Quote was about double another local (and reputable) repair shop. Part of the charge was $155 to diagnose the problem, AKA look at the pump and hose and see the leak coming from it. Pump price was double what you can find on any mopar website. Claimed it was going to take 6 hours to do the work. Earlier this year they forgot to change the oil filter on an oil change. Im going elsewhere from now on.
I like to negotiate by text or email. I just cant go to every dealership in the state to see who will give a fair price. When doing this, a lot of dealerships are cryptic or ignore you after a bit. Definitely none were interested in honoring a lease deal I found online, so I was definitely surprised when Jimmy O kept working to get my payment where I needed it to be. I started to have the expectation (from other dealerships) that they would eventually stop responding and just sell the car to the next person. Thats definitely not what happened. The engagement I got was unexpectedly kind, accomodating, and very respectful. I think that Jimmy was honest, and truly excited for me to get my first Jeep. Theres good car dealerships out there, but everyone seemed more honest and personable than others Id been to. Thanks, Jimmy!

DO NOT SELL YOUR VEHICLE HERE!I sold my 2018 Jeep Compass to Prestige On August 5th 2021 and still have not received a check for the difference as of August 30 2021. STILL WAITING. It’s only $1500 so I thought it’d be same day or same week even but no. Nearing 30 days now. I’ve called every department, been transferred about 20 times, and even harassed by a “sales manager” when I called one day. Apparently, he was the only one available in the entire building so he felt he had the right. I’ve done everything they’ve asked and made calls to my bank. My bank said the title was released on the 19th. Now it has been almost 2 weeks later and still no check or update on the status. No one has an answer.I was transferred to accounts payable today. She doesn’t take calls. Instead, when you’re sent to her answering machine, she has a recording where she spells out her email address, then hangs up. There’s nothing else. No name, no job title, no professionalism.This deal is no longer between myself and this dealership. It’s between the bank/DMV and the dealership. I don’t understand how a company gets off knowing they’re holding money from people. You have possession of the vehicle, you’ve paid off the loan, now it’s time to pay the person you bought it from. Terrible terrible experience.If you want to get paid for your vehicle that you pay hard earned money for, don’t take it here. Thanks for reading.
One of the most deceptive sales experience followed by the worst service experience probably ever been involved in, all while trying to be involved with managers that wouldn’t give anybody the time of day one manager passes off to another manager that manager doesn’t care to help. by far the worst buying experience of our lives bought a jeep with around 4000 miles on it we put 1500 miles on it in a year this thing just sits for the most part in a garage and it now needs four grand worth of uncovered work But when they sold it to us they sold it to us They said it had been fully looked over by multi point inspection with an extended warranty that was supposed to cover it again bumper-to-bumper from what we were told. right now we’re battling that and trying to get it fixed I would not recommend this dealership I would not recommend their service department, now that this is happened to us we’ve talked to a few people and nobody is surprised. I will be out there hopefully during their busiest hours for sales to let people know who may be buying cars this deceptive dealership the experience you will have, myRecommendation is you better have deep pockets to buy from prestige Because just as some thing as a little jeep wrangler could cost you $6000 in a month
Went in to get a wiring harness fix installed in our 2016 Jeep Cherokee for towing 4 wheel down to correct a Jeep issue which when towing behind a motorhome creates a Death Wobble. I had to buy a harness for $155.00 then went here to get it installed and was told (after I asked) that it was a 2 - 4 hr install and it could be around $400 to do. I figured by that since it only took 2hrs do complete it would only be $200. Nope, they charged me $400 for a 2hr job. What a rip off. Discussed it with the Service mgr and he said its a flat fee of $400 and it was not a rip off. That is not what I was told. Ok, $400 for a 2hr job is a rip off.
Best car dealership and easiest experience I have EVER had when purchasing/leasing a new car. I usually have to haggle and act stern when dealing to the next car but this dealership was absolutely great and found what I was looking for, threw in what I wanted, and kept my monthly payment exactly where I wanted it. The salesmen were also not pushy and let me take my time. I highly recommend seeing Levi at Prestige Jeep for your next vehicle. 10/10 great experience and service.

I am 78. Never took my 2019 Wrangler 4 wheeling. Been driving all my life. My clutch burned out at 22K miles. Received a recall on a part in the clutch that can overheat and cause damage. Dealership and Chrysler refused to help me financially for repairs that will cost over $3K for damages caused by their recalled part!
My first visit to the service department was an excellent experience. I live in Boulder and I had been waiting for months for a replacement part under a Jeep factory recall. My local dealer had a waiting list 2 months long, so I called Chrysler customer service. They checked with other dealers in the area and found replacement parts at Prestige and made an appointment for the next morning! They got me in immediately and It took less than an hour for them to replace the part. Bravo Prestige and Well Done!
I had a great experience with Prestige, again! My first time buying a truck there, Levi hooked me up with the perfect vehicle for my needs at an affordable price. And just recently, Cindy was able to find the exact truck that I was looking for and provided me with an unbeatable deal! I recommend buying from Prestige before any other dealership, they are the best in the business!

Horrible experience with the service center. Had to have my AC recharged (on a 3 year old vehicle, sheesh). Paid $500-600 to do it at the service center because they assured me that it included a 2 year warranty along with dye so if I had a future problem we could see where any possible leaks were. Not yet 2 years later my AC goes out again. I called them. Guy was incredibly rude, told me he had no idea what I was talking about because they never offer warranties, and implied I was full of it. I took my car to another mechanic. They dye was helpful to see that after the work was done by this dealership they didn’t put the cap on correctly! No other leaks were found. Other mechanic charged me 1/3 as much and actually did the work. I will never use this dealership for anything again.
Everyone was nice enough, and Im pretty sure I a good car(still to soon to tell) but they are overpriced and not willing to deal and budge on the price. I will be going somewhere else next time. I suggest you keep looking as well

Matt Watson hooked me up with a fully loaded 2015 5.7l Dodge Challenger RT plus in surf blue and I couldnt be happier! Smooth process all the way from the test drive to the finance office. Would highly reccomend working with him and Prestige CDJR if youre also looking for a good deal on used or new.
Steve was the best salesman that I encountered during our search for a Jeep. He answered all questions and was willing to get the answer if he did not know. Steve was very low pressure and gave me time to communicate the information to my wife. The Prestige process is very straight forward and extremely fast for how busy it was on the day we purchased the vehicle. Wow, this dealership had a huge selection of buggy’s to choose from. Steve even moved his personal time around to fit out needs. Job well done, my wife got the Jeep she wanted at a great price!!!!

What a scam and a bunch rude people, I bought a car here, made a deal walked out I was ok with the price not matching the advertised price i was easy going, made the deal it was fine 28 days later i get a call from the finance guy . he says i gotta come down to sign some papers something was “missing” . i had zero to not time in the miiddle of my shift i went to sign this paper . when i get there i meet another dude he said of jason is out . jason said he’d be there, i called ahead they told me jason was there . any how the new guy said well the first deal didn’t work and now your payment will be 100dollars more then we signed the deal for . i want to return the car but i had already modified it ( it’s a van, i put and exhaust fan on it ). I tried to get a hold of the sales man he won’t call me back i even called his brother( two asian brothers tag team ripping you off ) they won’t return my calls ….. don’t go here this place is out to ripp you off !
Very courteous and helpful salesmen. Ric and his brother were very helpful and got me the price on the Ram 1500 that I was hoping for. They also were great help in arranging for window tinting in a timely and convenient manner.There was never any pressure to buy and I felt very comfortable purchasing my dream vehicle. I highly recommend Prestige and would shop there again in the future.
First I had some problems when it came to finding the Jeep I wanted but I let that slide once a replacement was found and arrived for me to buy. Then only a month after having a brand new 2021 Jeep a problem came up with a sensor and I had to bring it in to be serviced. After the service department had my Jeep for 5 days and were very unhelpful it turns out they were not able to fix the issue and had to order a replacement part. The service from the service department and the lack of communication is really bad. After this issue is fixed, I will be taking my Jeep to another dealer for its service.

Poor customer service. I was in the market for a specific Jeep wrangler. Saw online that this dealership had one. A sales rep had contacted me prior. (8/24/2020) Drove 30mins to this location. Upon arrival, no one greeted us. The mechanics in the service department were actually more friendly and helpful, they greeted us and pointed us in the right direction to look at the Jeep, which was hidden in the back. We returned to the entrance of the dealership, looking for the sales rep (Ponlue) who contacted me. He was on lunch but his partner (Ricky) assisted me. Right away I felt the unwelcomed vibe. After test driving the vehicle, instead of coming outside to see how the drive went, he was just sitting at his desk. We return to discuss/negotiate but that didnt last long. There was no small talk, getting to know us, and didnt even try to negotiate or anything, he did not seem interested whatsoever. Didnt make an attempt to get up and talk to the financial department about making a deal or anything. Honestly, it felt like I was being treated as if I had no money and only wanted to test drive the car (which is nothing new based on my appearance being covered in tattoos). Seemed very quick to get us out the door. Very disappointed in the customer service and how we were treated. I cant be too upset though, thanks to this experience, it lead me another dealership (Barbees Freeway Ford) the next day 8/25/2020 that had the same specific Jeep with lower miles with a decent price that the sales rep was willing to negotiate (which he did). The customer service was night and day compared to Prestige. We were greeted upon arrival by everyone, greeted after the test drive, catered to during the whole paper work process, etc. In the end, that Jeep is now parked in my driveway thanks to Freeway Ford and not Prestige.(Below are Photos: 1st is the Jeep from Prestige, the other 2 is the EXACT same jeep I bought from Freeway with WAY LESS MILES & BETTER PRICE and after I lifted and upgraded parts onto it)
Bought a used Tahoe from here, when the truck came in it had bald tires, I paid a little less than internet price and the sales manager threw in brand new All Terrain tires, I did pay $2900 for the extended warranty, 36 months or 36,000 miles. Took some negotiating to get the tires and the price but overall I feel like I got a good deal....only bummer is check engine light came on and the warranty does not cover it. Evap issue.

I bought a 2007 Jeep Wrangler from Prestige, and Steve took great care of me in the sales process. I gave 4 stars because I ran into an uncomfortable bump post-sale (metaphorically) and it took some escalation to get it resolved. Once I escalated it, though, Tom and Brandon and the team there took great care of me to ensure it got resolved to my satisfaction.While I dont enjoy having to escalate, the way a company responds says a lot and they responded as best I could have imagined.
The sales and staff were accommodating, kind, and quick to answer any questions we had. We brought up minor issues like a cracked windshield and they assured us it would be repaired. A few issues took longer to address but the techs and management handled them and we are very satisfied. Thank you Jimmy & Prestige for our Jeep Rubicon.
This dealership was great to work with! They understood my budget and were open to negotiating. I worked with Nancy which was INCREDIBLY refreshing. It was nice, as a woman to work with another woman when purchasing my vehicle. More car dealerships need women salespersons, because for women buying cars it makes the process much less intimidating. Once we made it to the finance side of things, the whole process took less than 10 minutes and the gentleman that I worked with did not try to push unnecessary add-ons. If I am ever in need of another vehicle I will be coming to this dealership! Cannot recommend them enough!
Prestige Chrysler, Dodge,Jeep was the only place who could fix my car, yes it was a little pricey, but Ive been to 3 other car mechanics shops all for nothing thanks for finally getting it right. I wont go anywhere else now. C. J.
Well where do I start I bought a used truck about 5 months ago I took it in to get emissions after I purchased the vehicle it passed but the minute I left the emission facility my check engine light was on I took it back to the dealership where it was code read and code came up torque converter clutch solenoid faulty the department manager was the one who code read it i was told by him that it was no problem at all it was just a minor sensor that went out he erased the code and sent me on my way To make a long story shortAbout 3 or 4 months after I took the truck in to the dealership to get the check engine light figured out i was having shifting problems would not go into overdrive improper shifting etc.i took it to a legitimate auto shop where they ran diagnostic tests and determined it was a sheared torque converter clutch which had processed a lot of metal debris through the transmission i am now having to pay 4000$ to get a new transmission and torque converter when i called the dealership they were very very very rude and told me i was probably abusive towards the vehicle i had only put about 4500 miles on it and to add the mechanic at the shop i took it to said tge transmission fluid was way too over full which it had came that way from the dealership i hadnt touched it they knew the truck needed serious work but sold it anyway to me of course it was exatly one month after the three month warranty ended if they had any integrity or honesty they would have either offered to help pay for part or if not the whole repair knowing they sold a vehicle that was totally junk no one has called me or tried to contact me on this manner

Called service around 8:30 and Jason answered and told me he could get my car looked at same day. Got there around 9:15 and no one was at the front to help. Me and another woman waited about 15 minutes before anyone came to help. Jason finally gets to the front and tells me he won’t be able to get my car looked at until the next day at the earliest even though he just told me he could get it looked at same day. All the while not wearing a mask. Don’t go here if you value your time or health.

Don’t waste your time.After growing up in Longmont and taking multiple vehicles to prestige their service department has always been frustrating to deal with and have done a poor job. After escalating the issue to RAM they advised me to take it to another dealer who was able to solve the same problem that Prestige said wasn’t a problem.While shopping for a new truck a good friend said I should give them another try since he has bought multiple vehicles from them. After visiting the dealership on Wednesday, they took my trade for a drive and when they couldn’t find a truck that I wanted locally I was told they would get me a price to order a truck. I had to leave and was told I would have a number that night. Asked multiple times and no numbers. Thursday comes and goes no contact, I get a call Friday and they didn’t remember what truck I wanted, I walked through them again what truck I wanted and I was told again I would have number that night. Still no numbers. I guess if you aren’t buying a vehicle on their parking lot that day they have no interest in working with you.

Levi went out of his way and took his time expanding over almost 4 weeks to help me find the right vehicle for my needs. He made sure it was a right fit and that I was happy at the end of the day. I would highly recommend Levi and Prestige.

Having just moved to NoCo, I was going to buy a car but had no idea where to go. I just randomly started hitting local dealerships that had the RAM Truck I was interested in and hoped for the best. I was dismayed at the lack of interest and follow up some of the dealerships showed in pursuing my business. I was going to drop tens of thousands of dollars but it seemed no one was that interested. I visited 5 dealerships and almost just decided to stop looking. It was miserable. Then I visited Prestige in Longmont and met sales associate Levi Toney. The contrast was instant and obvious. Levi was engaging, intelligent and genuinely wanted to match me with what I wanted. He was beyond helpful and even offered anything he could do to make the vehicle and the deal better. To make the experience even better, the sales manager, John Robertson (J.R), wasn’t satisfied the vehicle was even up to their standards (it was a new acquisition) and sent it off to be detailed and a few minor repairs cleaned up. I can buy a car anywhere, but what I wanted was a little personal attention with a strong attention to detail. Prestige delivered on every account. Even the finance person, Jason Morgan, was fast, efficient, friendly and helpful. Me, my wife and our entire family will be customers at Prestige for all our future automotive needs and purchases.
I recently leased a Jeep Rubicon from Prestige Longmont and had an excellent experience working with Tony Sigfrid and their whole team. I had some pretty specific asks in terms of what I was looking for in the jeep and the lease terms, and Tony was patient and thoughtful in terms of putting out constructive options that worked for me rather than just trying to push what they wanted. Tonys attention to detail was also helpful as the Jeep Wrangler has a ton of trims. Its also helps that they have a heck of an inventory on the Wrangler. Even the closing process on the lease at the dealership was a breeze and everyone was open, honest and helpful about everything. In the end, got a very constructive deal done with some good folks at the dealer. Would highly recommend working with Tony and the dealership!
I had a fantastic experience using Prestige Chrysler. They were very courteous, professional, and on top of the ball from start to finish. I even asked for an expedited buying process, which they were able to do. It was such a smooth and seamless process. I highly recommend!
This is my second time to this dealership for service. I have been to others although the customer service touch was not even in the the same realm as Prestige. Amanda the service advisor is AWESOME. Asked if I had an oil change package I said no and she proceeded to get me checked in. Then I asked what are the packages? She advised me so I purchased a 3 pack because not only was it discounted I like the service and efficiency. I didnt have a chance to meet the tech staff but any work done was right and quicker than expected. Overall, this is not only the place I go for service it will be the place I buy my next dodge!
We went in to test drive, and we ended up buying the vehicle later that day. They gave us an offer that we couldnt pass up. It wasnt a long drawn out process that weve experienced before. We were never pressured on purchasing warranties, and Ive never felt so calm with a car purchase. I would highly recommend!! And Tony was kind and informative :)
Best experience I have had buying a car. Byron Nelson was patient and helpful in the process (this was my first time buying out of state), and the dealership never tried to pressure me into anything extra.

I was looking around for fuel efficient cars and I came across a 2011 ford Taurus in almost perfect condition, located at a dealership in longmont. Im in fort Collins by the way, so I was like... Ok I can drive there and check it out. When I got there, it was the first dealership Ive ever been to that was a relaxed and easy going atmosphere. The salesman Steve was very friendly and answered all of my questions. In about an hour and 45 minutes I had test driven the car (fell in love with it immediately) and had signed all the financial paperwork and the car was mine. I strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new or used car.
Kai and Randy were extremely professional and made the purchase of my 2021 Promaster so easy it almost felt like it wasnt a new vehicle! I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Prestige and especially randy or Kai!!
The times I’ve visited this dealership for parts & service I’ve gotten mixed signals. Just not the vibe and good attitude I get from other Jeep dealers.Then, I decided to do an oil change in Longmont instead of going to my preferred dealer in loveland and had a descent experience.Service availability are tighter than other Jeep dealers, limited to only weekdays which is not so Kosher!I went on Saturday (1/30/21) for an oil change and was in/out within the hour. They did let me know about my battery which I appreciate. Great service from the person checking-in oil changes, in fact she was very helpful which was my first positive experience at this dealership.I do not see much in reviews from other Jeep owners and their past service experience with or without factory warranties.The fact that the dealer takes time to answer reviews is pretty interesting, if its real, and not the outsourced feedback that most dealers use.Let’s see what happens in the near future.
I bought my first truck here in 1992. I have been coming back since. They just took great care of my beloved 2008 Charger. I will continue to return. Great friendly staff in service department.
Could not be happier with our experience!! I am out of state and our daughter lives in Downtown Denver. Called and spoke with Cindy in sales about purchasing our daughter a used wrangler we saw online. Cindy said she wanted to put her hands on it first then would call. In 10 mins called back and said it had just sold an hour prior. Saw another and said I want it but wanted all the roof racks off. She said no problem. Took everything off of it (a lot) and got it ready for my daughter the next morning. My daughter came out the next morning and said I dont like it. I felt bad. All financing and paperwork were already worked out. Cindy said give me a little bit and went to work on it and called us back. We were able to put my daughter in a brand new 21 Wrangler Unlimited. Theyre putting leather in the car as well! She is so excited and I cant thank Cindy and the team at Prestige enough for their service, patience and professionalism!!
Coming from someone who has done a lot of auto work themselves and always mean-mugged the dealerships as wallet-draining rackets....I have to say the service department here is awesome. I brought my diesel in for an oil change for lack of time, and had a few questions on some noises the truck was making. The guys went above and beyond to check everything out, drove the truck trying to find the noises, greased some fittings, aired up a low tire, etc. Patrick was awesome and wasnt pushy on the service items the techs did see coming due soon-ish. Ive brought the truck in for recall work previously and had the same experience, so it doesnt seem like a one-off. Super helpful, super friendly, overall great experience that has totally changed my perception of dealerships - at least this one ;)

I factory ordered a 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon. I wanted specific options and features that I couldnt find on any dealer lots. Levi made the process super easy and matched an out of state quote I had. Everything went smoothly on delivery day. Im very happy with my purchase and will consider prestige in the future.

I drove by the dealership and stopped in to see what they had. Ive been looking for a specific truck and hadnt had much luck. I also dont have a lot of patience when it comes to car buying. I walked in and met with Steven. He was great. He didnt waste my time and when I told him what I was looking for he took me right to what he had. There was never any pressure and my wife and I really felt that everything was upfront and honest. We had our own financing but decided to go with them instead since the terms were a little better. Overall this was a great experience and I would definitely go back when we are ready for another purchase.
I can’t tell you how many hours of my life this facility has wasted. Called today asking how long of a wait there was for diesel express service and was told there was no wait. Blast out door, and drive 20 min to get there and there’s a two to three hour wait and there has been all afternoon. On other occasions I have been told parts were in, get there, wait three hours only to find out the correct part is not there and I’ll have to come back. Hours waiting for simple oil changes. Extremely frustrating time after time.
Great experience at the express lane! Got me in and out quick for an oil change. They came to me with the air filter while i was window shopping some rubicons, I expected that they would say it needs to be replaced... Nope, wanted to let me know it had more life in it... Then i asked if i should service my differential yet, nope, still got about 10,000 miles. That is awesome service, what I need, nothing more. This is my first purchase and service from Prestige, but they made a lifelong customer.
We have bought 4 vehicles from them and each time it gets worse. We always pay the extra money to get oil changes and other items included in our package through them. They may be nice to you when your buying a car, but I highly recommend to never use there service center. They treat your vehicles poorly and will make you wait for long periods of time. We brought our car in for a recall and they said it would be done in a few hours, after waiting for 2 hours and they havent even started, we asked them what was happening and now they said it was going to be overnight on the vehicle. The mechanics are very poorly trained. I highly recommend going anywhere but here for any work needing to be done with your vehicle.
Jason and John of Prestige Dodge were the two most pleasant dealers I have ever worked with. They made my deal go so smooth without any hassles or hidden costs. They got what I wanted for the price I wanted and made it happen fast. They wanted to deal just as bad as I did. It was awesome. It was my day off from work. I was also informed by my lunch-mate that he didnt feel well, so I truly had the entire day to myself.After lunch, I pondered what to do with the rest of my day.My backyard borders on the road where Prestige Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram is located. As soon as I saw the dealership as I was turning into my neighborhood I said to myself Im gonna go buy a Jeep!I went home, found all the paperwork, extra key, title, etc., from my old car. Then I jumped on Prestiges website to pick out the Jeep I wanted to buy.Car dealerships these days put in all sorts of pop-up stuff on their websites to pique your interest in the cars theyre selling and Prestige is no different.I provided one pop-up with my name and phone number to get an additional discount, and again to find out the web-only price (which I never learned, but so what).My phone rang. It was Prestige calling to set up an appointment for a test drive. The guy asked when and I said how about in ten minutes? (I was there in five).I took the Sting-Gray-colored 2020 Jeep Renegade for a ride solo (they were holding my old car hostage, so they knew Id bring it back).I returned and had the simplest possible experience buying a new car.Returning home, only a couple of hours after I left, I yelled to myself in the best Philip J Fry imitation I could muster: Alright, I bought a Jeep!
