I have been coming here for a long time and for the most part the service is great. Two of the last three times that Ive come to this location they stripped my lug nut bolts and I ended up having to go to another shop to get them repaired. Feels like they arent as concerned with doing a good job as they are turning over as many vehicles as fast as they can, at the cost of safety.

Weve been taking our fleet to Discount Tire Longmont for 6-years now. Wouldnt trust our tires to anyone else. They are crazy busy for a reason - because they know tires, they are competitively priced and they get the job done. Only sad thing is that Rick - the Store Manager and long time Discount employee recently retired.

Took my vehicle over there on Saturday after getting a flat the night before. It was a busy day at the shop but I was greeted immediately and then helped by Doug (I believe that’s his name) within a few minutes.Since I already had my spare on, they were able to just take my tire to see if it was repairable. This was extremely helpful since I had work that day and it saved me time and money of getting a ride back and forth. After Josh and his team determined it wasn’t repairable due to the size of the puncture, they ordered a tire for me. I thought for sure this would be a few days, but Josh was able to get the tire in that afternoon. And I got it installed later that day- at the end of their day on a Saturday!Customer service and communication was incredible! From Doug to Josh to the young kid who ran me down to give me my lug nut key (he was quick too) the whole team was awesome. Keep up the good work! It is greatly appreciated!

Absolutely WILL NOT TAKE MY CAR BACK HERE FOR TIRES! And they lost my grand parents service who have taken their car here multiple times! I took my car in here this morning to have them check to see if my tire had a leak! They Told me it was free to get my tire checked for a leak! And then told me it was free to get the tire repaired for the leak! And then called me about an hour later after they had checked for the leak! Told me the tire wasn’t repairable and then refused to put the tire back on even though I told them I had planned to go get new tires from some where else that was more affordable for me! Because I am a single mom who doesn’t have $400 to drop on tires! So pretty much there was no way for my to get my car back from them unless I had spend hundreds of dollars for new ones! Needless to say! We will not be returning back to this place and we will not recommend to any one!!!

WOW, WOW, WOW! I have been a dedicated customer to Discount Tire for years, but Noah + Hayden at the Longmont location were LIFESAVERS! I am a florist in Denver and was working a wedding set in Longmont. Upon arriving at the venue, I noticed my passenger tire was looking quite flat. I had a short, 45 minute window to get it looked at and rushed over to Discount Tire and pleaded my case to Hayden. He was so attentive and sweet, saying he could squeeze me in and hope to have it fixed within the 45 minute window. Noah was just as reassuring when processing my info. Low and behold within 20 minutes they had me patched up and I was able to return to the venue to complete my services. You guys are amazing and seriously saved me - I dont know what I wouldve done! This location really has focused on customer service and it shows. Speciality tires came in within less than 24 hours. I dropped off the car before it was not driveable and they got it in a day before my appointment (and they were all still there working away after scheduled close with a line of people wanting air). I dont usually do reviews, but I had such a positive experience here today I had to hop on Google and write one. I stopped by for a free air check, and apparently I had a flat that I had no idea about. Although I ended up needing a new tire, the initial repair on the old one was free. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout. Josh helped me for most of my visit and he was great!

Got new tires mounted on my F250. Customer service was good, and they obliged to my request of sticking tire weights on the inside of the wheel. They even had me in and out in 45 minutes or so, pretty good.Here is the kicker. As soon as I pulled out of the shop, I heard a loud rubbing sound. I did go bigger tires than stock, but lock to lock of the wheel was no rubbing. Truck drove great other than the sound.Upon closer inspection at home, it looks like they didnt check clearances when putting the stick on wheel weights on my front passenger tire. The rubbing sound was from my rotor dust shield rubbing the weights.At the end of the day, its not a huge deal as I will trim the dust shield, but the specialists need to pay more attention in the future to this when balancing weights.

I have no confidence that these people know what they are doing. Back twice to get rim replaced. Wrong rim...new rim ordered...wanted me to accept the car with a rim that Wont take my hub cap.. each time a two hour wait. Now all of a sudden that rim sensor needs replaced. Wont go back again.

After spending $1200 on new tires my car started pulling hard to the right while driving.The tires they removed were inspected and the tread was measured as evenly on all tires.Instead of doing anything to fix the problem they told me the previous tires were worn unevenly which is why the alignment was previously okay. Even though they proved that wrong by measuring the tread.They will treat you great until you spend any money, then all liability is somehow on the consumer. Recommend Firestone or someone else for your tires.

Called to get a flat patched up. On the phone they said ofcourse its free of charge, come on down.. so I chance driving across town with a questionable tire....When I get there they say o well the tred is too low and its unsafe to work on this? Like why didnt they tell me that on the phone.. I feel as it was a sales tactic to try and get me to buy a new set of tires. As a parent of three I dont have the funds at the moment so I was told to try somewhere else? Just incase anyone needs it in the future make sure your tred isnt too low before you waste your time and safety driving out there just to be let down.. maybe someone else has a heart for their customers

I’ve put tires on six vehicles with Discount tire, across the country. The service at this location is top notch, as all discount tire locations seem to be. The warranty has saved me several times. They also do free air checks. Stop by after a cold night if your light comes on.

I have been going to the longmont discount tires for over 20 years. They have always treated me and my family with great respect. My wife and I grew up in Washington state and we used Les Swab. When the came to colorado we went and check them out. We will stick with discount tires cant beat the value and the price. They have taken care of us.

As far as buying tires goes, these guys are better than most. Professional facility and knowledgeable personnel. Only took about an hour to get some new shoes on my pick up. They are willing the haggle a little bit and they price match. Overall a good tire buying experience.

Horrible service. They removed my spare then somehow were unable to put it back where it belongs. They’re the only ones who have removed the spare! They are a tire shop! With mechanics! And a garage full of tools! I called and asked to speak with the manager, Rick. He told me to come back, only to waste my time. He looked at it and said it was where it needed to be! He did not use a single tool or lift my vehicle 🤣 Spare yourself the extra errands and go to the discount tire in Boulder. This location is nothing but lazy, sorry individuals who have no desire to keep their customers safe.

These guys where great! They checked out all of my tires and told me that I needed new ones. When I told them that I only wanted to change the front ones this month, they didnt try to pressure me into changing all of them. And the time that they took to change my tires was super quick so I wasnt sitting there waiting for an hour. I will definitely be going to them for everything tire related in the future.

They were extremely busy, but very proficient as well as having my best interest with out trying to up sell me! Was lucky enough they had my tires in stock first of all, was trying to get 2 and be in an out. Ended up with 4 and a new tire pressure sensor. Dante went above and beyond to take care of me! Felt like a small mom and pop shop rather than your typical corporate feel!

These guys work hard take care of their customers, on top of having good prices. They took care of us the same day even though that meant working past their closing time. This is a company that knows customers will come back (even though it may be 2 or 3 years later) and recommend them to friends and family if they treat their customers well.

I negotiated a fair price for tires and wheels at the Longmont location. They went above and beyond by making sure that I received a $150 promotional discount on the tires, which I would have missed out on had they not called me.Unfortunately, the rims were damaged in transit from out of state. I was given the option of ordering a new set or accepting a pretty hefty discount if the damaged wheels were acceptable to me (the damage is cosmetic only and relatively minor). I accepted the wheels and Im pleased with the end result.

Today I really just needed a break. But alas I got a nail in my tire and anticipating more $$$ on a new tire at a time I really couldn’t afford it, I felt anxious and stressed for the best part of the day. I got to Discount Tire in Longmont at about 430pm on a busy Thursday afternoon, they got me checked right in, confirmed they could patch it up and had me out of there by 515pm. I can’t tell you how much I needed the day to end better than it started and you guys got me taken care of and back safely on the road, all with a smile (even through the masks) and I just want to say thank you. I know you were just doing your jobs, but sometimes just that is the little bit of kindness that goes a long way!

The technicians and front counter guys are very nice. They were great telling me which rims needed to be replaced and answering all of my questions. Estimated time was an hour and they finished in 45 minutes.

I stopped by yesterday (3/8) to have a slow leak checked. After 45 minutes, I was alerted that they were done and had replaced the tire under the warranty I had purchased a year ago, with the tires. They said that the tire had a screw in the sidewall and was not repairable. That was the good news. The bad is that they didnt ask me if I wanted to see the bad tire with screw, they didnt offer me a paper copy of the receipt (emailed me a copy later), and then informed me that that tire was no longer covered by the warranty they sold me earlier, UNLESS I purchased another one for $30. I am 100% sure that they did not tell me that the warranty was only good for 1 use (the other 3 are still covered)!

I have actually taken 3 vehicles here over several years but I did not even give my name on my last visit to this branch. I stopped in after being directed back to TireRack.com by another store when I needed help making a tire or tire/wheel decision. One of the guys up front actually seemed genuinely excited to teach me how to choose the best snow tires for my ride. I feel like tires are way more important than most people realize, all the brakes in the world are worthless if your tires cant get any grip so I just couldnt 100% trust myself and the internet until I understood how to choose the right size/width/rating for my car.It turns out my OEM wheels are pretty big and wide which makes for a poor selection of winter tires. The right choice was smaller narrower rims for the winter and that opened up a ton of good options for tread.Ive worked retail and its tough but this guy educated me when I needed expert advice and was excited to do so without even knowing I was a repeat customer. I didnt buy anything that day and I wish I had gotten his name.Hopefully a manager sees this and praises the whole front of house staff just to be sure. Retail workers deserve it anyway.

Ordered tires a week later called to find out they or tire manufacturer shipped wrong size. They reordered waited another week called tires had come no call or notification both time tires arrived. Asked about making appointment was told no need just come in Monday. After waiting 1 1/2 hours was told it would be another hour. So after waiting two weeks and over 2 1/2 hours would not recommend this store. Other stores have been good but avoid this one

Good quick service. Purchased winter tires and they put them on in less than an hour. Customer service was fairly good but they were very busy so They didn’t really have a lot of time to chat.Will likely be getting my tires taken off in the spring here — especially since they include a 5 year guarantee on the tires.

Had them install new tires on my truck. They will look you in the eye and lie straight to you. I was impressed when the kid told me they use a road force balance every time they install new tires in order to prevent return visits from imbalance. They never used the road force option and just spin balanced them. Lo and behold, I had a slight vibration from beginning but not bad enough to gripe about so I waited until they were due for the 1st rotation. When I went in for that service, I asked for a rotation and a balance. They balanced my tires and put them back on in the exact same spots. It wasnt apparent until I was topping off the air at a later date. My rear tires were past where they should be on wear and the fronts were starting to cup. They told me it was my fault and my truck was messed up. (it is not). I offered to provide the receipts to prove that it was aligned and had new shocks on the front but they didnt care. They were to busy trying to talk to me as if I had no clue. I spent the better part of my adult life as a tire specialist of all sizes and application. Determining cause of failure on tires was part of that. Once this warranty is up, I will never use thier services again on either of my vehicles. Condescending and unwilling to make things 100% right. Even though I took my vehicle in for a service that they did not do. Then they tried to blame me somehow when the damage from premature and irregular wear was caused by them not rotating my tires. I wanted then all replaced but they only replaced the two cupped tires and still made me pay for new warranty. This place is one mediocre manager overrun by a bunch of lazy kids. Dont waste your time or money here.

I felt compelled to write a good review for the guys at DT in longmont after watching them absolutely slam through a super busy day with no slowing down. They were helping customers past closing that day.On top of that they took care of me with my SUV. I didnt like the first set of tires I bought and when I came back in a few days and about 200 miles later to step up to something more aggressive it was a no hassle process. They took back the tires I bought, got me a full refund and got me set up with what I wanted.

Discount is great, unlike all the other tire shops. But that means the majority of the public goes there, and it takes a looooong time. Even if you have an appointment. They have a million employees, the phone never stops ringing, but the employees are all going 110%, 100% of the time. I get why it takes so long, it just sucks.

When I telephoned Discount Tire they failed to notify me of rebate offers. My Bridgestone tires were installed December 16. A rebate offer became available December 18.

Walked in, waited for a sign of human life for 30 straight minutes. Nobody ever showed up; left, went to Big-O and spent my $1600.

Had an appointment scheduled and waited an hour before I said something. Told me they were busy and running behind. Would have been nice if they would have said something when I checked in that they were running late. Usually dont have issues.

Definitely a busy place but they were very personable and paid attention to details. I was told it would take 80-90 minutes for a quick repair and tire rotation. At 90 minutes of waiting my car had not left the stall I parked it in and no work had started. The manager was very kind and knew that a mistake was made without me even saying anything. Two stars is because he took responsibility for the mistake without me saying anything. That is not something you see very often anymore. ***Kudos Curtis***I will be giving them a second chance to take care of this problem.

They waited two hours before telling me they didn’t have the right bolt to take my car Tire off. After finally telling me and taking it to the dodge dealership because I already paid 228 dollars for one tire. They then took another hour and half to put the tire on ice now been sitting here sense 11. And my car still isn’t done at 3:10 in the afternoon... cool

From the moment you are greeted until you leave with a handshake.What impresses me the most is the quality and attitudes of all the employees. I love discount tire, Ive been a loyal and frequent with the company since I first starting driving many years ago. This particular location is one of the companies finest in my opinion. I have had several favorite employees but I have to say Rick the manager has got a fine group of wonderful employees. But it seems like they are always packed and busy. However they manage to do their very best to have you in and out quickly and satisfied. Your best bet is to call ahead and check the stock of the tires you are interested in as well as set an appointment. That way they can have the tires pulled and waiting for you. If you decide to be walk in you will be treated with just as valuable. They fast and hard and for the most part even when they have been pretty full with customers they have had a average wait time ( from start to finish and handing back my keys) of about 30 min. The pricing is very fair and affordable on almost any budget. So go in and say hi, tell them I sent ya and see for yourself. An they have windows instead of walls so you can actually see all the employees working hard at taking care of your needs. And I have reccomended them to anyone with tire needs.

I took my 4runner in to have the tires rotated and the mechanics broke the center cap on one of my wheels. They promised to order a replacement for free, said it was on backorder, and never followed through. Ive called and asked about it but still have no center cap.

I got a flat late after work and had a panic no one to help me out. Drove over hoping to just keep my car in the lot because I came after hours. Im constantly amazed at how great the experience is at Discount Tire in Longmont. Even though they may be super busy they never make you feel rushed when making a decision, and they are super helpful. They go out of their way every single time Im there to make sure Im satisfied with a purchase. tire repair, routine rotation and spin balance. Ive probably bought 6 sets of tires there and been in the store about 20 times overall - never seen an off day from these guys. Keep it up!

First off I went to Walmart on main to try and get my tire fixed. It was a huge air bubble in my tire which could had popped at any moment. They told me that they would not be able to fit me in but insisted I wait for them to take a look. I left and called Discount. I am so glad I left!!! Customer service at this location is amazing!!
