If i could give the rude customer service of the counter guy and the SUPER rude on a power trip lady manager a ZERO I would. I have no clue about parts for cars and depend on employees of this establishment to make sure I have the correct stuff and when I place an order online using the tools to get the parts ordered and then give the counter guy the vin # of the vehicle and year make and model and I still get the wrong parts and have a problem having someone help me with the return because after the frustration took it to the shop and no longer need the parts the parts that do not even fit the vehicle I purchased them for then to get treated like a criminal loud and rude in front of other patrons when my order history is available and shows my purchases of over $150 and leave the store with the parts I DO NOT NEED NOR DO THEY FIT THE VEHICLE THEY WERE INTENDED FOR!!!!!NOT OK.....

My battery was nearly dead and they were kind enough to change it for me right there at the store. Great customer service!

I called to see if they had an item in stock and if they could hold it for me. The employee who answered the phone was very rude and wasnt willing to hold for me. I do not recommend this auto parts.

I recently spent $200 on parts at this location. Among the parts I purchased was a set of spark plug wires. The day after I purchased and installed all of the new parts, one of the wires came out of its boots. I tried to exchange the item the next day, but they tried telling me that the issue was somehow my fault, that the wire was cut by the fan blade. How it that even possible? I was charged for the replacement wire! WTF?! I tried to resolve the issue with the store manager, but wasnt offered a descent resolution. They wasted my time, money, and fuel. I only stopped at this location because I was in the area. Every trip I had to make to rectify this and other issues was an extra 10 miles out of my way! They charged my $6.99 for the new wire. I hope it was worth them losing all my future business!

They are always helpful and will check your cars codes, battery, etc. as well as help you find the parts you need. Great Place!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I honestly cant see how any of the other reviews that talk about Dave can be true. He wasnt helpful, he literally took 35 minutes to figure out why his computer wasnt ringing up the part we ordered in, all while cussing under his breath and getting more irritable. How does a Store Manager not know how to fix this problem in a timely manner? 5 minutes would have been excessive, let alone 35. Take your business elsewhere if you value you time and money.

Ordered a part and waited 2 weeks to get it. Waited and waited for a call to let me know that my part was in. I never received a call from anyone so I placed a call to them just to find out my part wasnt ordered. Then they finally ordered me a part and when that came in it was completely wrong because They wrote the make and model of my car down wrong. So when I go to pick up the wrong part. They tell me they cant even get my right part anymore and that I need to order it online and wait another week! Biggest waste of three weeks time in my life. WORTHLESS!

Counter person was very helpful

Ive unnecessarily left work early and/or driven to this place from out of town at least three times, based on wrong information they told me on the phone. Some places there is a young guy that makes mistakes and is genuinely apologetic about it, but these guys are consistently bad at their jobs, and completely unrepentant about it. Ill stick with the SW Loveland AutoZone, or order off internet. These guys treat customers like they are doing you a favor by taking your money.

This is now Advance auto parts. Good service and good parts.
